I work in IT and today a server room UPS battery died. I have very little knowledge since I am not used to dealing with the bigger UPS. But in addition to selling me the batteries I needed, the Battery Warehouse guys helped me install and gave me technical guidance. Really above the call of duty, and I respect that a lot.
