If i could give this no stars i would. I went with my friend to get Classic Pedicures and i told the lady doing our nails that was what i wanted. she doubled check to confirm and i said "yes 2 Classic Pedicures please". Go to pay and she gave us one of the most expensive pedicures, and may i say for being nearly $100 for both of us together it was not worthy of that money. i told the man at the cash register there must be a mistake and the lady came up to arguing telling me i was wrong and i did not ask for classic when my friend also clearly heard it was what i asked for. Long story short, I had to pay an extravagant amount due to their error. I will never be coming back here and am EXTREMELY disappointed with their customer service and professionalism not to mention paid way to much for something done so poorly. This place never ceases to amaze me and always meets my expectations with flying colors. From the first time I went during the first week I moved here all of my needs were met with remarkable customer service. I normally like to get a lot done with my nails and whenever I describe a particularly complicated gem arrangement the workers here never bat an eye. The first time I came I got a pink and white ombré in a coffin shape with a very sophisticated feature on my middle finger that had flowers, rhinestones, and pearls. It took her 3 hours to craft it by hand, and the whole session was only $60. The next time I went in I got another complicated rhinestone feature on my middle finger with chrome, that was only $55! I'm blown away by their prices and quality of work every time I go. The same designs that I get here for around $60 I would've easily paid $125 for in Washington DC where I'm from. I would definitely recommend the salon to anyone read more

Terrible customer service which is unfortunate because they use to be great and the owners have not changed and remain to be very present. My nails (usually) turn out okay but the entire time I'm in the chair I'm mortified at everything going on around me. I get the vibe they just want you in and out as fast as possible and then onto the next. I've been cut by the hand file multiple times. I was bleeding and they did nothing to control the bleeding so I really hope they sterilize everything but VERY doubtful so that totally turned me away from this place for good. But on the bright side I found Luna nail lounge across the street and they are AMAZING! (And have complementary drinks ;) read more

Terrible service, I came in for a SHELLAC mani and pedi, I was seated for a pedi and she completely rushed through my pedicure, another tech came by and I suppose she had other guest waiting because she speed up, she wasn't even looking at my nails while filing. She did a poor job shaping my nails.. when it came to my mani she started using the other color I chose not to put on my feet, on my nails.... thought I asked for shellac.. but oh well .. won't be getting my extra money!! read more

I came in for a pedicure at 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:25pm. I was sat down in a chair and told to turn on my massage chair. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting......waiting....why did I make an appointment? I went here about a year ago and was really pleased. My daughter and I came back about 6 weeks ago and I am still mad about it. I was having dip nail polish taken off and a regular manicure. Instead of letting the acetone dissolve the dip, she ground it off with the electric sander. I have never seen that technique and it certainly didn't save any time! She literally ground away at my nails for 15+ minutes. My nails have always been strong and Now they are like paper! Six weeks later and they still just break and chip. They can't even be filled as they just disintegrate. I am having to wear them very short. I think it will be at least 2 more months before they are anywhere near what they were! Over priced! When I told my nail technician my French tip was crooked on my big toe, she said "no honey it look good" I was like omg how are you going to ask me if they look good and then argue with my answer lol they are super busy, the workers are nice. But I've gotten wayyyy better nails and prices elsewhere. The "gold pedicure" was $40 the only thing special was a nice leg mask. The rest of the service was equivalent to a $20 pedicure. I went here all through my late teens and quit going, I tried them like 3 years ago and didn't go back. Then I decided to try them Saturday and now I remember why I won't be back. read more

Do not come here! I had shellac done and 2 days later it chipped so I went back in to have it fixed, on one nail they applied powered and then applied another layer of shellac to all my nails. I went and had my nails done at a higher quality salon and it took her 40 min to get all the shellac off because there were 4+ layers and acrylic on one nail, and my nails were so sensitive. I called to explain to the owner and he was so mean and unhelpful. Their technicians caused me a lot of pain and could have ruined my nails, the owner said because I didn't come to him he can't help me. read more

So we all are quite familiar with how hard nail salons try to up-sale their customers, well it was taken a bit too far here. The person who did my nails was Mindy and she did an amazing job, but she would NOT quit asking me to upgrade to the next level of mani/pedi I was getting. She was very pushy and annoying and I almost wanted to walk out because of her persistence. It was simply too much. She basically acted like it wasn't an option to get a regular mani, but I'm sorry, if you don't want to give me what I ask for, then it shouldn't be an option. I love TD Nails. I go there exclusively, and prefer to see Tina. After my first visit I never had to tell her how I like my nails done (I get shellac and prefer thicker french tips) or what pedi package I want. She always remembers! I've been to a lot of local nails salons and prices are pretty similar to everywhere else, but the quality is a lot better. I have gotten acrylics put on a couple times as well and I was the one trying to get them off instead of having to go get them replaced after a week like other places I've been. I came here on July 14, 2016 the day before my Big Day - the wedding. I came upset because a few minutes before I had a bad experience at another nail salon. I had tears in my eyes, explained my situation to Maria, who is one of the owners at TD Nails. She told me she could take care of me. I got my waxing done, she offered to fix my pedicure (from the other nail salon that I got done 30 min before), and she did an amazing job on the manicure. Maria and her husband both worked on my nails. I left as a happy customer! Too bad, I moved back to Bellevue, but whenever I would be in the area, I'll definitely come back and use the services. read more

I've been going to TD nails for over 10 years. I have been very happy with the service and people who work here. The past few visits i've noticed they don't have the same cleanliness. They wipe out the foot baths with a spong (same one each time) it doesn't look like they use cleaners. I got a toe nail fungus this last time and my doctor said to STOP going. So sad 10 years every other week and now I have no salon. BUMMER !!! read more

It's been about 8 yrs since I've had lash extensions as they didn't last long & were really expensive. Jessica is an absolute pro! She takes her time, is meticulous in her craft & goes above & beyond to make you comfortable. I'm past 3 weeks from a full set & I'm just now thinking about returning for a fill. They still look great! I also had a mani/pedi with her & it also was one of if not the best I've had! From the tasteful flower art on my big toes to my beautifully done French tipped shallacked nails. She even massaged my shoulders & back while my nails were drying. Hannah is the best! I've been seeing her for about the last year or year and a half. She always does a great job whether it's with a solid color or a design. She even recommended that I tried dipping powder as it is better for nails and last longer. I'm glad I did, because the powder is awesome! I was celebrating a girlfriend's birthday and we went here to get pedicures this weekend. Even days later I'm still fuming about the experience because I think it's so ridiculous. The lady was upselling me every few minutes and I can't tell you how many times I repeatedly said "NO", "no thank you" (my intonation being very clear). She DISREGARDED my no anyway and decided to add the sugar scrub while I was distractedly talking to my girlfriends. And when she was waxing my face I had to sit up in order to stop her from performing another service. How incredibly rude that I felt violated at every point, "No, I would just like the classic pedicure", "No I am not getting a manicure" "No I do not want my eyebrows waxed" "No, I do not want the sugar scrub". Charging me for services I declined is disgusting and ludicrous and I don't want to support a business that is so unbelievably pushy. read more

Love TD Nails! Their OPI shellac lasts so much longer than any other salon I've been to. Prices are a bit higher here, but I believe the superior products and service warrants it. I think I have finally found it! A place to call home! An exclusive relationship with a nail salon. Why did I finally decide to settle down? This is the one...and we can be happy together until death do us part or the next time I have to move to a new city. Either way, this place is great. What you need to know is you are paying like 35 bucks for a gel mani, but you get a shoulder and arm massages with it! The cons are that they have you choose from a color selection on the wall and particularly with gel polish I like to view them painted on a fake nail. They don't accept Amex which is a real shame. They always ask if I have cash for a tip and the answer is no. I pay taxes on all my wages and sadly, I am not going out of my way so you don't have to claim your tips. Now back to the good stuff. This place is huge and has always seated me right away. When I got a mani and pedi they did not try to do my mani in the pedicure chair like so many others. Sure I soaked my old mani off while I was getting the gold star pedicure (which is so worth it). However, they weren't making me uncomfortably stretch in the chair so they could get me done faster. I also got lip and eyebrow wax which were thorough and well done. They have a loyalty card to make sure I don't ever stray. I think they earned my business because of their massages and willingness to spend the appropriate amount of time on your service and not rush to get you out the door and the next person in their chair. The first time I went I was incredibly impressed. The man I assume is the owner did my nails and upsold me to shellac. I was stunned. They lasted for weeks without even a chip. I normally only get my nails done for special occasions, but I loved it so much I decided I would keep them up. I went back for my second round and the woman who did them just wasn't good at it. They were thick and uneven and chipped in a day, which should never happen with shellac. I went back within their 3 day satisfaction policy and they agreed to fix it, which I much appreciated. I asked that the man who had done them the first time do them again and I was willing to wait until he was free. A few minutes later I was passed off to his wife, then they ralked again and I was passed off to another girl. I wasn't thrilled but hey, as long as my $40 manicure got fixed I didn't care. The girl did a decent job, but still not what it should be and not nearly as good as the first time. I'm in love with shellac now but I'll be going to a nail technician certified by CND (the company who makes it). For an everyday mani pedi they're great, but I would be wary of some of their other services. read more

I felt so ridiculous running around with only seven nails, I took them all off myself, not wanting to go in and argue with the staff again. Sad part is, it only took me about one painless minute.
