Nice spot to hang out at or to just run in and get a drink. I beena couple times and they have been solid and consistent. I see ppl doing homework or playing games. I always get the mango avocado smoothie with passion brusters. Every time I go I say I will try something new but I never do lol. The wait isn't long and you are able to call ahead. The only thing I don't like it the price and when paying with a credit card by default they ask for a tip. I know it's a business but that annoys me and the price is pretty hefty IMO read more

I ordered a fruit tea with boba. The "tea" was ice water with pineapple syrup and the fruit they placed on top was unripe with freezer burn. The boba was good but you really can't mess up boba. I will not be returning. read more

This place has a wide selection on their menu that caters to everyone. The drink menu ranges from hot/cold iced teas, juices, coffee, smoothies, and slushes. I really enjoy the exotic options such as the avocado mango and durian smoothies. You can't find those in very many places. It's very delicious & not bad for the price. We've enjoyed many drinks from Teapioca Lounge - everything is delicious, totally customizable, and the staff are always friendly. They have something for every age and comfort level with new flavors. We've tried a bunch of different things and have loved them all. If you're watching calories, you can also ask for them to cut sweetness - my husband likes 50% sweetness on most of his. They'll let you try any of the add in's like the bursters or gels. read more

I love this place. I always get Taro flavor and it's delicious every time. They are fast and kind.

I come here every morning to get my everyday Vietnamese coffee. Moving all the way from the bay with so many choice of milk tea place make me became a very picky person when it come to milk tea and coffee. I gave this spot a shot since it's so close to my house and it's on my way to work. The staff are very friendly even i see different staff everyday. Their service is very consistent and soo friendly, make me feel so welcomed and such a wonderful way to start my day. The shop is very clean and very well organized. Either they're understaffed or need to buy more equipment. Every time I go, the wait is at least ten minutes on a good day. Today, my Thai tea tasted kind of weird. Another time, my drink was mostly iced. The only reason I keep coming is because it's close to me. The Ding Tea nearby might be my go-to spot for quality and speed. read more

I tried it twice before posting a review and there was really no reason to wait. I tried the Honeydew Cream Blast and Butterfly Lemonade, both were amazing although the lemonade was a little sweeter than I liked but still great! Very friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere! I have no complaints and I will definitely be trying the WHOLE menu because i'm confident it wont disappoint me! The ONLY thing I would ask of the owner is to maybe put up some blinds because they have such big windows the sun annihilates the inside in the evenings but it's not that big of a deal. They have a great selection of drinks and tea. I like a tea place that you can specialize your drink. We tried a lot of different drinks, I like that there is real fruit smoothies for the kids. There are several drinks where there isn't sugar. For those of us who prefer tea, I especially like my jasmine dragon pearl tea with white boba (agar jelly) and lychee jelly. read more

My daughter loves coming here! I brought her here for the second time this past weekend and she likes to try a new drink every time. The drink she ordered was really sour which she wasn't expecting. The owner let us change out our drink with no issue. I thought that was really nice since it was not their fault. She needed up getting a taro cream drink that she enjoyed. I went in here about a month ago about an hour until closing.. it was so incredibly awkward.. the two staff workers were arguing and it sounded like what I ordered (a mint green tea) was either an issue to make or maybe they just didn't want to do it. How can I downgrade a spot that consistently plays k-pop music videos? This place is quirky with a cozy interior with a college dorm room vibe. Oh yea the bubble tea: that's consistently tasty, the menu is pretty diverse so it's just hard to choose from when there are so many options... but that's not a bad problem to have. My only wish would be to have a stevia-sweetened option as most of their menu is either loaded in sugar or is completely unsweetened. It'd be nice to stay keto without drinking something super bland, for now I come here on cheat days. read more

Normally I love teapioca as my mom worked there for two years it somewhat became an addiction. However today I can to this location and I normally get the same drink every time a Thai tea but this time it kinda tasted off and so did my boyfriends drink. So We kindly went in and asked if we could get them replaced as all other teapioca a do without at question. However instead of just kindly replacing the drink she proceeded to argue with me and tell me We were wrong and that they wouldn't remake it.So here I am stuck with two nasty drinks and 16 dollars down the drain. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!! Instead go to the round rock location they are so much better and only a few minutes away. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY SUCK :((( read more

Love bubble tea! I go here once a week. I love the green milk tea with boba and the oolong (which is freshly brewed) milk tea. They can half sweeten these drinks which still tastes great. The avocado shake is really good. Not a fan of the passion fruit flavored drinks because they taste too sweet. The coconut flurry is so different but tastes soo good!! read more

Even more than their teas and smoothies and so on, I enjoy their customer service. I was very happy to see that they did not make a big deal about the COVID 19 restrictions. Yes, they obeyed the rules, but they still allowed people in the store and if someone wasn't wearing a mask, they didn't freak out like other places did. They were just as friendly as always. This is a great place to go when you want something a little different and the options are endless as well as the add-ins. We are a family of 6 and all have our favorites: Taro cream tea, Oreo smoothie, coffee smoothie with icecream, cream blast tea, avocado mango smoothie, coconut cream tea. If you haven't tried the snowyn's, they are really good, you can get them with condensed milk if you want a creamier version. It's basically light and fluffy and refreshing. You can add on whatever you want, fresh fruit, tapioca, pudding and they come in several flavors. It's a nice option when you want something cool and refreshing in the summer heat. The place offers a great selection of drinks but they NEVER turn their air conditioning on. I've been here a few times now and even when it's a 100 degrees outside, they make sure they keep the AC off to save electric. The place is always humid and sticky and it's awful to sit while you're waiting for them to prepare your drink (which takes like 20 minutes easily). read more

My family and I love cream milk tea drinks and have been waiting for this location to open for awhile now. Went in today because Yelp showed it was opened, however the owner came out and said they don't officially open until tomorrow, they made me a drink anyway. The owner was super nice and the service was great! The cream milk tea with egg pudding taste amazing. The place was cozy and decorated beautifully.
