We were in the area and wanted to get some boba. We came across this place and decided to try it. We were lucky to have found street parking and went down to grab a drink. I enjoyed my hot taro milk drink. My son says his slushy was ok. I think he prefers real fruit drinks. We would come back for the real fruits drinks and taro drinks.

    *PROMO* Matcha Latte

Order matcha latte, 50% sweetness because I like the matcha taste. Disappointed! Milk filled 75% of the cup then a little bit of matcha on top. I'm literally drinking milk with sugar. Color looked pale as well. If you are looking for premium matcha, this is not the place.

I totally forgot to take a pic because it was so good, I did the brown sugar milk tea with non-dairy milk. I forgot to add boba to the order but the flavor was really good. We also ordered the pandan waffle and it was AMAZING. So soft and chewy and great sweet pandan flavor.

    * Pandan waffle, the texture and taste were ok to me, I would give 6.5/10 Green milk tea was so creamy and less tea flavour, if you don't mind you might like it, but I prefer a stronger tea flavour and less creamy-powder on my drink. From a non-sweet-teeth person but a tea lover, I would give 5/10 * quick service, it's a bit dark inside, idk it's their design purpose but it's a good spot to hang out wt family/friends.

I came here on a Friday afternoon. I ordered the Matcha Green Milk Tea Coffee at 25% sweetness. I love matcha and coffee separately, so I thought the combination would be interesting to try. I'm not sure if it was the lack of sweetness or the combination itself, but I did not like the drink, unfortunately. It may be a personal taste thing but it just didn't taste good to me. Service was very quick. My drink was ready within a couple minutes of ordering. Staff was friendly. No issues there. Although I didn't like my drink this time, I would come back to try their other drinks, like one of their milk teas or Vietnamese coffee!

Came to use my gift card from my giveaway prize! The drinks for February are super cute! I love how they have different themed drinks for every month! I got the cupids cloud 75% sweet with boba and my bf got the brown sugar milk tea 50% with boba. My drink was bomb! I like that it had real strawberry chunks in it! Mine tastes like a strawberry milk tea with cheese foam on top! My bf's drink was also pretty good and the perfect amount of sweetness at 50%. The boba was also chewy and delicious! (:

I got the black milk tea with sea salt cream and boba added. It's a creamy milk tea with a hint of tea flavor. The boba tasted fresh and on the chewy side. It's a decent milk tea but in the pricey side with the additional toppings ($8) Service is fast and the place is clean with tables and seats. Not sure if they have hot drinks as I didn't see any hot drink options.

Super glad to see a new boba shop in Livermore! We visited TeaZenTea to beat the heat with a cold drink for the weekend. It was a tad bit hard to find since they don't have a logo / sign outside of the business. Walking inside of the store itself, we were so pleasantly surprised to see how well decorated and inviting the whole place was! Lots of earthy tones, and booth seats ideal for 2-4. It seems like a nice plate to go hang out. You can order at the register or at the side kiosk if you prefer. They were having a BTS 10th anniversary celebration that weekend, and offered special drinks which sounded cool too. The place got suuuuper busy but luckily we got our order in before the rush. I tried the cheese cream green tea with boba. The boba was really good, and had a great texture! The green tea was nice and fragrant, but the cheese cream was alright. I think a pinch of salt definitely would've added a flavor enhancement to the cheese cream!

I stopped by on a Sunday early evening. The shop is a decent size with several tables and chairs and even a couple of spots to sit outside. It was empty and the staff were relatively quick to make my drink. I tried one of the summer special drinks and added boba. I thought it was on the expensive side for what it was. It was just okay and I don't think I'd come back.

TeaZenTea opened recently in Loard's vacanted space. decor renovated with typical Boba scenery. limited inside & some outside seating. offerings: milk, milk tea, coffee, smoothies, plushies, juice, brown sugar, creme brûlée, matcha/fruit tea series, butterfly tea, tea... can order by kiosk or at counter. order method: 1)drink, 2) flavor, 3)ice/sugar adjustments, 4)add toppings (+$) one size only drink: mango summer (5.99) less ice, 50% sugar -no ice has $1 surcharge. -drink pretty sweet, from added sugar? -unknown what fruit concentrates used besides mango. -only oranges slices noticed at bottom of cup, no mango nor other fruits.. 3 ish stars. wouldn't repeat any fruit or fruit tea drinks. drink came quick...

I came here on Friday for the soft opening. There were a few other groups as soon as they opened. I ordered at the kiosk and it was really helpful that they included descriptions for the menu items. You can also search for items which was useful since they have a rather large menu. (Promo code: SOFT for 20% off during the soft opening) There's faux plants to decorate the interior. I liked the little booths for indoor seating. There's no outdoor seating yet but there is space to put some outside in the future. I ordered the ube taro creme brulee and taro black milk tea with boba. I received a text to confirm my order with an estimated time of ten minutes which was accurate. An employee kindly offered me a bag after noticing I was going to carry out two drinks in addition to my toddler. I've never tried creme brulee style drinks so I ordered it 50% sweet. It's definitely on the sweeter side but not overwhelmingly so. I'm glad to have this new addition to downtown Livermore and look forward to coming back.

Happy to see a boba tea shop in Downtown Livermore! We came in during the Livermore Downtown street fest. They were a bit busy but they have a self service tablet where you can order your drinks and a live person to take your orders if you prefer. They have quite a few options! So I recommend taking a look at the menu before going to place your order so that you don't hold up the line. However, if you need help ordering the person upfront is helpful and can guide you! The establishment is clean and nicely decorated with a tropical feel to it. I had the pink dragon with mango popping and she had a chocolate milk tea with boba. I got my drink at 50% which was too sweet for me so I'll def get 25% next time. It's nice to have the sweetness level option. I'll definitely become a regular here!

Fun decor, nice staff and tasty boba tea. The cashier said they specialize in fruit tea. They have a large menu and something for everyone here, so I'm excited to try more things. They have a lot of fun toppings like blueberry hearts and cute drinks that have butterfly tea (blue-purple color changing drink when reactive to lemon). Lots of seating areas and decent Wi-Fi, we spent 3 hours working with our laptops here. The music is a bit on the loud side so bring headphones if you need help concentrating. I will say there didn't seem to be any AC and it was pretty warm in there so I hope they can get some ventilation going. Other than that very cute and fun place and great ice cold drinks to pick up for this hot summer
