Let me first start by saying the service this company provides is A+++. They listen to your questions and concerns before diving into the problem. I had a property in escrow that required a few things to be taken care of. They came out the next business day and fixed everything in one visit. But a bigger issue loomed outside the house; the fire pit wasn't producing any gas. It was a mystery. I had several leak detection companies take a look at it, only to come up with nothing. After explaining this to Alex, he said he would be glad to take a look. After going beneath the house to see if he could locate the pipe for the fire pit, he advised removing everything inside the fire pit. The issue we were having was that the gas line for the fire pit was under stone landscaping, and without a wire inside the PVC, the line wasn't detectable. But that didn't stop Alex from completely digging out the rest of the fire pit, where he found a very clogged and compromised gas line. Had Alex not been so diligent, the owner was prepared to credit the buyer several thousand dollars for a new fire pit, or even more money to install a new gas line, which one quote was nearly 10K. A quick phone call from Alex was the best news we had heard in weeks! His price to replace the pipe and a couple of fittings was merely a fraction of what it would have cost had we had to replace the fire pit or run a new gas line. I called 24/7 Rooter Service when both my toilets backed up and my fears of a backed up mainline made me very anxious. 24/7 Rooter Service saved us! We had our annual sewage flooding in our bathroom and tub in our apartment in a Sunday night and Alex was sent out. And he arrive a little earlier than promised! We had a bit of a sewage river when he opened the outside drain, but that's not his fault as neither he nor we knew where the drain was outside the whole building. And I'm sure it was not pleasant for him. He seemed to be in constant communication with his boss, spent a long time rootering (rooting?) the drain, and tested the toilet 10 times before leaving. Alex handled our weird cramped parking lot, maneuvering in to set up. He was pleasant and professional, wore a mask, and communicated with us well. Please note that we had to pay cash or there was a substantial additional fee for a credit card transaction, like $50-80 I believe. So ask ahead of time. We were emailed an invoice immediately. My only suggestion would be if the business could provide some sort of shoe covering as sewage was tracked into to our carpeted apartment. It's understandable, and I'm sure Alex didn't enjoy the sewage river that encompassed him, so I'm not complaining.
