The next day we went to the house to check the carpets and the carpets were slightly crunchy if that makes sense and there was still a stain where the bed outline was nothing crazy just everyday wear which should be able to be cleaned. My husband reached out to the owner to let him know about them being crunchy and the stain from everyday wear next to where the bed was still there. Immediately the owner responded by defending himself and his work then moved on to blaming us using past carpet cleaners and finally offered to come back out saying the stain in the outline where the bed was just wouldn't come out. We left it at that and didn't bother responding because we realized we made a huge mistake going with this company! We ended up hiring a reputable carpet cleaning company and our carpets are as soft as when we first bought the house, oh and the stain where our bed was is now completely gone! We set the day and time. We moved most of the furniture off the tile. An hour after they were supposed to be here, I called Gary and asked when they would be here. He said they were having mechanical problems and would be there in a half hour to an hour. An hour later, still nobody. I called to cancel and was told there would be a $129 cancellation fee. I tild him no but he kept trying to talk, so I said goodbye and hung up. This is the text he sent: Brandon is in route. You can either stick with the scheduled service for today or the $129 cancellation fee will apply. Please don't hang up on me or yell at me when trying to discuss. Unfortunately, as running a business, sometimes we have to deal with situations that were not expected having to do with vehicles and mechanical breakdowns. Sometimes during those times, time gets away from us as we're trying to scramble to get vehicles and equipment to the right to repair shops. I get there are delays but if you don't let people know, don't be surprised if they cancel.
