I was asked by Phyllis one of the owners to give her my credit card and if I didn't show up they would charge my credit card $25. I agreed. I went for consultation and when checking out they asked me for $25! I was extremely upset. That's not was told to me. I wanted to give this salon a chance as it's close to my house and also I realize no one is perfect . I agreed to pay the $25 even though that wasn't what was told to me. I came back for haircut. I was told she was only cleaning up the back of my hair and charging me $50 something dollars. I then thought maybe I'll go somewhere else for that and just have them color my hair. She then told me she would check my whole head. I left satisfied. I got a phone call a week or so later from one of the owners, Phyllis is her name. She told me after talking with the person who cut my hair they no longer believe this is the salon for me. Basically I wasn't welcomed back. I was in shock, I never in my whole life have heard such a thing. I asked to speak to husband the other owner. She said he would get in touch with me which he did shortly after. Basically it's his wife and there was nothing he could do. I'm just glad he heard me out. I wouldn't want to go back after that anyway. I wouldn't recommend this salon at all. If you disagree or stick up for yourself you will probably be asked to go elsewhere. They knew I just got done with chemo, fighting this horrible disease and treated me not so very nice.
