11/24/17: I came back to get my car detailed today and they took their time with it. I was very pleased when I got my car back she was perfect inside and out! Thank you samir and who detailed my car! While I was waiting I went to the service department to purchase wheel locks. I was greeted and offered a bottle of water which was nice. I was helped right away. The part was not in stock but they ordered for me and gave me a complimentary microfiber towel an spray because I had to wait a while for them to figure out if they had a part or not. I didn't mind waiting since my car was being cleaned, but I appreciated this because it shows they care about their customers time. I'm really impressed with the quality of customer service they have. It was truly a pleasure. SAMIR IS THE MAN! My car was totaled due to theft and I was not excited about purchasing a new vehicle. I wanted a very specific car that Team Mazda in Vallejo didn't have on their lot. Samir went above and beyond to get this car for me with short notice. I had special circumstances and Samir as well as Jason were both very understanding. Samir was so easy to communicate with and got back to my emails so quickly and same goes with phone calls and texts. When I got there the paper work was mostly ready. It was painless. I got a great car for such a great price. I didn't feel pressured and all my questions were answered. FIVE STARS FOR THE CAR BUYING AND PAPERWORK EXPERIENCE. The ONLY reason this dealership is getting 4 instead of 5 stars was the cleaning done on my car. There were a lot of spots that needed to be wiped that I had to point out. The guy who cleanedr it was very very nice and and receptive. He was more than happy to fix it which was great. And upon arriving home, I noticed more spots on the roof that I might need to clean myself. No big deal it was probably because I was there until closing and everyone wanted to go home. I get it. Overall awesome experience. Will give them great reviews for the survey. I have not actually been to this dealership. I currently am in the Vallejo area for school and received a few recall notices for my vehicle. I have tried using their online services to schedule an appointment but however was unsure of which service package to select. I then used their online chat system in which the operator was unsure as well. The online operator proceeded to obtain my contact information and relay it to someone within their service department to contact me -- that was 2 weeks ago. So I tried again 1 week ago to use their online services to schedule an appointment since no one ever called me. The online operator said that they would need to check their inventory if they had the parts and someone would contact me to inform me of that inventory status and schedule an appointment. No one ever contacted me. Now bring us to current time (3/9/18 - Friday), this is my 5th time this week trying to contact the services department to schedule an appointment. I have left several messages and missed 2 calls. 1 in which I was in class and an hour had passed, I tried calling back and no one answered within the service department and was transferred to some sort of out source in which I again had to leave another message with. The 2nd call I had missed, I called back within 5 minutes but yet again only to leave another message. This has become an extremely frustrating game of phone tag. They must not want to schedule any appointments. I'm not sure how people do it Update: after calling 8 phone calls, I changed my approach and requested to speak to someone directly. The individual was able to schedule me for my recalls however unable to answer my maintenance service needs and would need an advisor to contact me. I asked what time their department closed, 6pm. We just drove through the lot because we were in the area and I was looking for a used Mazda 3. We saw a beautiful 2020 Mazda 6. Yep, more than I wanted to spend, but it was so pretty I wanted a closer look. We stopped, got out of our car, and out walked Anselm. He greeted us with a wide smile and asked how he could help. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me a 2018 -- the only M3, they had in the lot. It was nice, had low miles, and the price was in my ballpark. But that M6.... Less than 12,000 miles and fully loaded! Well, we walked away--no pressure sales whatsoever. I got home, knowing that beaux wouldn't last long, I pulled up the Team Mazda site, filled out the online application, and scheduled to picked up the car the next day. I just bought a car from here and it was the best auto buying experience of my life. My sales person DJ was amazing! He was knowledgeable and friendly which combined isn't as common as one would think at a car dealership. We found the car I wanted and got a great price. The Sales manager was really nice I just wish I could remember her name. I had a question about something that usually gives me heartburn when I buy a car but she explained it clearly and made me feel better right away. Finance guy was funny and got me out quick. I didn't have to wait long for anything but the whole time DJ made sure I was attended to. When we tapped it al up in what was almost under an hour DJ took the time to go over all of the features of the car including getting me signed up for the App which is really cool on Mazda's. My husband and I have tried to work with these people and they still with hold funds so the interest bearing loan can gather more fruit for them. There are Mazda recommended services and then they have their "snake oil salesman" recommended services. 15K Mazda recommended services usually run about $130. Shyster Team Mazda of Vallejo's run $500. People please be aware, service advisors are commissioned salespeople. Their interest is not with you, they are with their wallet. You don't need oil conditioner, you don't need fuel conditioners, you need an oil change. You can go to Jiffy Lube and get the same service. read more

The experience of buying my car from Team DGDG was stellar!  Tina and Ryan helped me to order and secure the car and Nate was a joy to work with when he delivered it.  I honestly can't say enough great things about this dealership!  I'd been without a car for 4 months - waiting on inventory, waiting for other dealerships to be fair with their pricing and waiting to take a test drive during a time when there weren't any cars to test drive! Once I test drove though I knew I wanted a new 2022 Mazda3 HB and checked their site and saw the car I wanted was "in transit".  From there it was just a matter of making the call  - Team DGDG took it from there and the whole experience was seamless and fast!  I was so happy when Ryan told me the car would be at the dealership within a couple of days and was amazed that it was true!  Tina was great in communicating with me about expectations - assuring me that yes, the car was mine :) and referred me to Nate who was in communication with me the entire time....answering text messages quickly and reducing my stress regarding the purchase process and timing.  No less important, the pre-delivery inspection was done in a couple of days at most and before I knew it I was able to schedule delivery. Once Nate arrived he took the time to familiarize me with the car, explained things in a simple way, was patient about finalizing the deal and followed up with instructions to use the Mazda app within a couple of hours. Team Mazda was one of the only dealerships we could find that has not added a market adjustment due to low inventory. They instead honored a Costco discount and a rebate. I consider this good business instead of the short sighted dealerships that have decided to add $2K-5K cost on a vehicle with no added value on their part. Mortissa helped us test drive multiple models of the CX-5 to compare and Shawn did a search to find options for us on other lots if we wanted other trims that were not at this location. I think it's funny that for weeks I couldn't get them on the phone, and now they are the ones calling me. I'm updating my review to give team Mazda oooone more star for doing the right thing and following through on their promise. They were very apologetic and they mailed the check promptly, but frankly - I shouldn't have had to work so hard to make it happen, and I'm walking away from this experience certain that if I hadn't complained on a public forum, I would've never been reimbursed. You could always buy a car from them and if you have issues, do what I did. But why bother? There are a ton of car dealerships in the Bay Area that won't treat you this poorly. read more

This is the worst service I have ever received in terms of time it takes to get a basic service done. I simply wanted an oil change, tires rotated and a basic inspection. I had an appointment scheduled at 9:45 which I was on time for. It is now 12:10 pm and I'm still waiting to get my car back. I had the same service done at concord Mazda and it took 30 minutes and I was a walk in. I only tried vallejo Mazda this time because it was closer to my house. It's worth the drive to concord for sure. Don't waste your time here. Will never be coming back. Also their free shuttle takes forever. I wanted to go down the hill to the Starbucks that's a 3 minute drive and it took 45 minutes for the driver to get here to even pick me up. read more
