We were SO satisfied with this company! I spoke to David, the owner, on the phone prior to the move. At the time we were still shopping around for a company to move our second floor two bedroom apartment. He gave me an estimate very quickly -- some places I called didn't even call me back. David let me know there was a Groupon discount, and even though we hadn't purchased it, he offered me the Groupon price on the move. The three guys got there within 15 minutes of the time they said they'd be there. They were all very friendly, especially Michael, who was cracking jokes the whole time. He just had a great attitude about doing his job. Gotta love that! They packed up our place (including disassembling some complicated bedroom furniture) in about an hour and fifteen minutes, and after an hour drive from Chandler to San Tan Valley, they took about another hour to bring it all in and put it all back together again. They kept moving, they weren't wasting time. Nobody was checking their phone or taking a smoke break. All important things when you're paying by the hour! So all in all, the total cost was $450, not including our tip which these guys definitely deserved. That was a bargain, seriously. The steps at the apartment were murder. My husband and I would have killed ourselves trying to move that heavy and awkward stuff. Plus it was worth it just for the fact that we probably would have spent a fortune on renting a truck and paying for the gas. So happy we used them! I have to admit trying to find movers and moving in general is a stressful time in our lives but it is something that we all will most likely do once or more. After searching the internet and reviews like these i had called several companies for quotes. Networking to anyone and everyone I know in search of the answer to my problem Taurus Moving came up more than once and were highly recommended. I called Taurus Moving and spoke with David the owner, right away the experience began to ease. He asked question about what i had, the layout of the house etc... I thought okay this guy knows what he is doing. He assured me that they could make this task an easy stress free one and that he and his crew could handle the job thoroughly and quickly. We set a time and date and 7:00am the day of the move, Corey, Jacob and Brandon arrive ready to go. These boys were right on time and got to work right away. My expectations were FAR EXCEEDED within a matter on minutes into the move. These guys not only delivered on the move but did it in less time and with a smile on there faces. Taurus moving helped my parents moved not too long ago and they had a great experience so we decided to go with them as well. We sold our old house and had a period of time before we moved into our new place. Taurus Moving end up helping us move twice. They are quick with their responses and gave us a great deal for both moves. They were highly professional and honest. For the first move they had extra movers available and gave us the option to utilize all five for a minor additional cost or go with our original 3 men crew. We end up upgrading and it turned out to be more cost efficient because the move was super quick. If it was just 3 guys it would have taken longer to move everything. They presented any furniture that might not make the move due to age or quality of the furniture. Anytime there was an item that had some damage they would confirm with us that it was there before the move so that way there was no surprises. I really appreciate their attention to detail with packing up everything and making sure all items were wrapped up and rubber band for security. Taurus Moving is the best around. David was very professional in setting up our move, and even honored a Groupon deal I had not yet purchased. Brandon and his crew of 3 arrived at 745am and quickly began loading the truck efficiently and safely. Unfortunately for us, by the time the truck was loaded and ready to go, we received word that our new home had not closed and we could not get in until 2pm! David told his crew to go ahead and wait, and reduced the hourly rate while we were waiting. 2pm came and went, and my husband and I grew more and more frustrated. Instead of complain or constantly asking us for updates, Brandon and crew continued to wait patiently and DID NOT COMPLAIN EVEN ONCE! At 4pm we were finally allowed in the house and the guys began unloading immediately. They took great care of our belongings and put everything where we wanted it. Brandon even stayed another 15 mins after paying the bill to set up the washer and dryer that he noticed wasn't done. They had already had a 10 hour day with us!! Moving is stressful. And let's be honest, it kinda sucks. We needed to move quickly and stay on budget. I reached out to Taurus Moving because the reviews on her presented an honest, fair business who focused on customer service. And that's exactly what we got. David answered my request for a quote super promptly, sent me some followup Qs, and suggested two trucks and two teams would be more economical. He was right, and it ended up saving us money. He knows his team's capacity, knows how to put you at ease, and his team was really amazing. Did I mention it was Father's Day weekend and record-breaking heat in the valley?? They never complained about the weather, they were exceedingly patient with the unloading process (you forget how tough it is to tell stuff apart when it's wrapped in blankets) and I have recommended them twice to folks who have mentioned they are considering moving themselves. I was SO so happy with them - the price was really fair, they were incredibly careful with both my belongings and my house (walls, floor, etc) and worked quickly. All three guys - Corey, Nico, and Aaron - were easy to work with, accommodating with our shifting schedule, and so so pleasant. We had a minor snag with our house closing and it looked like we might have to reschedule and Corey assured me that they should be the least of my worries - if we had to do it a different day, they'd make it work and I could focus on the other issues (happily, we were able to proceed as planned, but it was so reassuring to not feel like I was inconveniencing them or that they were going to charge me a fortune if things changed). They were also really clear about the pricing so we were all on the same page from the beginning. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, I would pick Taurus moving again in a heartbeat. Best moving experience ever. We moved items to a storage unit and needed help with the large, heavy items. All my initial questions were answered and the move was scheduled with one call. The quote was based on time needed, and was quite accurate in the end. . They took care in unloading to insure no damage occurred. Special thanks to Remington, Mone & Roger, very respectful young men , called before they arrived on time to the minute. We are seniors and it was refreshing to see young man with such manners. I would recommend this company to anyone, believe me in my lifetime I have used many movers. Taurus is the best! The owner was great, also.. My family and I have been using Taurus moving for the past 7 years and I can't say enough great things about them! In the two times that they moved me (which unfortunately always seems to land in the dead of the summer), they are professional, on time, and genuinely helpful. I was attempting to patch nail holes in my walls as they were moving my things (clearly doing it wrong) so David actually took the time to come and show me the correct method. They don't waste time getting your stuff loaded and unloaded which is appreciated because you are paying by the hour, and trust me they are worth every penny! They take excellent care of your belongings and I would trust them to move the most fragile of items. This is a legit awesome review for this company. I have moved sooo many times in my life and this is by far the BEST moving company I have ever had the pleasure of working with..I really mean that. They are fast, but not careless. They are there to work and they get the job done so professionally. I did not lose ONE single item....and by that I mean nothing broken and nothing lost in transit. They didn't waste time, they were extremely courteous, and they were very professional. It was just very apparent from the moment they walked in and assessed the move that they knew what they were doing. I am a single female and really needed a good moving company. I just recently moved from Queen Creek, AZ to Winston Salem, NC. The only thing that went smoothly with my move was Taurus Moving. David and his team were professional, helpful, just a good hard working group of guys. The initial walk thru, my quote, everything went smoothly. His team worked well together and were very efficient. They packed up everything in my house and when we unpacked, not a single item was broken. Pretty good for traveling 2200 miles across the country. They arrived when they said they would and unloading went as smoothly as loading did. As for the rest of the move ... the home we moved into was a nightmare and we have since moved again. I only wish David and his team had been here in North Carolina for our second move in a month. I had never had an experience with movers before and let me tell you, Taurus moving was amazing! I had a ton of questions for David and he was so prompt and got back to me quickly! They were very reasonably priced which is always a plus. And no hidden fees! The crew Corey, Lub, & Gart (sorry if I mispronounced those!) showed up right on time and were very professional but also very personable. Cracking jokes at 7am while still having to move my stuff down 3 floors without an elevator. They made sure all the furniture was wrapped and protected and then also put some of our things back together for us! They finished just in our allotted time so we wouldn't have to pay any extra fees or anything. Such a great experience! Will definitely use them again! read more

Very bad experience with this company. Furniture was chipped, lamp broken, metal legs on end table bent and most sad is a large heavy beautiful mirror completely missing. Not sure if it was broken and not disclosed or just plain stolen. Also missing a comforter and all the shelving brackets. Owner does not reply to voice mail or texts. This is not a company to be trusted. I did not realize I needed to oversee every minute they were working for me so things were treated with care or not stolen. There must be more honest movers out there, I would definitely pass on this company no matter what the price. Also notice no contract is ever signed, that should of been my first clue. I was very hesitant to hire movers only because of the cost. However, with a baby and busy work schedule I decided to hire Taurus Moving because of their great reviews. David, Cody, and Chris proved that money to be VERY WELL spent and that their positive reviews were right! My husband and I could not have been happier with them. They were on time, didn't putz around, and were extremely friendly. Nothing broke (which was also a concern of mine) and they truly had our best interest in mind. After a terrible experience with a different mover--damaged furniture and extra fees--- I was nervous about moving again. But David walked me through their process and reassured me there would be no hidden fees or damaged furniture. And boy!! was he right! Him and his team moved me from one apartment to another back in July 2014. They were friendly, professional and hilarious!! All my furniture was wrapped in moving blankets--no charge-- and moved up and down two flights of stairs perfectly!! I would highly!! Highly recommend Tauras moving to anyone! We hired this moving company to pack up our house and help move us. The movers broke a few items on moving day and some other items weren't packaged properly by the movers and broke somewhere between them packing up the house and unloading items into our new house. The owner, David Torres told us face-to-face, over text and on the phone that he would reimburse us, but it's been months. He has given our family the run-around on the replaced items saying he ran out of checks, has a new bank, etc. We have yet to receive a reimbursement from this moving company. We have been very patient, but it's been two and a half months of getting the run-around. read more

I had such a great experience using Taurus for my move this month! They moved me from my house to a 3rd floor apartment, stopping along the way to get everything out of my storage unit. Ruben,Luis and Carlos did it all with a grin and were polite, respectful and intent on getting me moved with the least amount of stress / hassle. It was as hot as it gets that day, and I know it sucked to be moving for me, let alone these guys. But again, they never let it show and were cheerful even as we died of heat stroke.
