The crew that showed up to do our move was prompt and very professional. They showed up at exactly 8am. Even going as far as calling me to confirm at about 730. Just a courtesy to let me know they were on time and would be here at the previously scheduled time. The crew that showed up did such a great job. The attention to detail was like no company I have ever used before. They wrapped all of my furniture with pads and shrink wrap. I felt good knowing that even with a little bit of a drive to the new house my things were safe and secured. Nothing was damaged. That's saying something because we went from a one story house to a now place with a basement. This crew moved my 1000 pound safe like they do it all the time. Even put it exactly where I wanted it to go. They didn't complain one time that I heard. They worked for a solid 9 and a half hours with no real breaks. I don't feel like this crew was trying to milk the clock for extra time. All three of theses gentleman never stopped moving the entire time. We even bought the guys pizza and they wouldn't take a lunch. Ate on the go. I'm writing this review to not only say I found my mover. If I ever have to move again that is. The company was top notch as far as the owner Gary making the booking and scheduling pretty streamline and super easy. To the fact that they only charge one flat hourly rate. These guys have moved me twice now and I wish they did my last move but were unfortunately booked. They have been the best movers I've had in the valley and the best bang for you buck. Nothing has ever been broken by them, and when I had an IKEA bed that thing was taken apart and put together quickly without breaking it unlike other moving companies. Last one I hired broke my couch, dining room table, and bed. These guys wrap everything up and make sure it's all padded. If possible I'll never book with anyone but this company. I had such an awesome experience with the guys at All You Need Moving! It can be scary and nerve wracking trusting strangers with precious items, however I would confidently recommend this business to anyone needing help with a move. Gary was responsive and communicative which made the process so convenient, and their availability on such a short notice (contacted approx 2 days before the move) was super appreciated. Once they arrived, their team quickly devised a plan to efficiently move my large items and took care to use multiple people on the larger pieces of furniture. They also helped me unload my car when we got to the new place, which was a blessing since I had so many large boxes stuffed inside. The guys were very polite and made quick work of my move. I would not recommend these guys if you have a lot of valuable things. We had them move stuff from a storage unit into a Uhaul. I saw my TV being put in the truck and questioned why it was set up AGAINST the truck..without adequate padding (there was a thin styrafoam thing I had put on) and they said it would be okay and they put it in the mother's attic of the uhaul so that it wouldn't be bumping around (I am moving so I am super stressed and I trusted them since they are MOVERS) ...my 65 inch TV when we got to where we were going is completely cracked and unusable. Called to complain and they basically said they'd typically use more padding (then why didn't they?! We had a million blankets) and that it's up to me to see if Uhaul would cover it? Sounds like they don't even have insurance. Didn't have to sign anything. I am really disappointed because I really liked them when they moved my stuff from my apartment to storage. Gary (the owner) was amazing about communicating and he knew what he was doing when he wrapped my stuff...but it seemed a couple of the guys didn't know exactly what they were doing when I got them the second time to move into my uhaul. When I got to where I was going the movers who moved my stuff out of the Uhaul were appalled at how things were placed inside the Uhaul. My side rails of my bed were against multiple boxes that had gotten smashed in and two pieces of my furniture were broken. I know it was them because these guys made us take inventory of everything that was wrong before they would move it into our place to make sure it was not put on them. It didn't seem they were very mindful when moving some of my nice furniture because my headboard etc have dirt marks all over it. None of this was a huge deal to me besides the TV being broken. It's completely unacceptable. The reason I paid for someone to move my stuff was so that my valuable stuff did not get damaged. I understand there's a risk when moving long distance but I expected my stuff would be packed well enough where it wouldn't get ruined :/ read more

Moving out of state with my family was one of the most stressful things I've done. Gary & his team were beyond responsive (literally answering every call I had asking if my plants would make it alive). They were on time, reliable, extremely quick, professional and all around amazing. The guys were kind and so friendly with us and our kids. They helped organize my boxes and arrange my garage so we could park inside. All in all this was the best moving experience I could have ever asked for. I had scheduled a move yesterday but the guys I hired never showed up- no calls, no text. So I frantically called around and found Gary through yelp. He was easy to get in touch with, available 8am the very next morning and showed up right on time. The price doesn't seem cheap at first ($100/hour) but considering they don't charge 'travel fee' or extras for stairs etc, I think it was worth it. Three guys showed up, completed my move within 2hours, which was whats initially quoted by Gary based amount of stuff I had. Movers were very efficient and no BS. First off I rarely write negative reviews. I've tried handling this situation for over a month now with the owner Gary. I've only actually spoken to him once on the phone when I first contacted him. Since then he will not take my calls only text and sometimes not respond at all. I hired movers to move my small 1bd apt to a storage unit. I didn't have much to move because I had recently got rid of a lot to avoid moving it. So like with any move I was running around trying to get everything done while they loaded my things. I didn't realize I needed to follow them closely and monitor things. I reiterated several times to please not scratch my furniture and take care of my mattress. They were moving pretty quickly but I trusted they would adhere to my request. Boy was I wrong. When we got to the storage I was a bit ahead of them so I ran to the atm so I could help them avoid the credit card fees and pay with cash. When I got there no more than ten minutes later, the bank was literally less than a mile away, they were completely done unloading. I was shocked and asked if everything was packed ok. They shut the storage and put the lock on before I could check it over. And honestly I'm a trusting person so I believed it was probably fine. Well that should have been a sign. When I returned a couple days later when I had more time I opened my storage to find a complete disaster. My bike was standing on its back tire leaning against the storage door and feel out as I opened it. My tables looked as though they drug them through the streets. The glass was completely scratched. Chunks of wood chipped out. And I had just purchased these months before new. One of my containers, which was very sturdy, broke and I guess they threw it away and just tossed all of the things inside it in a back corner in my storage. Never mentioned it to me. My vacuum was tossed on top of my couch. It was a mess. Gary refuses to help and says the storage was too small. Really? Then how did they get it packed in ten minutes? Do not use these movers. Horrible service and does not take accountability for their mistakes. read more

I had purchased a desk at a goodwill and had called these guys to come and help me out and move it up to my apartment. The guy at goodwill happened to move and load the desk without care and it happend to fall apart by the the time we arrived back at my apartment. We then went back to Goodwill where they unloaded the desk for me and defended me and was able to convince the manager to help me get a full refund for my purchase and explained that it was the worker who damanaged the desk. They gave me the absolute best customer service! I'm a 21 year old girl and and I'm fully aware that dealing with movers can be scary to do on your own but I've never felt more comfortable with working with them and I'd be more than happy to work with them again. BEWARE if you value your belongings! In January 2016, I purchased a lovely antique piece of furniture made in France. The shop where I made my purchase arranged for "All You Need Moving" to deliver the piece to my home. I had a bad feeling when the movers failed to show up on the scheduled date. When it finally arrived, it had a two inch chunk of wood broken off! The delivery men acknowledged the damage only after I pointed it out to them. I insisted they document the damage on the delivery slip. I have been in direct contact with the owner (Gary) numerous times immediately following the incident through the time of this review. Although he had originally agreed to pay a nominal amount to repair the damage, all I have received to date is excuses; the latest being he has no money because he lost his contract with the store where I placed my purchase the same day I made my complaint! Really? This is somehow my fault? Don't most credible businesses have insurance for these situations? I understand that accidents happen, but the carelessness of how the furniture was handled coupled with the owner's failure to take responsibility for the damage caused by his employee is unprofessional at best. Based on my experience, I would not hire this company nor would I recommend them. read more

These movers are great! They moved me 2000 miles across country and not one thing was broke. They showed up on time and got there on time. Their cost was much much cheaper then anyone else. I had many very large antiquities and really didn't expect they would get there not damaged as they were very old, but not one was damaged.
