He didn't charge for a quick visit to see the shower, and then gave me in-depth information about what I needed and what I could do without changing. He was professional and knowledgeable and friendly. The 4 stars is only because once I tried to schedule to have the work done, I didn't get as quick a response and then he was a no-show for the actual appointment time. I had to contact him to find out what was happening and when he was coming as opposed to the other way around. In the end, though, he completed the work with no mess and no fuss, no "extra" expense added even though he checked the pressure in the house and made sure there wasn't more stuff causing the leaking.
