One of the best bubble tea places around! They have a big menu, and you can never go wrong with the Sea Salt Coffee here. They do get busy at times, but their drinks are always consistent and the service is pretty fast. I also recently noticed that they use organic milk for their drinks, which made me even more impressed. It's great to see a shop that cares about the quality of ingredients they use. Jay, the owner, always stands behind the quality of his drinks and the service. I've been here multiple times, both to grab drinks to go and to sit and work for a while. It's always a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend! read more

2.5 STARS Date: Tuesday, October 21st, 2025 Time: around 6:15pm Grade A Matcha Snow ($7.25) *10% sweetness *Whole milk *Honey boba ($0.65) *Coffee jelly ($0.90) *Crystal boba ($0.90) *Slush *0% sweet I wanted a boba matcha. This spot was a few doors down from where we had lunch, so I decided to check them out. I saw they had matcha, but no options without milk. So I asked the cashier if I could get an iced matcha made with water instead of milk. I will pay for a version with milk, but I only wanted matcha, water, and the toppings. No milk, no dairy subs, no sweetness. She said she could do this in slush form. I asked what that meant and she said it's just like a slushie made with ice. That's sounded fine so I said go ahead. I got he receipt above, so I made sure to confirm there is no milk, no sugar. Just the matcha, water, and toppings, right? She said yes, so I went over to the seating area to wait. I figured the 10% sweetness and whole milk was something they had to enter into the system for that drink and they made notes to correct it to what I wanted. When I got the drink, it was a milky green, so I was super confused. I asked again, this has no milk and added sweetness, and they said yes. At that point I felt annoying, so I just left with the drink. Unfortunately it did taste milky / creamy so I didn't finish it. The toppings were good tho. It was unfortunately since I really wanted a matcha. I just don't like milk or cream in my teas or coffees. For the milk teas and drinks like that, I'm sure this spot is probably great. I know my request is rather odd for a boba tea spot, so maybe they misunderstood that I just wanted a matcha tea with toppings. I did tip them a dollar on top since they were really nice. Stopper by for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up and TeaDM definitely did the trick. The line was almost to the door when I arrived, but it moved fairly quickly and our drinks were ready in a matter of minutes. While you wait, there's a seating area with a long, comfy lounge chair or a high top with several stools. When I went they had a deal (buy 4 drinks, get 1 free) so decided on the ube matcha and eggspresso for my 2 drinks while the rest of the family each got their own. Drank the ube matcha (not bad - wish the matcha came through more) that afternoon and the eggspresso for the next day. Wow. The eggspresso was still strong the following morning. Definitely preferred this one out of the two. The family enjoyed their drinks as well (strawberry milk tea with boba x2) and the OG coffee (also very strong!). Plenty of parking in the lot, but you may have to circle around a few times as Eden Center could get rather busy depending on when you go. read more

The long lines invited us to see what the hype was. My husband and I got the same drink that we kept seeing others get. Service was a little slow, but understandable with the long lines. PARKING: Free in the plaza it's located in. SEA SALT COFFEE: This drink is STRONG as it is a vietnamese coffee with a hint of sea salt cream on top. A must try and I can see why it was a crowd favorite that day. Only complaint was that I wish it came with less ice. My "less ice" option was still quite a bit. read more

Line was long even first thing in the morning on a Saturday but it moved really quickly! The coffee was fantastic. Strong, thick, and needs to melt over ice for slow enjoyment. The ambiance is a bit odd. It almost looks closed from outside and has a Star Wars ish vibe (modern furniture, industrial feel). The drinks were great! I had a Vietnamese ice coffee w sea salt foam and my son had a strawberry mango smoothie. Mine was rich and strong, and I reduced the sugar. My husband said it was so much better than the one he got at another vendor in Eden center. My son finished his (surprisingly bc it was huge). He said somewhere between smoothie and milkshake bc they blended with milk. Overall super tasty. Took a while to receive the order (long line). Loved TeaDM in the Eden shopping center! They have so many options of boba tea favors, toppings, etc. you can adjust your sweetness and sub out milks too. This is the first time I've seen a boba tea lounge concept and it works so well! I just wanted some boba tea and my husband needed to work - win win. I believe they have a running promotion or buy 4 get 1 free which I did, and it came out to a little over $30, which are great prices. The employees were helpful and fast, inside has a bunch of seats and bar stools for people to sit and relax/chat. I ordered for myself an ube matcha latte and a milk tea 75% sweetness with boba. The latte was coffee forward and the milk tea was perfect. The ube smoothie was great in flavor as well as the mango tango. I hope to stop by soon! read more

Boba Tea has definitely grown on me. I enjoy checking out the various spots in the area. I was pleased this location stays open pretty late. Super cool, futuristic vibes. The surroundings felt like you are inside a spaceship or a submarine. Welcoming staff that was eager to explain, answer questions and make suggestions. They had Rice Chips. A colleague recommended checking out this place for the cute airplane / space ship interior (we work for the airports!) and tea. I took my family here after hotpot. The drinks were pretty good, particularly the coffee drinks which were made Vietnamese style - very strong! The place was pretty busy and we didn't really get to enjoy the fun ambience of the place since most of the space was being occupied by what looked like older regulars. read more

I've been to this location quite a few times. It's close to where I live so it's convenient and they're open until late which is a good thing. The last time I went there was after church around 9 pm. I was craving something sweet and the service was quick. Brought my parents to try Boba tea for the first and they liked it. I got the mango milk tea. It was good. Milky and mango -y. Not too artificial tasting. Clean inside the shop and I like being able to see all the ingredients they use. The bubble tea at this place is hands down the best I've ever had!!! It's so good and was pleasantly surprised. The service was quick, pleasant and very helpful. The decor was quite interesting and fun. It's pretty dark at night in there so couldn't see much. I got the call me ubae smoothie and my partner got the green Thai tea. The smoothie was 10/10, best I've ever had. I would definitely come back! Not 5 stars because there was a really bad odor in there and that was pretty gross. One of the hottest places for a caffeine fix in Eden Center, TeaDM is always busy, but quick on the service. Every time I am there, the workers are filling bags of bulk orders, usually from the selection of coffee drinks, but they figured out how to swiftly deliver everyone else's order within a few minutes. I usually go with the Sea Salt Vietnamese coffee which is filled with crushed ice. Before you shake the creme into the drink, give the drink a sip and you can taste how strong the coffee is! The Vietnamese coffee is the standout on the menu, but the Jasmine Milk Tea is also another one of my favorites. While other boba shops have a clean and bright interior, TeaDM is your "boba club." It's darker inside but still a fun place to hang out. The menu board is also fun too! read more

Come here for one thing ... SEASALT COFFEE with coffee jelly. This coffee is strong , and you can adjust the sugar level and make the coffee even stronger. If you order online or in person, they have a deal of buy 4 and get 1 free. I would recommend order online to avoid the wait because they can get super busy at times. Would have gotten a photo of the coffee but I drank it too fast I didn't even have a chance to. They also have rewarding system and the lounge is large enough to fit lots of people. read more

Yummy vietnamese coffee. Very strong. Kept the jetlag away all day long. I love that they open very early, 7am. Went there early morning and there were already some older uncles chilling out with their coffee. The lighting, though, was very nightclub-ish. I wish they would at least change to a cafe vibe that early in the morning . But they have nice long table where we could enjoy our morning banh mi with their coffee. The ladies at the counter were very nice and friendly, explaining patiently all the different coffee options and gave us good recommendation on the ice and sugar level. This place has skyrocketed to my favorite Boba tea place in the area. The staff is one of the best parts about this place( Rose, Typh and Long were on deck that night ) and they keep this same energy into the late night when they close at 12am. I know first hand because I closed the place down one night. Tips: 1) The Boba tea actually tastes like tea and NOT a sugar flavored drink. 2) The only Boba tea place that will let you sample the teas. 3) Try the Winter melon 4) Try the Jazmine 5) Try the Green Thai 6) The regular is extremely on the sweet side so make sure you correct for that. 7) The BrownSugar Oolong was my least favorite. I taste the brown sugar too much. Being an oolong Tea type of dude, but it has great potential. I'll try it with 50% sweet next time. read more

So many fun and different bubble teas here! I got the cosmopolitea and loved it - I usually get 25% sugar and my drink was the perfect sweetness. It came with star-shaped lychee jelly which was super cute. Service was pretty fast, and the whole interior is like the inside of an airplane. Probably my favorite boba at Eden Center - I always get their Sea Salt Coffee. I only bring my rating down because I noticed some hit or miss when I go these days (they were much better when they first opened). Their other flavors seem to either taste too bland or too sweet... it really depends on who is making it. If you don't want to take your chances just get the sea salt coffee; that is good every time! I had no idea what to try so I went with a yummy frappe kind of drink which was super delicious. You can sit on the floor or at tables here and I can imagine really nice wellness events here. We got the Thai tea flavored bingsu and it was good! Not overly sweet (but can add the condensed milk to make it sweeter) and loved the crunch from the almonds and corn flakes! The gentleman who seated us was very kind and let us know that we ordered online but to let him know if we had any questions! Hr answered the ones we had and was very knowledgeable about all the products. It was busy on a Friday early evening and they don't have tons of tables especially ones for large groups. Lots of tables for 2-4 people. They also serve coffee and tea drinks.

I Ordered a taro smoothie :) the menu had a lot of really yummy options- my go tos are always either Taro or honeydew and they had both, so the decision was a little tough. I was intrigued by some of their options, like the rose milk tea! It definitely seems like there is some thing for every flavor profile one could be looking for. They certainly had a lot of coffee options, but I am unfortunately having to forgo coffee during lent. I liked how the cashier gave me a good recommendation. I was going to add some of the sea salt cold foam to my drink and she definitely did not recommend that considering the consistency of the foam. I appreciated that because I definitely didn't want to accidentally ruin my drink. My smoothie came out delicious! They did not skimp on portion, and they also did not skimp on the topping of the lychee jelly! I opted for 70% sweet and it doesn't seem that their drink drinks are overly sweetened to begin with. I definitely will want to come back again! The ambience was very cute. Minimal with some greenery, and I saw a couple ladies sitting in the corner, doing some crochet and yarn work. Very cute small cozy place to catch up with a friend or just relax after a work week.

I was greeted almost immediately but also given time to review the menu myself without feeling rushed. As I ordered my drink, the employee answered my questions and was quick with making the drinks. The drink itself, their sea salt brown sugar boba, tasted sweet but overwhelmingly so. I recommend going here if you want a flavorful boba and a nice experience.
