Fast fresh food with friendly staff. We will go back for pho, we got a the chicken and rice and chicken and noodle and both were great.

Food is really good !! My suggestion is to never ever go there when it's getting ready to close to closing time , this is the second time I went about hour before they closed the only I thing I ever order is chicken pho the first time the gave someone else food tried calling back no answer, when I landed back in town wanted some more the young lady told me that I guy called Renee name and I came up and took her order, nevertheless my is Genette it doesn't sounds anything like Renee, this time I went back the noodles was over cooked both times, I even went back to take it back, both time the noodles are over cooked talked to the manager, he's trying to explain me as if they were PREFECT and they don't do anything wrong, to me sounds like they are GOD!!! This place is garbage. Overpriced and filled with nonchalant workers who could care less to serve you. Quality of tea was so-so, but workers refused to make a smoothy 20 minutes before close because "we already started cleaning the blenders" So I guess they already were closed then...sigh. read more

This places service is awful. We tried coming here multiple times, because it's the only place around to get pho, and everytime are extremely disappointed. To me the pho isn't great, but it's all we got in Centerville. I'd just rather not eat it. Your choice, but I won't be coming back. We've been ordering from T-break regularly for about 6 months now. The staff has always been extremely unpleasant and aloof, almost as everyone in the place is stoned and unhappy to be there. The food is hit and miss and is rarely prepared the same way twice. However, today was the final straw for us. We ordered via DoorDash at 10:30, the ticket was printed a minute or two later and we received our order at 12:06, which is when we had slated it to be delivered. However, the food was delivered ice cold. See the pictures below for those specifics but two of the three major items, including the chicken and shrimp were under 100 degrees. The egg rolls were barely over 100 degrees and were extremely chewy and tough. I have a sneaking suspicion that this food was prepared right around that 10:31 timeframe and kept sitting until it was picked up by the driver around noon. Obviously, this is a MAJOR health concern and we'll be contacting the health department regarding it. I had to throw the entire meal in the garbage. I never expect delivery to be piping hot. That would be absurd. But under 100 degrees and physically cold/tough/chewy.....unacceptable. read more

If you're looking to eat at a "restaurant" that pays no mind to health codes whatsoever, choose TBreak! The health inspector had to pay a revisit due to a low score, and if you see that kitchen, you'll know why. Sterile environment inside, likely due to the fact that the employees earn a whopping $3 per hour (plus tips in which the change earned is given to the owners instead of the employees) while the owners tell the people getting hired they are going to get around 8 dollars plus tips. Ordered the build your own Pho. Had meatballs ordered and on my ticket. They gave me tendon instead. Let the staff know and the cane out with 1 meatball ‍ Again asked for more meatball and they came out with a half of one...I even picked out all of tendon and showed them the receipt. I love this place! Best Pho in Warner Robins. Nice staff that is always happy to help and answer any questions you may have. The tea is just as good as the pho. My go-to spot for Thai milk tea and piping hot pho! This place is addicting as I enjoy pho year round. I will change up from time to time, but the pho has become a default menu choice. Additionally, I can get enough of the tapioca pearls added to my milk tea as a supplement to my enjoyable tea. Usual order: Pho w/ chicken breast added, extra veggies, Thai milk tea w/ light ice and boba added Downfall: Always seems to be new staff working there except for the staple two or three. This place was really good! We ordered the pho special. The broth was fantastic and the noodles were perfectly cooked. I peeked in the kitchen and it was clean and obviously fresh ingredients. There were a couple of things that I didn't like, but that was due to my ignorance of what was in the dish and not on account of the food. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I'm glad we have a good pho place in town, and if you're a fan of Vietnamese I'd recommend giving it a try. read more

A welcome addition to the growth of Warner Robins. For us it is closer than Saigon Noodle House and every bit just as delicious. We had the pho with meatballs, flank steak and Thai iced tea and Oreo milk tea with boba. The pho is hot, shimmering and so well made. The bubble teas are delicious and refreshing. I've had take out twice now & everything I've had so far has been great. The employees have always been very nice as well. It's nice having food similar to what I grew up eating so close to my house. I think this place should stick to Boba only, as running an actual restaurant seems tough for the current staff. When I came in, there were four tables with leftover dirty bowls from tables that had left. There were only two patrons other than myself in the restaurant, the staff were clearly not busy or worried about the cleanliness of the restaurant. The staff tried to give me two boba teas multiple times, but i ordered pho to go. When my order was ready the chef told me "To check my bag for utensils before i left, because it wasn't his fault if i came back for them and didn't have them". Never experienced that before, pretty interesting balance of responsibility between customer and restaurant. The pho had 1/2 inch of oil on the top of it that was floating as it's own top layer. Extremely oily, very ugly consistiency. I was given two basil leaves and 15 bean sprouts. The meat was pre-loaded into the broth, instead of fresh cut raw steak. I've been eating pho all over the country for years, this is the most dissapointing experience i've had at any vietnamese restaurant. The chef i spoke to should be replaced. I was sooooooo excited to have a Vietnamese place nearby. This place just opened and they tend to get busy. There's a lot of improvement needed for customer service. Coming from LA, I've gotten pretty bad cust. service at any typical Authentic Vietnamese restaurant. BUT At least I always get what I asked for. This place however, I've had to ask for items like my drink multiple times.... or asked for a side of onion at the ordering counter, had to ask again multiple times after I got my soup and got treated and looked at like I'm a bother. So I gave up. I'm not sure if he was the manager but I brought it up to him nicely and he just said it's because they were busy and one of the girls working there asked if I still wanted my onions... This place has good pho and milk tea. It's not the best I've ever had and can't compare to places in bigger cities, but for a small city pho and milk tea place it's pretty good. The milk tea is well flavored, and the pho is tasty with a variety of meats. It has a healthy amount of cilantro, so if you don't like that, you should ask them to go light on it. read more

I have been here multiple times before and everything has tasted amazing. On the other hand I took my friend to try it out yesterday and the woman made it so confusing. She was in a rush and switched up the stickers on the drinks and when i tried my drink it was bitter and my friends was missing the boba that she ordered. I went back inside with both drinks and i told her the issue and then i asked her if she could just make both of them the same drink and she said sure. Not to mention that when i walked back in the store i was greated with a "what's up?" i waited again and she came out with the drinks and one of them was right but she still made the other one wrong even though i asked her to make them both the same. im disappointed, i didn't get a refund & poured both of the drinks out when i got home because they started to foam on the top? the boba was harder to pop as usual too read more

Coming from the Pacific Northwest, I can say that this is one of the very few Asian places around here that is very authentic. It is a bit more expensive than it would be in the PNW, but that is because there is no competition for their food, compared to the PNW where pho places are a dime a dozen. I ordered a bowl of Pho with the steak and flank options. It was extremely delicious, and they served a plate of soybeans, lime, basil leaves, and jalapeños to add to your bowl if you wish. The broth was amazing, and you could tell that love and passion went into the creation of it. The meat was tender and the noodles were not overdone. To top it off, an authentic Pho restaurant will have Sriracha sauce at every table, since it's a popular addition. They had it. A little mom and pop nestled in the heart of Warner Robins. First time we've actually had fried calamari that actually had flavor,but enough about that; let's talk about the pho. Disappointed! So this review comes after eating from this restaurant several times and more than half of the time I'm disappointed. The food is good however they lack a-lot of items for boba tea such as boba and the cheese foam! It was decent. I got the chicken pho soup, fried calamari, and egg rolls. It was good, nowhere near as good as Saigon noodle on highway 247. The noodles were cooked ahead of time, they were stuck together in the bowl I had to kinda keep stirring them to get them to loosen up and way less chicken and other ingredients (jalapeños, basil, green onion) than other pho soups I've had, a ton of bean sprouts tho, but overall it was worth the stop to grab a bite. read more

Very disappointed in their lack of customer service! We walk in and no one said anything. The clearly cheap taped sign says "please wait here" so we waited. The guy behind the counter just looks at us and doesn't say ANYTHING! So we decide to sit down and just wait and still nothing. A lady who works there walks by with someone's food and says nothing. A customer who was eating then comes up to us and says "you have to order up front and they give you a number, sorry one said that to you." That would have been really nice to know, because there are no directions how customers are supposed to order food. From previous Vietnamese restaurants they are always sit-down and a waitress/waiter will take your order. We grab a menu and look over at what to order. I really want to give it a chance; I love pho! We decide what to order and I go to the counter to place our order. The guy behind the counter is inside the fridge behind him looks at me and walks away. He goes to the counter turns back to look my direction (literally looks at my face) and walks away. I stand there for another 5 mins while the lady is wrapping silverware and just decide to leave. No one acknowledged you or even spoke a simple hello! Really? Very poor customer service. I wish they would have just simply said hello, we'll be right with you. The very fact Warner Robins has a limited supply of Pho restaurants means I would have been loyal repeat customer. But we will never be back and sad this was our first experience! read more

The pho broth did not have much flavor - at least it wasn't oily. They did give a good amount of meat with the pho. The boba tea was good, but the boba itself had no flavor - not sweet at all, but was a good chewy texture. We ordered at the counter when we got there, so after we got our meal, no server really checked on us. read more
