Tyler, at Be Kind Body Piercing sterilized the jewelry in front of us and pulled the needle out of the sterile packaging in front of us. The quality was amazing. Fast forward, my daughter had to have testing done and wasn't able to leave her piercing in. There wasn't an appointment available, so we joined the "waitlist." Within fifteen minutes, we received a text to come on in. Tyler removed her metal jewelry and replaced it with a temporary glass piece. Once her testing was done, we went back the next day for a new piece of jewelry. He put it in and she was "good as new." Tyler, the owner is very kind and makes his customers feel welcomed. The tattoo shop "Well Wishes," where this business is housed, let's off the same vibe. Easy going and welcoming. The shop is upstairs and arranged like an apartment. It was so clean and it was cool that I didn't have to think about if other people were going to walk in while she was working. She had music related to my tattoo playing when I came in, and she couldn't have done more to make me feel comfortable. And that doesn't even cover how much I love my new tattoo. She was really flexible with my needs throughout the process, made me feel so comfortable. It was two hours and it flew by because she's so easy to talk to! She's a perfectionist, too-- so that's exactly the kind of person you want inking your body permanently. Sammy is so talented, and just what GPP needed! I can't wait to get more ink from her soon! Honestly, I was a little skeptical because it was so simple. I wondered if they still used the booking platform or if our appointment would actually be there. Thankfully, everything was exactly as expected. As soon as we walked in, Chase greeted us and made us feel comfortable. We filled out the health forms & he was actually able to get us started before our scheduled appointment. As a first time client, he even gave us $10 off the tattoo, which was a nice surprise. Throughout the entire process, he explained everything he was doing: from cleaning the area and applying the stencil to checking the placement, starting the tattoo, and letting me know when we were almost finished. He also kept encouraging me, saying I was doing great & that the tattoo was turning out perfectly, which made the experience even better. He mentioned the shop's $75 min and even said he felt bad charging that much for such a small tattoo, but we completely understood. You could tell he genuinely cared about his clients and wanted them to have a great experience. I'm so happy with my tattoo and the entire experience.
