Convenient HAND car was location. Fast service. Free coffee, free air fresheners for customers. They take venmo payment for 3% discount. The exterior hand clean pretty good. Much better than mechanical ones, as it saves the car from plastic brush scratches. But the interior cleaning is not as good. I had dust left in dashboard. I spotted this place a week ago as I was driving to work at 7:15am and it was open. Today I decided to wash my GROSS car before work and it was such a great experience. The man that took my car was sweet, explained the process and the services, then told me to go inside and stay warm. I walked inside and was greeted by a cheerful and funny young lady who offered me coffee and a banana while I waited...SERIOUSLY...this is a car wash, LOL. She also informed me of days and times when I could save a couple of dollars off my car wash. I was very happy with how my car was cleaned BUT I don't think I have ever been impressed at a car wash until today. I have to say that I was shocked to see a 2 star rating for this place when I looked it up to write my review but I definitely had a 5 star experience. A scam! I decided to go to this car wash today and checked the website for their prices for a regular wash. The website clearly states that a EXTERIOR wash is $12.99. I pull in and ask them the price they tell me $24.99 for a REGULAR wash!!! And then changed it to 20 when I told them the website price. I then go to the resister with the receipt that clearly says $20, the cashier tells me it's 22.00 because of a "FEE". At this point there is NO WAY to leave because of their entrance is restricted! Was going to leave a tip for everyone but the kid at the end said just give it to me, I thought he was going to throw it in a bucket but he just put in his pocket. This place gives me a bad taste in my mouth. Entered the car wash, the worker was rude, The least expensive service for in and out was $22.99. I have a small SUV which the worker marked ny ticket $25.99 for SUV, Plus tax $1.72 = $27.71 for regular car wash in and out. They did not even do a good job. I had to point out when the car was done, that there was still dirt on parts of the car. My windshield was still dirty when I left. Everyone there are not friendly at all. Every time I'm come here I ask myself "why do I?" I always have to argue with the person in charge because the wash is horrible. Windows look smudged after them "drying the car" counsel left dirty, bad vacuum job and today they didn't even bother to take out the mats to vacuum underneath them. I use to hear good things about this establishment but have not seen that quality. It seems like the staff is just in a hurry to "wash the cars" and move on. The quality of service was deplorable. I asked the service person that was washing my car to clear off the dashboard / front panel because I saw dust particles on it. He came back to the car with a despicable attitude and cleaned it off. Then, I noticed that the bottom anterior "driver side" of the door was never touched. By that time, the person working on the car had walked away, so I had asked another person who was standing nearby for help. He called out to the service person who was initially working on my car, and was told, "I am done with that car". The fee was $63 for a mini detail. You have to pay before you get your car wash. Very Very Sad "Business" if you want to call it that. Poor Customer Service and the owner who works there sometimes does less work than the workers. He should be the hardest worker there! I get why his employees dont do a good job. HE DOESN'T. I do construction work as a side gig and really needed a wash and a vacuum and after the entire wash was complete, I still had dirt and dust that a vacuum can surely pick up. I have a 7 seater and the owner who vacuumed my car didn't even pickup the back 2 seats. The employee who dries the cars said just get back on line. Behind 5 cars at 10 min per car??? If I could give it -1 I would. Let me start with I have been coming to this car wash for the last 18 years. The last two car washes looked like a toddler play washed the car. So the first time I requested a do over. This second time I requested a refund. The washers were so lazy they left the cleaning bottle in the car. They did not open the trunk door and clean the trunk or back of my car. They did not clean the car jams although I paid extra for that service. The manager refused to look at my car and said it was busy when I arrived. They were not too busy too take my money. He said I can't get a refund. He was sarcastic and non-caring. He literally said he did not care that I would no longer use his service. Do not waste your money. They used to do good work. They no longer care about service. I live in Teaneck. Worst place ever. Lazy staff. You don't get what you pay for. Mini details aren't done correctly. They over-apply wax and tire shine. They never fully dry the car. They don't shampoo carpets CORRECTLY. Conditioning and cleaning interior is too much work for them apparently. I have leather interior. It's always greasy and and looks like they wiped it with dirty rags. Steering, gear shifters left greasy. Side panels and cup holders remained dirty. My pano roof was forgotten. They rush you off of the property when you just want what you paid for. Owner is rude and dismissive. $75 for a SUV mini detail at this place is ROBBERY. Go elsewhere. read more

I've had nothing but great experiences at teaneck hand car wash . I think it's the place everybody should take there car . They pay close attention to detail . The price is fair with great service. Also if you want a full detail on your car they do an amazing job from wax to clay interior etc... the price is right. Oh btw I wouldn't just let anybody touch my ride it's high end ... I recommend this car wash to all my friends.....to add to my last review this is not only the place to go for was detail but for Nano Quartz ceramic coating .... Was looking for a place to was my newly purchased used car on the way home. Was left disappointed. Bottom line, I would definitely NOT go back. They workers washing the car were just going through the motions and completely missing spots. You can stand inside and watch them through the glass and see they don't really care. The workers outside drying the car are no better. They appear to be just moving fast to complete it and not actually attempt to dry everything. The girl at the counter couldn't break a $100 bill after I got the "Broze" service on an SUV which cost me $27. I would recommend going somewhere else. read more

I just paid 60 for a "mini" detail I decide to check the car before I give them my money as I have been here before on several regular wash and they are the worst but I was desperate so here I am. My rims I took my hand and touched the dirt literally came off with with ease. The door jams filthy. The carpet that I paid to be shampooed was just wet and still dirty with now wet crackers embedded. Under car seat still hadn't seen the vacuum The windows all of them still dirty. On another day I would have gone home and redone it myself but I find it ridiculous to pay for detailing and the car not even as clean as a regular wash. Owner and manager Roy was pleasant enough when I expressed my dissatisfaction they agreed to go over the car again. I've been here before without incident, but all the other negative reviews leads me to believe that this place is all about collecting money without giving the due service. The service quality I recieved the second time I came here is acceptable, but the customer service is need of revitalization. Service without a smile and some nastiness to boot is what I experienced, and after pointing it out to the cashier that the attendant out front was nasty, I was ignored. My credit card was quickly and successfully taken and charged though, so the priorities here are fairly clear. If you come here, you should note that this is not a typical car wash, and is mostly by hand, so it takes a little longer. That's not the issue though. Knowing this, I asked how long for some of the higher end services took. The attendant ignored me and proceeded to fill out the ticket, when I asked him again, he answered with 30 to 45 minutes, which I didn't have time for. So I went do to some lower services asking the same question, again no answer, he just ripped up the tickets and filled out the ticket for the next level of service with expression of displeasure. So, I asked in spanish, again, no answers, but he proceeded to fill out the next ticket. I finally gave up and got the standard wash, and his response "geez... finally". I explained what happened to the cashier, and she just seemed to brush it off like it didn't matter. Not even a short "I apologize for that." My car was returned to me close to my expectations, with just some dog hair left on the back floor. I'd expect the vacuuming service to address this. Everything else was good though. read more

Terrible! Dragan (Owner) needs to sell this car wash to someone who cares about cars. I own 2 cars and had been going to this place since it was called Buddy's car wash. This place has a revolving door of workers who do not know how to clean a car and over the years the service has good from good to terrible. I have on numerous occasions had to have them rewash my car because it was still dirty. I have had to come back several times because there was no tire shine on one side of the car or yell at them because my car was still wet. I watched them one time break the buttons on someones power seat trying to stand in the door to dry the top of the car. Then they ripped the velcro off of my wifes BMW floor mats. The last straw was when an idiot car dryer ripped the Acura badges off of the back of my car and offered no apology. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I do. read more
