I have been taking my CTS Sport Wagon to get the needed maintenance at Team Cadillac in Vallejo, California for the past year or so. They have a phenomenal Service Department. Everyone is polite. Good Vibes environment. I have only been working with Gary Pace. Nobody else. Gary Pace has earned not only my business but my trust as well. With the attention to detail, going over the work orders thoroughly on what service need has to be addressed and why, to have my Wagon working at its best. Diagnosed/fixed a NASTY Check Engine Light that i have been having an issue with for a long time. After replacing the necessary components, explaining the issue and fixing the issues. My vehicle has been running A LOT more efficient than it did before and stronger . Also, They have fixed/diagnosed a major leak in my sunroof area that cause water to work its way into the cabin and over time cause mold in the floor and replaced the carpet cause by the leak. Gary showed me the carpet and it seems it has been doing it for a while so I'm glad they replaced it. Since then NO MORE leaks or odd smells. I can go on and on with all the services they provided me that needed attention. Team Cadillac fixed everything on my Wagon. Team Cadillac has done ALL my Major Services, oil changes to have my vehicle working at its best. Gary Pace is honest and will take care of any needs that you may need and find the answer for all your questions, along with a great customer experience. Mixed bag. Excellent experience with salespeople Nate, who introduced me to Chris B. Chris is patient and upfront. Chris is patient, upfront, and a hardworking professional. Truly an enjoyable experience working with him! Unfortunately, the sales manager behind the scenes was not, which I discovered afterwards. The sales manager stated the promo for healthcare professionals had expired. Not true, go to GMs website to see the promo is current. Also, I was told that staff could not locate the car in the color I preferred, even though it was available in their computer system. Another deception, by the sales manager. If I were to shop for a car I'd trust Chris and Nate to do their best. But don't count on the sales manager. Lesson learned. P.S. the new 2023 car is already having issues with a loud knocking noise from the air compressor, which their service tech said is normal. I generally would try to avoid going to a dealership for repairs...mostly because of the charges they produced. With Team Cadillac, I have found a comfort zone. They appear to be trustworthy with excellent service..aka: Gary.... Questions has been answered honestly with concise explanations. I guess I could say I trust them. Their prices are competitive since I still do myself justice searching for a competitive quote and I always come back since they are in the ballpark. Usually service has been good over the last 11 years. However, I took my 2014 Escalade in on 7/18/24 because the electrical systems were malfunctioning in every area and I felt unsafe. I paid $425 for a Diagnostic that said the battery cables were failing. They didn't have the cables so I said to call me as soon as they come in and I'll bring the car right in. After not hearing anything from them for 8 days I called on 7/26/24 and left a detailed message, and the receptionist also said she would transmit the same message. I never heard back. On 7/31/24 my wife called to find out the status and, after several attempts, had to leave a message as no one was live. The rep finally called me the afternoon of 7/31/24 and said the battery cables were no longer made, an attempt to get some failed, a new company on the east coast had them, but it would take at least 4 more days to receive them. Since 7/18 my car's electrical system has continued to degrade. It is sad to have to report this lack of customer service and poor /non-communication from an otherwise formerly good organization. Update of this review: It is now 8/8/24 and I still have heard nothing from them. 3 weeks for battery cables and no communication. I've been unable to schedule Dr. visits because I've never known when I can bring my Escalade in. Now I have to go elsewhere... read more

Last weekend, I dropped off my Escalade for service, alignment and wheel balancing. I specifically told the service representative that I needed the vehicle by the end of the day because I was going out of town with family. End of the day, when I picked it up the car was vibrating, I guess they messed up the wheel balancing. They said they will fix it the first thing in the morning. The manager told me that he will call me by 8 am and have it ready for pick up. Around 9am I started calling the dealership for the services asked for Luz the service representative and Gary the service manager, no one answered my calls, no one called back and no one replied to my voicemails. I showed up at the dealership around 10 am and they said they were busy that's why they didn't call back. Waited another hour until they put my car together and return it. Ended up being 6 hours late for my trip. They told me that they will refund the wheel balancing fees but 4 days later still haven't received any refund or email with the bill. read more

I bought my Escalade at this dealership at the end of last year. The shipping experience was very smooth. However, I live quite a drive from the dealership (Pleasanton) so when I needed warranty service I tried to take my car to Dublin Cadillac. That was a mistake. Despite making my apt a week in advance, they took my car and didn't touch it for two days and said it would be several more days before they looked at it. I went and got my car back and decided to make the trip to Team Cadillac. I am so glad I did! My Service Manager went above and beyond to get the job done and to make sure we had a vehicle in the meantime. He was very communicative and professional. Additionally, the service tech who worked on my car was very knowledgeable and everyone else we spoke to was professional and kind. I brought my car in to DGDG, I prefer Team Cadillac, to have some work done, which should have taken two days ended up taking one week. I received a rental car to replace my XT4 Cadillac. The most important Gentlemen during this time was; The Mechanic who worked diligently on my car. It took longer than expected, but the work was completed to his expertise. Number two man, Stan the man, he ordered the parts, made the appointment for my car to be dropped off & an appointment with Enterprise. Stan originally said, "It would take maybe two days." It actually took 7 days. Stan would call me & let me know that my car was not going to be ready. He kept me informed, continuously. My number three man was, Jason who, started the paper work, when I brought the car in & ordered lyft to take me to Enterprise. I was very well taken care by this group of Gentlemen. I left my car at the dealership on Thursday and picked it up on the following Monday. I knew it may have needed 4 new tires, but the service manager did not bother to give me an estimate before the order was placed. So the cost of 4 new tires for my XTS Cadillac was 1247-. Then, when i picked up the car on Monday, the dealership did not even bother to clean the new tires or the rims. They were filthy when I picked the car. After having the car for 5 days, you would think a better service would be provided to the customer. The service manager should be ashamed of the very poor customer service his employees are providing. read more

The windshield of my Escalade was replaced by another company. They could not calibrate correctly so I took it to Team Cadillac. The staff especially Gary Pace were very helpful. They helped me as I had to not only explain the issue to my insurance but also to the company my insurance used to replace the windshield.
