My daughters and I love this place. It has this healthy vibe that we enjoy. We found out about them after an article was placed in one of the local magazines. My daughter is a new college student, and she's always so tired from studying and volunteering. But, she wanted something healthier than coffee. I showed her the article, and we did some research on matcha, which per the research has many wonderful benefits. They have this great drink with matcha, called Coconut Grass Skirt, and my daughter loves it. I love it too. I also tried the Taj Mahal~delicious! Lastly, I was looking for a cold brew tea to replace soda and other sugar drinks in our home. We tried Hawaiian Style, and it's wonderful! I think I'm going to just try something new for my next several visits. Because, everything seems so healthy and yummy. Especially when compared to soda. Their pricing is comparable to other establishments. They are friendly and welcoming. Tea time at Tea Xotics is becoming a regular spot for us! read more

Considering this place is new you would think they would be really friendly and trying to build their business, but that was not the experience we had today. The young lady working the counter was very nice and the tea was delicious, but the older lady was just rude. Tea Xotics is a perfect addition to Town Center. I am a huge matcha fan, and I am madly in love with their Coconut Grass Skirt. Delicious, delicious, DELICIOUS!!! They use high quality matcha and pair it up with coconut milk powder. What a "matcha" made in heaven (pun intended)! It is very tasty and flavorful and isn't watered down and bland like the Matcha Green Tea Lattes at Starbucks and Peet's. I've always experienced great customer service when I go there. I never feel rushed and I like how friendly and personable the ladies working the counter are. They also have a cute gift area where you can buy candles, soaps, and other handmade items. this is a very nice place. it has good collection of teas. little pricey but the quality is really good. I am a big fan of their matcha teas. it's worth 5 starts but I took off 1 star due to the scone. I ordered a strawberry scone and at that time they were in oven baking. I was excited to have hot freshly baked scones. When I checked the bag the scone was damaged and the strawberry puree on the top stuck to the bag which was not appetizing to eat at all. If I was informed I would have waited a little more for it to cool down. I wish they were a little considerate about their customers and not in a rush. read more

We were told about this shop a month ago, and as Rocklin residents its not something just around the corner for us, but the recommendation was that "it's worth the drive", so we visited one morning and we LOVED it! The selection of teas is just amazing, and gluten free items that are absolutely fantastic. The overall atmosphere there is so peaceful and relaxing, you just want to stay there and enjoy every moment. We came back a week later and again, amazing! The team there is so nice and you can tell that they really love what they do--super friendly. I work in a pressure-cooker environment (transit agency), so coming here is one of those places where you can seek refuge from the crazy world we live in and just forget about your problems of the day and just r-e-l-a-x, We now have made this a weekly habit of coming here. I came here for the first time today and I ordered the spicy chai. I am normally very skeptical when it comes to drinking chai but I have to say I loved it! I enjoyed every sip! My favorite go to place for loose leaf tea. It's somewhat expensive but it's worth it. The staff is very friendly and checking out is quick and easy! I just wish they didn't have the zip lock paper bags. I like when loose leaf teas comes in a tin because it's easier to scoop out. read more
