I worked with Kristina at this location (she used to work in Rancho so it was great to see a familiar face since I've worked with her before). She was helpful with breaking down policy information and was straight forward and to the point with everything I had questions on. You can tell she's a rep that actually cares, cuts through the confusion and is all about pointing you in the right direction. Both times she's helped me I've left feeling seen and understood, which is the most important thing after dealing with life's annoying nuances.
