I have a 2012 Cadillac CTS that I bought from Team Superstores in 2012. Every time I take my car in for service I am treated like I am their best customer. One time when we were there for service I left my wife's jacket in the car and she complained she was cold. I was going out to the car to get it and, Norman Hiedelburg, the Service Consultant took off his jacket and gave it to my wife so I would not have to go and get her jacket. He let her keep it until we were ready to leave. What a gentleman. Most recently, I took my car in because I was having difficulty buckling and unbuckling my seatbelt. Sean Dodson would not let me take my car because it was unsafe. He ordered the part and he said the car would be ready in the afternoon the next day. When I called the next day to find out what time, he informed me the part did not come in and it would be another day delay. He would call me to let me know what time as I did not want to get have to drive in the commute traffic on a Friday. He made sure the car was ready early and I was able to pick it up before the commute rush hour. Not only was my car ready, it was also washed. This was the first unscheduled service I have had with my car, but ever since I bought my car, Team employes from the service department have gone out of their way to make sure they did everything to make my life was not inconvenienced. I purchased a car here seven months ago. The experience was fine, though I never received a temporary registration. Unfortunately, since purchasing the car I have lost the bill of sale. I called a few months ago and was told it could not be mailed to me; I had to come in. Today, I visited to pick it up, for I need the amount paid in sales tax for an accurate IRS tax filing. After waiting a few minutes, I was told there would be a ten minute wait, for there was only one finance processor on duty. Since I was first in line, however, it shouldn't be long. After twenty minutes had elapsed, I asked when I might be seen, and was told by a sales associate that, in fact, there were two people ahead of me. With a five-year old boy in a tow and a daughter who needed to be picked up from day care, I had to leave. The receptionist said she would provide my post-it note with instructions to finance, but I am not optimistic that I'll ever get a copy of the bill of sale. My question: If a copy of the bill of sale could be mailed to me, why was I told otherwise on the phone and why was I made to wait 30 minutes -- without successfully obtaining the copy - when I did come in? I'm crossing my fingers that I won't be audited by the IRS. And next time I buy a car (or need service), I'll find another dealer. read more

We came to this dealership to service our 2016 Cadillac XTS; the original dealership was too far. Since December 2017, this dealership has attempted to fix our car 5 times for the same issue. The car was sluggish and jumps upon acceleration from a stop. It was very frustrating; however, our service advisor is FRANK NOVOBILSKY was AWESOME jewel and very reassuring that they were doing everything to accommodate us and fix any issues. Since the car was still under warranty, we did not have to pay, and they gave us a loaner vehicle. He was very honest with us, and we appreciate that. Additionally, an employee named QUEENIE who works in the front reception area was wonderful. My family is currently going through the GM repurchase program since our car qualifies under California's lemon law. FRANK introduced us to the service manager. The service manager was very helpful with promptly contacting headquarters and providing all requested information. FRANK, QUEENIE and the service manager get a STELLAR RATING (5 stars) from me. I had concerns with a few service employees who were rude or lacked great customer service skills. On various occasions, we visited the service office. Some employees just stood there and never asked me or my husband whether or not we needed help. On the last visit, we were standing there for a long time; they did not even smile. It was not busy. My husband finally got frustrated and said, "Hey! is Frank here?" They went to get him. Frank apologized for it but he shouldn't have to. There were questionable skills for at least one technician. I am very leery about whether or not the mechanical skills of my service tech are competent. I say this because my car's issues have allegedly been fixed after 5 attempts. I don't know if it been fixed because I was informed that the issue was resolved each time we previously picked up our car. I refuse to drive it now. I am waiting for the completion of the GM repurchase process. On December 7, 2017, we informed the dealership of the issue. We requested a loaner vehicle. The dealership was out of Cadillac loaner vehicles; therefore they loaned us a vehicle from the Enterprise Car Rental company located on-site. We were very disappointed considering they put us in a 2018 Chevy Cruze instead of a comparable Cadillac vehicle. We received our vehicle on December 12th. The invoice for this service indicated the cause of the problem was due to a broken weld on bank to the catalytic converter. On December 14th, we brought our XTS back to the dealership for repair since the issue was not fixed, and the check engine indicator illuminated. We informed the dealership that the problem was not fixed. The service invoice stated that the problem was related to the new catalytic convertor breaking in. The dealership supplied us with a 2018 Cadillac ATS loaner vehicle from December 14th to December 20th. We received our car on December 20th. The check engine light was back on by the time my husband got back home. He returned the car on December 20th. The cause listed on the invoice states that the intermittent stuck open purge solenoid. The dealership supplied us with a 2018 Cadillac XT5 crossover loaner vehicle from December 20th to December 21st. We received our vehicle on December 21st. On December 27th, our car returned to the dealership for the same problem. The Dealership replaced HVFP and fuel pipes. They returned the car to us on January 4th. On January 31st, we went to Cadillac to discuss the issue with FRANK. He stated that the service technician that worked on our car had already left for the day. He also stated that they had no loaner vehicles. He said to check back the following day. My husband and I went back to the service department. FRANK stated that they still don't have a loaner vehicle. He spoke with the service technician familiar with our car. The technician stated that there is an open ticket with our car and Cadillac. We are scheduled to bring it back on Tuesday, February 6th, since that is the first day a loaner vehicle will be available. The dealership informed us that the car was fixed after replacing it with a new transmission. Both my husband and I have been very upset with the process. Luckily, the warranty covered the 5 times that the car was being serviced; it also covered the loaner vehicles. We would have been even more livid if we had to pay out of our pocket. I wanted to inform the public of our experience. Please note that I did not deduct stars for the questionable service attempts because I can't say with certainty whether or not the car was fixable. Instead, my stars are based on our experience with FRANK NOVOBILSKY, QUEENIE and the service manager who all get a STELLAR RATING (5 stars) from me. I did, however, deduct one star for a couple of rude employees in the service office; those few employees need to go through customer service training. read more

I had gotten a quote for a CX5 Touring from Arman online (through Edmunds) and he had extended it to any car on the lot (same model), but he was out on a delivery when I went to look at the inventory so he handed us off to Marvin, who impressed us right away. Marvin was genuine and knowledgeable, and it took him a very short time to understand my needs and my budget. He gave me a guided test drive (I had test driven the car already but I learned new features from Marvin) and then worked with me on the price until I was happy to drive the car off the lot. He and the finance guy stayed late to get everything in order, and the maintenance team detailed the car while I signed the papers, and then I drove off into the night a very happy camper! read more

He didn't pressure me, he was extremely honest. He also got me in a 2015 that was top of the line. He worked so hard for me, especially due to the fact my credit was not so great, pretty poor actually. He got me in a car I was extremely happy with within a matter of 2 hours!! Quick service! He also went above and beyond by following me home so he can get some of my paystubs I forgot! He also set up my on star and my phone to my bluetooth in my car!! Highly recommend! ! I'm updating my 1 star 10/06/2018 negative review of Team Cadillac involving a very unpleasant phone call with their service department the evening of 10/05/2018. After reviewing the above-referenced negative review the General Manager of Team Cadillac, Sean Shahid, reached out to us and apologized for the experience we went through on 10/05/2018. He committed to resolving the problem with our car and to do it at no cost to us. And he did what he said he would do. For that I rate Sean Shahid at 5 stars. I also give 5 stars to the nice lady who drove a loaner car out to our house and took our car back to the dealership for service, and then returned our car to us once the service was complete. The service technician who quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with our car also gets 5 stars. I had a number of conversations with their service department when trying to set up a service appointment to get the problem fixed, and the person I dealt with seems like a nice guy, but there were several miscommunications (wrong contact number for us, people calling in sick and not getting the word passed to the lady who would be bringing us a loaner car, etc.) which resulted in the scheduled appointment date to be missed. The missed service appointment was rescheduled for the day after the original appointment and that day worked out as planned. So I give the service department scheduling effort 3 stars. The original negative phone call experience on 10/05/2018 gets a 0 star rating (the lowest we could go when submitting the original review was 1 star so it showed up as 1 star on Yelp). But now that I am explaining the entire event from start to finish and providing ratings for each of the 5 people at Team Cadillac that I dealt with, the original contact gets a 0 star rating. In summary, 5 Team Cadillac people were involved with the overall experience that I am reviewing. I give three of them 5 stars, one of them 3 stars, and one of them 0 stars. That averages out to an overall rating of 3.6 stars which I can't do on Yelp. I've purposely rounded down to 3 stars instead of rounding up to 4 stars because we are currently about to purchase a relatively expensive car to replace our Cadillac and that is not something we had even thought about doing until we had that unpleasant experience on 10/05/2018. read more

I complained about my sales experience to a person in service and they saw to it that everything that was promised when we purchased the car was given to us. This review would be five stars but ultimately I had to complain to get what I was originally promised so it's only four. They did however, throw in one additional item that was not promised to make it right. I would absolutely recommend this service department to anyone because the people were very helpful. Bought brand new car here the end of may. Engine light came on at 3895 miles told onstar was trying to sound smart when they told me to get right away. They only get six words and here's what they were " power train engine starter malfunction" they only needed one LEMON. Service said that my computer needed to be upgraded. They also said that this happens often. I can't imagine that Im going to be without my car often. This sucks. Dont buy a first year model they haven't got the bugs out yet read more

I was displeased that the service dept. on Saturday's does not offer a full staff. Saturday's are only made available for basic maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, filters, etc.). IF one of your indicator lights happen to come on, you are in deep shit. There is no staff to look at it on Saturdays. I have an 8:45 am appointment for regular basic oil change, tire rotation, etc. and called to let them know about one of my indicator lights that has come on and stayed on. Dan indicated that someone will get to it around 12 or 1pm. There is no guarantee. What - I have to wait that long in between. That's only if someone gets to it. As Dan pointed out, we don't have staff on saturday's to do this. They will try their best to look at it. Wow, betcha they take a lunch break at that time. I work Monday-Friday and am not able to make appointments during these days. I was told when I purchased the car, 'No worries, we are open on Saturdays and someone is always here to help". WRONG!!! Sales people should say "anything other than basic maintenance, M-F are our best days to look at your car. read more

Bought a new Cadillac CTS from here. Sales staff were excellent and I loved my car until yesterday. Last day of our warranty and we were on our way to hospital for my husband to have outpatient surgery. On way there noticed lots of air noise--back window wouldn't close a tiny bit. When we got home from hospital phoned service dept. it was about 5:10 on a Friday night. Extremely less than helpful. No mechanics there but service guy wanted us to bring the car in and leave it--but husband couldn't drive so no way to get home. Told us to drive down from Fairfield to Vallejo so he could make sure we had a problem and then come back on Sat. We weren't even sure we could make it there by six--their firm closing time. No offer for ride home or for service member to come to our home. They no longer provide shuttle to Fairfield like they did when we bought car. Wouldn't let us just come on sat. Rules are rules. Made me HATE my car. We are dumping the Cadillac and getting a Mercedes--don't buy from these guys. Just not customer friendly at all! read more
