The ambience is old Victorian. Their loose leaf tea selection is very good. We had the fujian and sunrise ice teas. Well made. Their Vegan and Tomato Mozzarella croissant-wich are very good. Parking is available but limited. Too bad that they're closing due to leasing problems. Would recommend the place any day. read more

This is the cutest little tea gem in Kona! Perfect place to unwind with delicious desserts and tea. No Wi-Fi, so choose to drink tea with your thoughts, read, or bring a friend/date to enjoy with. They have a large selection of teas to choose from, coffee, desserts, breakfast, lunch items. Service was quick and friendly. Ambiance is definitely on point with Victorian style decorations. My favorite dessert was definitely the Portuguese tart. That crackly top was so great to bite into. We got one of their local teas grown on Big Island. Even comes with some honey and milk to add! Love this quaint tea shop! It's perfect for a ladies' tea time or just for some solo enjoyment. Lots of options with teas, delicious food, and pastries, too! These are the places that I love Yelp for. Perfect little get away for breakfast. Mom and pop joint...and grand-pop and dog were all there too. Everyone inside was happy and enjoying the atmosphere. Nicely little cozy cafe with lots of pastry and tea options, with some coffee and food options. We would have come to try more items, but the parking lot was basically full and the inside of the store was full as well, so we just ordered two pastries to go. Would have loved to come back to sit down and try their tea set, but alas that will have to be for another time. We got the swiss roll with mixed berries fixed with whipped cream, and the portuguese tart. Both were very delicious pastries and well worth it. The swiss roll was super fresh and light. The portguese tart had a crunchy and flaky exterior but nice and smooth inside. Staff was very friendly, though a bit distracted by the number of guests. Parking lot here was very very tight even for sedans, so not the easiest place to visit, and they were super busy in the morning. Still a cute cafe though that many seem to enjoy. read more

Beautiful place. Incredibly friendly staff. It was packed, but as soon as someone got up, she said, "There's a spot over there!" How observant and helpful!!!! I had the fog cinnamon Chai tea, which was excellent, the ham and cheese on a croissant (life changing), and the desert fruit roll with whipped cream. I ordered a vanilla mac latte, which was standard for the island but really tasty. My husband got a cortado and said the espresso was really good. One less star, I almost didn't want to share this, because of the massive cockroach hanging around. Their almond croissants are also delicious and are actually from France. Staff are always friendly and service is prompt. Also as a coffee drinker they make a pretty good cortado to boot. My favorite thing to indulge in on a day off is dinning in for breakfast with their German breakfast to start off my day. Take note in the quaint detail of the presentation. This place takes me back to my grandmothers front porch sip'n on tea and making memories. Definitely a rare gem of a place in the heart of Kailua Kona. Also I noticed how the owners take interest in their regular clientele and try their utmost to accommodate their needs as promptly as possible while they are heading off to work. Tea-licious is delicious. This is the cutest little tea shop and café. My family came here during our Big Island stay and we ordered a bunch of breakfast items. Between the 5 of us, we shared a few croissant sandwiches (smoked salmon, ham & cheese), a chia-oat bowl, a small house salad, a few coffee drinks, and a bottle of Big Island Booch: "elderberry lavender love." Christmas themed with delicious made-to-order food and drinks. There was a Christmas tree on top of the shelves with a cute owl ornament and tinsel all around. An afternoon tea set is always available on the menu; making this family run café an adorable visit for any time of the year. My favorite menu item was the chia-oat bowl. This chia-oat bowl had the freshest fruit: sweet cuts of mango, kiwi, berries, and more. The next time I find myself back in Kona, I'll be sure to pay Tea-licious a visit. read more
