    Horrible customer service. My bill increased after a year and they are unwilling to match what they are offering new customers.

    Hate calling in to pay. They charge you an extra three $ to pay over the phone. There internet sucks and super slow.

    Does anybody know what the trick is to get customer service to answer there customers in under an hour on hold? I've called 3 times. 1/2 hour; I hung up. 45 minutes; I hung up. Today, 7-27-20 over an hour and I hung up.

    Does anybody in St. George, UT have email service working from TDS this week? Mine has been down for 10 days. The internet part is working fine. Zip area 84770. Thanks for any replies. I'll have to check back here to find out if there are any.

    Mine doesn't work at all I called and they want to charge me 50.00 to come out and look at it

    For most people in remote areas, awi is the only option for internet. Still, having now used them…read morefor 6 months, I would literally tether off my cell phone before ever using them again. I paid for their best service ($149 approx a month) and was barely getting 20 mbps if that. I could stream any video and even webpages wouldn't load right. It would be so bad that my one bar of service was faster than waiting for my internet. I had their tech guy come out who flat out informed me their towers can't support the users so how much you get will fluctuate no matter what you pay. (sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen). AND THIS IS HOW GOOD IT IS WHEN IT WORKS! Lol I asked for a specific quote to buy my own space on the tower (dedicated fiber or something like that they call it). Didn't even get a call back. I've got a couple days left or AWI and then praise the lord I can get TDS. I'll be paying 50% the price for 20x the speed. How sad.

    I'm very saddened by what I get from awi. I had a hole cut into my wall by installer. They came out…read moreafter 2 months from when done. (Installer didn't want to tell them I think) but when they came. The guy was very awesome. Corrected the hole. Then my service was poor at best. He did some adjusting and it seemed better, then I had to download a update. It took 2 days!!! I uninstalled the update used my phone hot spot took less then a minute. Hum. Now I pay over $80 a month. And can't watch Netflix, Hulu, download a thing. But they say my internet is good. I even hard lined to download thinking maybe WiFi. Same thing!!! This has been my fastest test! Disappointed Customer.

    The owner's name is Gregg. It seems like he does most or all of the house calls. He came to my home…read morethree times. We have a 42" Mitsubishi TV that's about six years old, and it recently started doing a weird thing where the screen would blink spontaneously. We're not huge TV people, so we decided to try to have this one repaired instead of springing for a new one. Gregg was recommended to us by another shop in town where he used to work. He's mobile, so it's nice that he'll come to your home and save the hassle of having to haul in your device. He charged $50 for my initial house call, and came promptly the same day I called. He credited the house call cost toward our repair bill. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and said I needed a new part. About a week later he came back and installed the part. A day or two later I discovered that the screen blinking problem was better, but still not fixed. I called Gregg and he did some research and ordered another part. He came about a week later and installed the additional part, and that has fixed the problem. He didn't charge me for the additional part or labor. The only reason this review isn't five stars is that I had to call more than once before he returned my call for the second repair. I left a voicemail and didn't hear back for a few days, which made me suspicious. But he was only busy, and not trying to dodge me. He stands behind his work. I highly recommend him for any electronics repair.
