So many back to school sales and deals throughout the store. This store, in particular, is really clean. They have such a great selection for everyone. There is a huge selection of jeans in different styles. If you are unsure which jeans you like, there are fitting rooms to try each pair out. The staff here is pretty cool. They are there to help you find what you need and if they don't have it, they will check other stores for you. They really did help us look for a certain pair of jeans, and the guy was so cool and friendly. Prices are reasonable and are around the same amount as some other stores. Make sure to check out the deals though, there might be one to save you some money.

Umberto and his staff urgently got me fitted with a Wool 2 piece (tailored to fit), silk shirt, a tie, and hankie for only $1,900. In less than 2 hours I walked out with all of my problems solved. Mind you I have never bought a suit so I don't know if this is a good price, but considering the rush job i asked for, the great customer service, and a great looking suit I'm sure they could have gotten me for $3,000 if they were dishonest. The problem is coming from the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. I picked up a pair of boots here a little over a year ago, and about 5 months in, the sole of one of Jen started to come apart. No big deal - things happen. I brought the boots in several months ago, probably early January if not earlier for repair. They said no problem, and sent it to their shop and said it would be ready in a couple weeks and that they would call me when I could pick them up. Seemed like a bit of a wait, but ok. A couple months later, I decided to call and see where they were at. "Still not ready, we will let you know." A couple weeks after that, I go into the store. You'll never guess: still not ready. I called almost a month later. Still not ready. At this point, I have had enough and ask for my boots back. They say they will have to make some calls and they will call me back within a day. A week and a half later, and I haven't heard back and now can't even get a hold of them. I paid over $300 for a pair of boots that started falling apart in less than a year, and it has taken 4 months (and counting) to repair them and now I can't even get them back or get a hold of the people at the shop. Absolutely unbelievable.

We stopped by at least three or four times, and each visit, she offered thoughtful advice and tips, never rushing us. She helped us find the perfect tux, and her support didn't stop there, she guided us through fittings, accessories, shoes and alterations, making sure everything was just right. Beyond her expertise, Aleena took time to get to know us and made us feel completely at ease. She truly went above and beyond, and we couldn't be happier with the entire process. My husband and I visited on 8/9 to shop for a suit. An employee asked if we needed help and my…read morehusband told her that he'd like to try them on. Her immediate response was, "For you? Nothing's going to fit you. You're too small." My husband explained that he regularly wears a 3XL. Instead of helping him find something to try, she responded, "Yeah, but it's not going to look good on you." He again told her that he would still like to try something on because he wears a 3X regularly. She then told him he could try a 2X (their smallest size according to her), but repeated that "it's not going to look good on you." At that point, my husband turned around and left. The entire interaction was extremely rude, dismissive, and unnecessary. We came into the store ready to purchase a suit, and instead of receiving assistance, my husband was repeatedly told that nothing would fit him or look good on him before he was even given the opportunity to try anything on. Regardless of whether an employee believes a particular size or style will work, there is a respectful and professional way to assist a customer. Making someone feel unwelcome or uncomfortable about their body or size is not it.!We left without purchasing anything and will gladly take our business somewhere else.

I called, spoke to Ericka explained my situation and she said she would have the other hat ready for me when I got there. I have custom hats from Gladys Tamez Milinery and if you're not looking for custom hats that come with that custom hat price tag, this store offers a good selection at a fair price for the quality. I was told they offer hat care services as well, in case you need the crown to be remolding or some cleaning. You can purchase a hat box as well for $10 which I appreciated since many stores don't really offer hat boxes unless it's a Hat store or a milinery. The customer service was great. The guys were really helpful in finding the sizes I needed and sharing any of their knowledge on the hats they had. Parking there is in the parking structure and it's free for the first 90 minutes. Their closer to the parking structure next to Urban Eats and Warby Parker.
