As most homeowners know, it would be unwise to move forward without a written estimate, especially when comparing multiple companies. We specifically needed a written estimate as part of a real estate transaction that had already encountered complications. After the appointment, I followed up and spoke with our service contact, Joe B., who assured me he would email the estimate. Unfortunately, we never received anything, and because of the lack of follow-through and documentation, they unfortunately missed the mark this time. As a result, we've decided to move forward with another plumbing and heating company for this project.
