We brought our 2002 truck in for a second opinion on having some transmission work done. Dan, the owner, was extremely welcoming and friendly. We explained our situation that we had just had some major work done about a month prior, plus this being an older vehicle with LOTS of mileage, we were trying to determine if it was even worth having the transmission work done. He was able to give us an estimate of how much the repairs would run and even looked up the current Kelly Blue Book value for us to help us make an informed decision. He encouraged my husband and I to think things over and discuss before letting them know what we wanted to do. Ultimately, we decided not to invest any further in the truck but to look for something else. We really appreciated the No Pressure attitude and the excellent customer service we received from Team Ryan Automotive and we will definitely be using them from this point forward! read more

I took my van and told them some issues that I was experiencing with it. I called the next day to see what Dan thought about it. I was told that there was an issue and needed to be serviced. Our time frames did not match up so we agreed for me to bring the van back in for the work to be done on it. After reaching this point, I was then told there would be $105 due for the inspection. At no point in time was I made aware of this fee beforehand. After picking the van up, I called Dan back and asked him if the $105 could be applied toward the repair of the van when I brought it back in. His response was "No, this transaction has been completed. If you bring it back again, we would have to charge you the full amount with no credit." I feel like I was blindsided with this inspection fee and that he could`ve at least applied that to the services that were required to fix the van. So never assume that they will just look at a vehicle like they said they would and not charge. Also, Dan said there was not a guarantee that what he would do to fix the van would fix it; just to start with something to see if it would fix the problem or not. I have taken the van to a nearby auto shop and they have serviced the van, preformed more services as well, and fixed the issue that I was having for less than Dan's price, and had it fixed in a timely manner. The repair that needed to be done to fix the van had nothing to do with what Team Ryan Automotive said needed to be fixed. read more

Team Ryan Automotive is independently owned by Mr. and Mrs. Dan Ryan. Mr. Ryan started his Auto Technical training in 1997 and after 17+ years in the business of repairing cars, knows what it takes to make repairs quickly and communicate effectively. Dan is at the shop and available to discuss your repairs with you directly. Under his leadership, we have developed a conscientious team that understands how to explain repairs needed to your vehicle in a way that you can understand. We strive to educate you so that you can make informed decisions about what is a priority to get done sooner and what can wait if you are on a budget. Five star all the way! I took my 2013 Hyundai Sonata in a general check up, knowing I needed the fluids replaced. When they did the initial check of my car, they suggested a fuel system cleaning and my front brakes were shot. They showed me that the pads were almost gone and explained in detail the benefit of having my fuel system cleaned.... longer engine life, increased mileage and increased engine power among other things. The great thing is they pointed out what needed to be done and left the decision up to me. NO pressure,NO up selling at all, just great professional service. I had the pleasure of working with team Ryan automotive to get the AC fixed in my Kia Sportage. My car was still covered under warranty through Carvana. AJ talked me through the process of having my car fixed through my warranty. I did not have to do anything or call anyone or file any paperwork. Aj took care of everything for me! All I had to do is pay my deductible. While my car was being fixed, Team Ryan provided me with a Rental car, free of charge, for two days. AJ from Team Ryan would text me regularly with updates on my vehicle. This whole experience has been very pleasant and stress-free. Spoke with Dan Ryan regarding the need for a timing belt service on my truck and a few other concerns.Mr. Ryan took the time to discuss the labor operations involved , time frame to do repairs, the type of parts that would be used and provided a competitive price up front The repairs went exactly as discussed! My truck was done when promised ,ALL my concerns were repaired and when I went to pick it up the bill was actually a little less than quoted(nice surprise)! Team Ryan Automotive has been a great asset to me! I took my 2003 truck to them last year and asked them to review my problems. They found serious front wear on the truck and recommend major repairs. 10 Months later i saved enough money for them to fix and repair the truck like new. I am happy with the repairs! My air went out on my Ford Expedition while traveling from Florida to Georgia . This has happened before and was supposedly fixed. I have taken it to many places here in Florida they all felt like they fixed the problem only to have it go out again. Went here to get some regular maintenance done on our car. Had it priced at the dealership first and was VERY happy with the savings and service offered by Team Ryan!
