I needed security cameras set up for our home, and from the first phone call, Gabriel has always been professional, prompt and responsive. so I really hate to leave reviews on yelp but I need people to know whats out there and what they are paying for. I searched and found this company on yelp and I contacted them for a quote. The guy named Gabriel was very quick in responding to me and would follow up literally everyday to gain my business. He told me it comes with a 3 years warranty. so he made me believe that this is a very legit company so I decided to move forward with them. As soon as he was done with the installation he stopped answering my text message or calls. He text me to let me know his in Spain and he would get back to me once his back in town. Until now, i've been using a professional alarm company to monitor my home alarm system. I finally decided to have my own self contained system and NOT pay a yearly fee. I spent countless hours over many months deciding what type of security system I wanted for my home. I researched wireless vs hard wired, camera systems purchased through big box stores, Craig's list to private companies, even with on site estimates. Finally, through Angie's list I was put into contact with TCI. I spoke with Gabriel and he answered all my questions and was very professional. Since I had decided on what cameras I thought I would like, he gave me detailed information on his TCI system. In addition, through emails he sent me very detailed specs on the camera's as well as the video recorder. I was very surprised when he also sent me a satellite view as well as street view of my home. He put red arrows exactly where he thought the cameras would work best. I originally thought 4 cameras would be fine. Once I looked at the diagram, I decided on 6 cameras, 5 outside my home and one inside. The camera indoor is different, and has an alarm and voice communication, but that can be used outdoors as well. Three men came to install the system. Another TCI representative returned a week later to tweak the system if necessary, and answer questions on how you view from your iPhone in real time. The system has been up and running for 2 wks. now and I love it, well worth the cost! Together with the 3 year guarantee on the equipment, and phone support, why would you go anywhere else? He was the only one to offer CAT6, others offered CAT5. He also offered color matching conduits where it was not possible to run cables through walls, others offered white or black color only.
