My fiancé and I could not have asked for a better photography experience than we had with Tim. This amazing experience began the moment we reached out to him on Instagram. He was always very communicative, and easy to get a hold of. Our busy schedules did not seem to bother Tim when he was trying to schedule some time to speak with us. He was always very kind and personable anytime we communicated via video call, phone, or email. Tim was also very detail oriented, and laid out every single thing we needed to do in order for him to best help us get the photography session we envisioned. Everything was spelled out for us and we did not need to do anything more than what he asked. He even offered additional help in looking for hair and make up artists, or even providing input and suggestions while we were deciding on what outfits to wear for the shoot. And all that was BEFORE the photoshoot. The shoot itself turned out to be a lot of fun for all of us. At the shoot, Tim's personability, and professionalism were further on display. He was very helpful in posing and instructing us, while still having a good time and keeping us from becoming overwhelmed. We had sent him a few photo poses that we had told him we definitely wanted to try during the shoot. Tim not only helped to make this happen, but Tim had even taken the time to memorize the poses so that we could quickly get to the next shot without wasting too much time. His attention to detail was by far one of the most impressive things I've seen. Tim was able to turn around and have our photos edited and uploaded to our personal site within a week. This made all the excitement and anticipation worth it, because it was astonishing to see the beautiful art he was able to create with a couple of average folks who've never done a photoshoot before. Tim is practically family now. He will be a top choice in any, most likely all, future big events we host. Let me start off by saying, THANK YOU TIM! I came across TDM Productions on Instagram, as an ad. This was all right when COVID had hit and the shutdown began. He had a contest giving away a free engagement shoot to 3 couples. He did this to give back knowing that this pandemic was affecting all of us in some sort of way and he just wanted to bring some happiness to others. After about 2 weeks, I get an email that basically said, "CONGRATULATIONS! You won the free engagement shoot." I had even forgotten that I entered because I never win anything. LOL. We then set up a date to speak to TIM (owner of TDM) and right away, my fiancé, Tim and I, hit it off. The vibes were all there Tim was so communicative that it just amazed us. From the beginning he was always trying to get to know us. We emailed and text back and forth often to try and set dates and locations. Loved that I knew that if I had a question I could reach out to him without hesitation. From the very beginning Tim was very hands on. He asked what kind of location we preferred and when we told him he sent us an entire list of locations that he has worked at and other locations as well. He had his list very detailed. He even mentioned on the list which locations had a fee. I loved this because I would not have wanted to run into surprises once we arrived. The day of the engagement shoot finally came and Tim sure did deliver! The vibes in person matched and surpassed the vibes from our phone call. He is very down to earth and his energy is just like no other. We even took our dogs to the shoot and let me tell you, he handled this very well. My dogs are a handful and the patience that Tim had was like no other. Finally!!! We received our photos and WOW!!!!! He sure did deliver. He is extremely personable and easy going, it was easy to establish a connection with him just over the phone.
