    My wife and I decided to get a new Mazda CX50 to replace our 10 year old CX5. I was out and about with my dog and as I was driving by Team Mazda I decided to actually check out a CX50. I went in the showroom, leaving Bob, the dog in the truck. It was your normal Vallejo morning, overcast and cold, so Bob was ok. I was met, half heartedly by Angel, the salesman. He appeared less than thrilled that I was there. I assumed he was profiling me, old guy, dirty sweatshirt =Loser. Still he talked to me. I said I wanted to look at a CX50 and that I would have to talk to my wife before we actually would buy. We got into one. It was much nicer than our CX5. He didn't tell me one thing about the car. No info, no attempt to sell it. I asked for a test ride and he agreed but then I remembered Bob. I told Angel I was going to run Bob home. I live 5 minutes away. He gave me his card and told me to text him when I was coming back for the test ride and he'd have a car all ready to go. Ok? I drove home and texted him and was back ten minutes after I left. He hadn't pulled a car out. He got a car and we went for a ride. Again he told me nothing about the car without me asking a question. When we got back, I told him we'd probably want a metallic charcoal or blue with red interior. He showed me a black one with red interior. I told him, we'd be putting half down but it would take a week to get it out of our 401K. He asked how much we could put for a deposit. I said $5000. But I'd have to talk to my wife. He went ahead and write up a tentative contract based on $5,000. down. He had done that fake run and check with manager, a couple of times.He asked what it would take to buy that day. I again told him, I'd have to talk to my wife. He then offered to knock $2000. off if I bought that day, which completely turned me off, since Mazda doesn't offer $2000. discounts. We waited the week to get our down payment, out of our 401K and went to Dublin Mazda. They showed us all the features of the CX50. Took us for a ride and talked up the car and we bought a blue one with red interior. We do take our Mazdas to Team Mazda for service, as they have an excellent service department but I would never buy from them.

    After shopping around for a couple of weeks, I came in to this dealer and was helped by Chris Brecher. He was very professional, transparent and patient with me. Upon meeting, I instantly felt comfortable, and relieved to not be approached by your typical sleazy car salesman. He helped me choose a car that best fit my needs. I never once felt pressured into making a decision, If you plan on buying a car at this dealer, I highly recommend you ask for his help! Great guy. Even my grandbaby loved the car!

    We hadn't planned on buying a new car for a year since we just got married, but my car was totaled parked in front of our house so we had no choice. Sunday we walked into Mazda planning to test drive a few cars but fell in love with the Mazda CX-5. Our salesman Chris Beecher really helped us and went the extra mile to get us a plan in our budget and even followed up with us afterwards. He was compassionate and caring and not at all what you think of when you think "car salesman". Everyone in the dealership was kind and helpful, it really made the whole car buying experience less painful. I totally love my new car and would recommend Chris and Team Mazda to anyone.

Jordon and the entire team are Friendly, professional and make the time to listen and hear your concerns and needs. They do a complete inspection of the vehicle and give you a report when you pick up the vehicle. This is NOT a hard sell to get you to purchase more services and parts, although I am sure they would appreciate the additional business, but rather letting you know how your vehicle is performing and how to trey and ensure it is running at optimum condition. A few things they also do that is what I consider above and beyond. You can get a shuttle back home or to your place of business if the wait is too long as well as they will send a vehicle to pick you up when its ready.
