Under new management again- nice because they have 20% off. Walk-in, spent about 1.5 hours here, about 40 mins for the actual pedicure, the rest was waiting. The gentleman was great- callus removal went painlessly- he did wonderfully! Now... nail art. I showed a picture- the lady who does art said no problem. Waited about 15-20 mins for her to be available- had my coral color already picked for the simple design (see below). She kept arguing -about the color, about the corner of nail to paint and the design, eventually I just stopped caring- let her do what she wanted. I'd go back for the pedi part, but definitely will not be paying extra again for ugly "nail art". At least my big toes will only be orange and white for a couple weeks- will repaint once Im back home from my trip overseas. read more

did not like the way they treated my mom. they were very curt and short with her. her nails are beautiful but the attitude sucked. as far as for me, she hurt me 4-5 times on my big toe and now i have an ingrown toe nail cause of the angle she cut my big toe. also, i did not appreciate them talking about us behind our back right in front of us in their language will never return read more

Love love love this place. Finally found a place where they take time to get ur nails clean and looking gd. I use to go to the Walmart on lake Pleasant pkwy, they do a gd job but not as gd as you would want. This is my go to place now and James makes you feel comfortable. I had sns done for the first time and it's forgoes. Andy is also very courteous and detailed. He did an excellent job on my toes. read more

This place was horrible. It has advertised under new management 20% off. I went in there was only one person there working. She sat me in the chair and put my feet in the water. And then she proceeded to clean up the meal that she had left out for their Buddha. 15 minutes later I'm still sitting in the water..she then picks up something and walks out the door and mumbled something about her family. That's when I got up and just walked out. Will never go back I do not recommend this place at all. read more

I love coming to TC Nails! They always get me in, when I need to come in! James has been doing my nails, he is hands down the best! I never have problems with my nails! He is quick and efficient! And does a great job! I have been to a lot of nail salons,not only do they take forever, but I had problems with the nails breaking off! Not with James! When I had to get my old nails off at other salons, it was sooo painful! James took mine off with no pain!!! You can't go wrong here! They are friendly and do great work! I brought my boyfriend today with me and he got a pedicure with Tammy! She did an awesome job! His feet look so nice and he says they feel soo good! We highly recommend this nail salon! read more

First, I would like to say my nails always looked great. It is not due to the quality of product that I am finally reviewing and leaving two stars. It is due to the fact that not once, not twice, but FOUR times I was accused of scheduling my services wrong. Everything from booking a pedi when I wanted my nails done to them saying I didn't schedule two pedis when I brought a friend for that exact reason only to the final straw of James saying I scheduled acrylics when I have ONLY ever had dips since I've been going there. Partially my fault for not standing up for myself but this last time was the last straw. I know what I schedule. It's not rocket science. They won't get my business ever again. read more

It's not the nail specialists, they are very friendly and apologetic. My first day, a chipped nail - it happens I get it-. Day 2, broken nail - wow really. Day 3, another chipped nail and a nail glued on started cracking and falling off. I go to get the nail fixed, they help me by fixing the nails and getting the chips repaired - super awesome and nice of them to do that. I go to work the next day and as I'm handing money back to a customer at my work I notice another chip! This never happens when I go to places near ASU. They took my nails off. WORST pedicure ever - wish I could post photo! After waiting 35 minutes for my scheduled appt (with no apology) had technician who rushed through my upgraded pedicure so he could serve a regular client. I got half the time the friend who was getting pedi with me got and upon close inspection after leaving, I had polish all over 4 toes! my 10 year old granddaughter has given me a better pedi. Owner argued about doing it over, and technicians do not speak or understand English. While I was there a client next to me tried to tell his technician she was too rough and hurting him. She glowered at him with no response. Within another minute she had cut his toe and he got up angrily, put on his shoes and left. Cannot rate this place poorly enough!!! read more

If you need to have your nails ir pedicure done, NEVER get in as soon as they open, very disorganized, spend half an hour walking around trying to get settled, seemed like they had no idea what they were doing or whom was doing what, finally they got to do my nails, even when I was the first one here, the job was fine, may come back again but not in the morning. Also, if you go there plan on spending at least 3 hours do get your manicure and pedicure done. read more

My daughter and I went in for gel manicures and regular pedicures. We used the valpak coupons. Two men took care of us and an older lady. They were very kind, spoke english and did an EXCELLENT JOB! My cuticles have never looked better. I also had a pleasant conversation with my nail tech about Asian food! :-) We showed up after 6pm, they close at 7 but finished our nails and another lady too and stayed until almost 7:30 without rushing us out. They took their time and did our nails right!! It's not a fancy place, but since it's a bit South of Happy Valley, you don't run into the packed nails salons (where they rush and don't do as great of a job) like you would if you go to a salon at Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant. I could prove to you that the call was made on May 1 @ 9:05am James but again nail salons like yours are a dime a dozen in Phoenix....

They were quite friendly and seemed to be a busy place. I called for an appointment and was told to come on in. Well, appears that I was going to be worked in whenever someone had time. I would much rather have had an appointment with one person. Two people completed my sns nails. When I went home I had to refile my nails so they matched. The end results were livable and they lasted. I went in and made an appointment expressing I would like one person only and that is how that appointment worked out. They needed to remove my nails and apply new SNS product. The operator I had tried to pop off my current ones...painful and you lose a layer of your natural nail. When I asked him to quit he poured a large bowl of polish remover and stuck my hands in it. Once they were off he tried to apply acrylic nails. I had to remind him I wanted (and had) sns nails. He then started that procedure. As he was working he mentioned that I was not helping him. He meant my hands were not being flexible. I was a bit taken as I had never had that comment and I have arthritis that prohibits some movements. He unhappily finished and the price was more that the month before. I was surprised by that and mentioned it. They said because of the removal of the prior ones. In order to do sns nails that is part of it. I mentioned that had not happened the time before so they charged me as such. Again I had to go home to file them so they would match. Within a week I lost one and did not even realize when...2 days later another one came off when removing a pair of gloves. Within 2 weeks I had 4 nails missing. NEVER again will I go there. read more

ZERO stars. My pedicure was not bad, even though my "10 minute massage" was only 2 minutes. My gel nails manicure was horrible. The guy smelled like cigarettes because he had just smoked before doing my nails. When I said how I wanted my nails shaped, he acted as if it was an inconvenience and he shaped them horribly. My GEL NAILS chipped off within the week. Lastly, he wrongly charged me for my sister's pedicure and made me feel guilty for not leaving a bigger tip. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF MONEY. I got my pedicure and gel manicure at 50% off (so instead of paying $63 dollars for both I paid $31) and let's just put it this way.... If I would've had to pay full price I would be giving zero stars. I saw Andy for my services- he was very nice and did a good job on my pedicure. My gel manicure was a mess-- uneven nails, gel polish on my cuticles and on the sides of my fingers. I think they got some new gel colors in because none of them matched what I picked out from the nail wheels to what actually was put on my nails (I picked out a dark grey but I got a light purple? What the? Same with my nails- I wanted a light pink but got clear?!) which caused a lot of confusion- especially when there's a language barrier. read more

I have been to very nail place within a five miles radius of my home (happy Valley and lake pleasant) . I am so thrilled I have found this little hidden gem!!! My nails have been consistent each time and their deluxe pedicure is the BEST price and best service in the area. They say and hour and it is an hour, and the massage is phenomenal! I highly recommend them and that says a lot because I'm super picky! read more

The best leg, foot, and hand massages I've had in a long time. They were so very welcoming and sweet! Worst nail experience ever. My fingers are in so much pain, they every single one of my fingers. my nails have dents in them so this on a gel set so its not like I messed them up after leaving. I asked for a matte finish and they don't look matte even though I paid extra for this. And NONE of their colors come out to look like what they advertise and it was a $30 fill totally not worth the time or money. read more

This place was horrible, I showed the owner Adrian the nails that I wanted and he said he could do them but he messed them up! It was not what I wanted, I ended telling him that he needed to fix them but he couldnt fix them so he got upset and started yelling at me in front of customers!!! It was embarassing when he kicked me out! this place is not proffesional and i'll never recommend it to anyone ! STAY AWAY! I'm reporting them to state board! I want to clearify that when i ask for the owner that guy adrian said he was the owner, and there is no type of relationship with the nail tecnician and me the reason that i came back is because the first time i showed the guy the picture of the nails I wanted and he asure that he could do it and that's why i went back and i ask him again if he can still do that and he said yes he was doing it right but he added something that i did not ask and then is when i told him thats not the color and i requested to him to fix that. Then is when he got upset really upset, i was really scare when he started to scream and he stand up took tne money and he throut it on my face, when i told him just to put a color on top because i didn't want to leave like that with the balls of powder on my nails he started screaming agaig go or i will call the police he was really violent and you dont know how scare i was Just to let you know there is no reason to treat a custumer like that i never rise up my voice but the fact that he couldn't keep his word that he could do it the easy way to fix it is to trouth out a customer the easy way, thats not professional no manners and i got to the point to think the guy was races, you are More then welcome to contact me. read more

If I could leave NO stars I would. I went here cause my regular nail place was closed (Sunday) I went for a full set and got coffin shape (extra $5) so after he was done and ready to paint my nails I realized the "coffin" shape was SO bad not to mention they didn't even get the red color I picked from there sample colors so I told him and he got the right color just to set it aside and continue with the wrong color.. So I told the what seemed to be the lady in charge as well as how HORRIBLE the shape was and she did "fix" them up for me but they're all still crooked and different shapes and sizes. I would NOT recommend them to anybody. My nails have never came out SOOOO bad before I'm very disappointed, almost to the point where I'd removing them and go somewhere else and getting them redone after paying $30. Ugh ZERO STARS DO NOT GO HERE!!! Waste of money and 3 hours of my day!!! Also less than a week later one of my nails just popped off. Then after one week I was missing 4 nails. I've never had a nail just fall off definitely worse set I've ever had. read more
