This atmosphere is so much better than the Five Mile location. It is nice and open. The service was great. Very well staffed! Our waitress - Angel was awesome. She was assisted by many others who brought drinks, appetizers, Main dishes, bread, dessert, water refills.....She was able to do everything from her electronic tablet (worn around her neck). Mixed drinks came fast! Food was right on. My son ordered a filet and it was perfectly cooked - medium rare. $7 drinks specials were awesome. Great Tim Tam dessert (pictured). Enjoying so much I forgot to take pictures except the wall and dessert. I ordered the Alice Chicken which used to be called smothered chicken. Plenty of cheese and bacon. Caesar salads were giant with the usual too much dressing. Sweet Potatoes were good. We got the mac n cheese balls and cocoanut shrimp for appetizers. We always go to outback steakhouse when they have their free bloomin onion special. But every time we go, they conveniently forget to take off the onion from the bill. . The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. The food is always good. read more

We walked in during a Friday night rush, surprisingly we did not have to wait for a table (the place was packed). Our server came by shortly & we ordered drinks while we went over the menu. It took a bit to get the drinks but it was obviously busy so it was no bother. After we got our drinks we ordered the mozzarella boomerangs, those came out about 5-10 mins later, normal time I'd say and... it was delicious. After we ordered another drink & our entrees. We both got the 8oz victoria's filet (added garlic butter) and a baked potato. We did not wait for the entrees long & they were perfectly cooked. Overall, the food and drinks were great, the service was fantastic, it was busy but not loud; 5/5 it was a fantastic last minute date night. read more

I ordered and received the 6 ounce filet with baked sweet potato. The dinner was served with bread, to which was sweet enough to be a desert. The filet was so tough, the more I chewed the larger the bite swelled in my mouth. I thought, well that just a bad piece. The next cut was so tough I had to pull out my pocket knife to cut. I attended to eat that piece. Same results. I had to garner another napkin to discard the tennis ball out of my mouth. The wife finished her shrimp on the Barbie, which was good! She attempted a chew of my "not filet" and experienced the same results. Another napkin to discard the cud. Overall service was good and the restaurant appeared clean. We carried out the remaining 4 ounces. Attempted to macerate for the dogs....it required our sharpest knife. I do not recommend the 6 once "not filet". read more

The food is the same food you would get at any outback steakhouse. It has the same menu, but everything was executed very well. I've been to a few outback, where my steak was either severely overcooked or severely undercooked. My steak came out exactly to order, the Alice chicken was amazing. Our wait staff was very good. Our drinks were always full. Our plates were always taken quickly. The restaurant is clean, well organized, and overall a very good experience. read more

It's been awhile since I've eaten at an Outback and I can say it was worth the wait. Makayla gave us amazing service! The ambiance is different than any other Outback I've visited. It's giving very modern, hip & great for happy hour. Great playlist vibes too! I came for the Alfredo as I remember it having a blackened taste to it but I guess the recipe changed. We absolutely love the new restaurant! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is awesome. My granddaughter is not a fan of steakhouses but she likes this one! It's not super noisy and overwhelming for her. My husband is a first responder and he gets a discount if he shows his credentials. Not sure if everyone knows this but they do this for Military and First Responders. read more

Went to the bar last night to get some good food and drink and this girl delivered. The bartender was AMAZING. she was so funny , sweet and quick. Her name is Allie , we visit quite often just to see her because yes yall , she's THAT damn good. If you're looking for a memorable experience , good food, quick service and some laughs. It's been awhile since I visited Outback. Had fond memories of great meals there... However, shrinkflation and ennui seem to have overtaken it. We sat at the bar, and our bartender gave a good pour. But the food was meh. The steakhouse salad was ordered specifically with dressing on the side. It came DROWNING in dressing, to the point it was inedible. The steak on top was tasty but tough. Three small halved cherry tomatoes, slabs of what appeared to be iceberg lettuce and 4 candied pecans rounded it out. Couldn't find the onions beneath all the dressing. An order of sirloin, rice and vegetables was adequate. The bread offering was slightly stale and unimpressive. We came, we ate, we left. I wish I could say more. read more

Well we decided to try this place a second time after our first visit was less than stellar. Our decision to come back was we were first here about 3 weeks after they first opened and my wife food was over cooked and my was way undercooked. So we chalked it up as they were new cooks and that was it. So now onto my most recent visit. I arrived at the restaurant prior to my wife so I thought I would just get seated and wait for her. So ten minutes go by and not waitress. Another 5 minutes go by and another waitress asks if I've been helped yet and I said no. She said she would go tell her. In the mean time my wife accidentally went to The wrong restaurant and said she would be here in 10 minutes. So guess what my wife arrive after I've been sitting there for close to 25 minutes. Now our waitress shows up and I ask her how long do you think I've been sitting here. She says she's not sure. I told her 25 minutes. I think all the blood ran out of her face. She apologized profusely and asked if we wanted an appetizer and said no. She took out drink order and then the manager came over and apologized that that should have never happened and I also told her about the other waitress stating she was going to tell our waitress we were just sitting here. The look on her face was in total shock. Well she took care of our meal for free which was a nice gesture, but once again my wife's filet was way over cooked since it was to be rare and my filet was cooked well done when I asked for medium well. At this point we just ate the meal as is and said it just wasn't worth our time to send back our free meals. Our waitress came back multiple times to check on us but we just didn't say much as I knew she was upset with herself. She did say they put out little booth in her section, and to all fairness it would be hard for her to see given her other table. This is more a management thing. We did leave her a tip, but we definitely won't be back. read more

My husband and I wanted a nice dinner out and decided to try the new Outback in Eastgate. When we arrived we were seated right away, which was nice. Our waitress came over and got our drink and appetizer order within 3 minutes. That's when everything went downhill. There was an empty table next to us that after 10 minutes of us being there got seated. They got drinks and a loaf of bread right away then a secondloaf of bread. Then, after 20 minutes of my husband and I sitting there, still with absolutely no drinks yet or any food or any sight of our waitress, we left. read more

Poor food service/Horrible food!!1/4/25: 5:30PM Saturday!! Sat at bar and the bartender very attentive--not her fault the kitchen sucks!!Ordered food/Cheeseburger and Prime Rib dinner. Nothing special!! Waited 35 minutes for salad in a HOT BOWL-waited another 30 minutes for OLD cheeseburger, with cheese that wasn't even melted!! First manager very rude: 'Didn't like our tone'!! This new location had excellent service from start to finish, even on a very busy Wednesday night. We had to follow up with managers, each of which were kind, understanding, and supportive of a completely random billing situation. We will definitely be back to this location for their food, service, and an overall enjoyable night. read more

My friends and I went here on a weekday to celebrate my birthday earlier since we were all going to have to work on my actual birthday. We had made a reservation for 5 for a birthday celebration at 8:30pm. We were seated, ordered drinks and an appetizer. We waited about 15-20 minutes after the appetizer was brought and nearly smashed and were ready to order our entrees. only our server was no where to be found and had not checked on us since the appetizer came out 20 minutes ago. Eventually another server greeted us saying she was going to take care of us the rest of the night. We finally got our entrees ordered and our server brought us our 3 salads. when I say these Caesar salads were SMOTHERED in dressing... they were completely smothered, totally over powering the salad. Not only that but the dressing was grainy. And then as I was eating my salad I found not one but TWO ends of lettuce heads in my salad. The entrees came out really great, I have no complaints there. My last complaint may seem childish but I just do not appreciate being lied to when I have my own two eyes and I've worked at many restaurants before. But the server offered me a birthday sundae to celebrate. When she brought the sundae she said she had no one to sing with her. After that I had seen two other servers, two hosts, and the manager walking around the dining room. The only reason I find this so distasteful is because when I worked as a server at Red Robin this happened to me with a little girl for her birthday and she was so upset and cried because no one took the time out of their day to sing a 20 second song. My last complaint is the fact of the manager on duty. You could tell she was the manager by the satin red shirt and dress pants she was wearing. I saw her walk around the dining room and check on other tables, but not ours. She looked at us directly in our eyes and then walked off as if she was trying to avoid us. When I went to the bathroom I found her in the bathroom as well taking selfies in the bathroom mirror. Not once did she check on us. I'm guessing it's because my friends, boyfriend and I look young and there is a HUGE stigma around young people and how they don't tip well. Although my friends and I look young we all are ages 25-30. After all this we still left our server a 20% tip. Don't judge a book by its cover. This location just opened up a few months and it seems as though either the staff wasn't trained properly, or they do not care. That aggravates me the most because I applied to work as a server here before the store opened and I was told they would "get back to me" and never did. I was impressed watching the waitresses and waiter worked together to help each other take care of their customers. Brooke, Allie, Megan, and Larry exhibited great teamwork in providing great customer service. They remained focused on service and hospitality even when dealing with a rush of customers.
