Don't use this scam service. Plumber came and cut 2 holes in different places and on 2 different floors. After not being able to find a pope he's supervisor came saying that they need to cut more walls!!! Then he called someone else and was saying that the problem is behind the washer and then he saw water in there on the floor. All this time they didn't care to notice that there's water in there? Before cutting holes in walls? It's outrageous. They left a house a mess with holes in the walls. I called their office stating that I won't be paying for that and those people are not professionals, they had no idea what they were doing how to locate the issue. My level of disappointment is extreme. It challenges me to write a negative review yet my frustration is great and I hope this helps others. Not only did Team Rooter leave our home without hot water for 6 days due to negligence with our gas gage, they used deceptive marketing by quoting the original job at one price then half way through almost doubling the price to finish, which we declined. Then they put the piping in incorrectly which their camera shows. They moved disrespectfully throughout our property and did not show up on time as well as ignoring a specific request to not fill a hole so we could have someone look at the work their camera just showed was wrong. Eventually they came and finished the work. Upon final completion of all the work the owner offered only 10% off, 10% off was a joke! I told him the 10% was not appropriate considering the week plus that our home was out of service due to their negligence and he then suggested he call a city inspector which felt like a backhanded threat. It was extremely bazaar and felt slimy! As a business owner I know how to respect customer service, as a woman this was extremely disappointing, as a customer I would never recommend them again!!! I purchased the part at Home Depot and as per Steven's instructions, I was able to fix my own toilet. In addition to being a very nice guy, Steven is very honest and did not try to take advantage of the situation. He provided free advice, instructions and no service fee. I want to give a big shout out to this company, and in particular Angel and Rodney. We first met Angel when we had a toilet clog on Sunday. This happened around 8 am. I was told someone would be there between 11-1. Angel showed up shortly after 11. He augured the clog and found roots. The clog remained. Next he pulled the toilet and there those nasty roots were, sitting there taunting us. He pulled about 6' of nastyness (roots/toilet paper), It reminded me of a horse tail. So gross...Angel recommended a camera inspection and main line clean out. So the next day Angel arrived with Rodney who is the sewer expert. They determined with the camera where the roots had entered and found that they had caused damaged to the cleanout necessitating replacement. Next they hydro jetted the main sewer line and got it cleared out. Oh, did I mention they were doing all of this in the pouring rain? Not one complaint from them. Next they started the excavation to start the cleanout replacement, yup, it's still raining. Sadly there was a problem connecting the new cleanout (4") to the existing 3" sewer line. Turns out the building code changed shortly after this house was built. I'm told 4" sewer line is the new requirement. So now we have to replace that line because you cant connect the two otherwise. Yes it's quite expensive but what can we do? Unfortunately the rain this week has made this project problematic. The trenchless pipe folks arrived but they had to reschedule because the rain made it unsafe to be down in a hole. It's been stressful as a homeowner but I have been comforted by TeamRooter's stick to it-ness. Thank God for Rodney and Angel. They arrive when they are supposed to and don't leave until there is nothing more they can do. And they do what they say they will do, always with a smile. They clean up at the end of the day and communicate the plan for the next day before they go. Poor Angel got sick so we didn't have him yesterday or today. Get well soon Angel! I keep reminding Rodney to not get sick till AFTER he finishes my job. We need you Rodney! Tomorrow is the day this job should be completed. Great Service! I had won a FREE Hydro Jetting service at the recent Ventura Home Show. Israel, Kevin and Aaron showed up on time and presented themselves in a very courteous and professional manner. Kevin was very thorough in answering all my questions and explaining the process. They all three performed the Hydro Jetting of both my landscape drains on each side of my home from back yard to front street. I was amazed at the filth that came out. After the drains were jetted, Isreal performed a camera inspection of the lines and detected a few minor issues. Aaron (a Faithful 49er Fan) kept the operation up and running without a hitch. Glad that they responded and were much more full in communication this time around! They helped me understand my house's sewage situation better, I feel much more satisfied. They found the clog but said they couldn't fix it, quoting an exorbitant price of $1850 to solve the drain clog issue. Then they charged $200 for simply removing and placing back the toilet to inspect the drains. They left the toilet loose and poorly re-installed, and then poopy sewage water started to leak from the bottom a week later. Team Rooter refused to resolve the issue, even going so far as to ignore my phone calls. Super unprofessional, poor customer service, overpriced quotes. Did not complete the job at all. read more

This company even though it's on the high side of pricing I think it's definitely worth it. The plumber came in and saw all the problems that our house had not just the fix of our leak but also recommended we change galvanized piping that would soon corrode and leak. He was very detailed on the work that was about to be performed in the estimate including all the proper size fittings and length of piping. The technician arrived on time to provide the estimate and was very friendly and knowledgeable. My parents opted not to go with them because of their budget constraints but, If it were my home that had to be worked on I would have definitely gone with them even with the higher price. Hector and team were amazing. They came out at 8 am on thanksgiving morning and saved our family gathering! Hector tried pumping us out for a sewage issue in the eve we needed to have a water jet cone out. Hector called his team and an hour later we had 3-4 more guys here unblocking our clog. I'm so disappointed by the entire crew at Team Rooter. I chose them to hydrojet my landscape drains because of their great reviews, but I regret that decision every day. Not only did they fail to clear my drains, but they charged me $4000 to open up my concrete and "repair" the pipes. It turned out that the work was totally unnecessary and they had to return to undo what they'd done. To their credit, they acknowledged the error and agreed to reimburse me...but their checks have bounced TWICE!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. Don't use them, don't trust them! read more

Contacted Team Rooter regarding backed up drainage pipes. They answered my call immediately and scheduled an appointment with me the next morning. Plumber Pasqual arrived as scheduled and tried multiple options to fix the issue. Several options later and a video scan of the pipes discovered a major problem within the pipes. Home was built mid 1950's with galvanized piping. We decided to change out the old pipes and Pasqual and the Team Rooter team completed the job as scheduled. They were all professional and kept us informed of everything that was going on during their work. We are very satisfied with Team Rooter and will use them in the future. read more

Called them because of a possible gas leak and city turned our gas off. Appreciated the quick responses but the company employees may not be skilled at their jobs Felix was the first to come out and seemed confused about the lines all coming feom the main meter. Two houses on a lot can have one main meter for gas but he seemed confused and later was on the phone calling for assistance then had to leave to go get a part. Not sure why. I informed Eduard and he said Felix supervisor was going to come. Together they did some searching for the leak and asked me for a soapy water and were convinced they found "the leak." They then said the line was so rusted it would likely break so the job would be $8k to replace a main line. So, we called for a 2nd opinion. The small leak was not in the rusted line and the process involved cutting each connection and attaching a gauge to text (not soapy water). The leak was indeed found to the pipe going to our outside fire pit. Unfortunately, I don't think this company knows how to check for a gas leak. No offer to compensate the $395 diagnoses fee either. 2 stars for responsiveness. read more

They spent most of our time trying to convince us of work we didn't need! The first man who came said he had an 100ft snake but he couldn't use it ! So he used a 60 ft snake....we had already used our own 50 ft snake. The main reason we called was to have someone with a longer snake clean out the tree roots. Well they were mostly interested in replacing our drain lines! So we sent them on their way. read more

Beware, you will be greeted by the most amazing deal of a no charge estimate. Then once you receive and estimate don't count on it being of altruistic nature. I was told $300 to snake my drains and if it didn't remedy it it would be a $100 dollar charge. When they snaked only a partial part of my line and said it would then be $3000 to do it all I obviously refused for a second opinion. That's an exorbitant price increase for snaking a drain. I told them I needed to get a few more quotes before I could spend that being a single mom, my resources are limited. The guy then said it would be $300 now since I'm passing on the $3000 dollar snaking. What happened to the $100 dollar charge if we can't fix it? There was a ridiculous explanation about why it was so much and it promised videos of my horrible drain to prove the necessary $3000 snaking charge. I had my usual plumber come out who wasn't available when my drain clogged come out and he was shocked. He charged me $285, and commented they didn't snake more than a few feet in only one drain. Not cool. The only saving grace of this business is their professional and polite desk receptionist. read more

Cobra Rooter came the next day and in 45 minutes cleared the drain and charged me $120. I felt it was unethical or un professional take your choice I would not recommend them. read more
