HORRIBLE "customer service" i tried to accept their "lifetime warranty" as stated on their products here's my email to them for a 3-pack produce i purchased ***** i LOVED the first application - smooth and perfect. today i decided to change it and unfortunately, the original one left so much goo that i couldn't get the second one to attach properly - even though i'd cleaned it several times and it looked clear so - i cleaned it again and got the third one to at least stick with one piece of dust (even though i'd used the dust stickers) and was going to be ok with that. however - when i pulled back the #2 tab, the WHOLE THING came off... so now the second and third dust covers are useless how do i get a replacement? should i send in all three pieces to you guys for verification? **** they emailed me back saying that i had to go through the original store i bought them from, and that if i wanted a replacement through them, i'd have to pay for shipping and STILL prove where i got it from. they DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD. their warranty is USELESS and their products are not good. i attached a photo that i sent to them showing it was their product and all the pieces from the package. it doesn't show the dust or bends or sticky goo, but it shows that yes i used their product according to their instructions and still it didn't work. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. To start, I would like to say that I have NEVER been the type of person to write a bad review or get angry with a company. Until Tech Armor. I am 100% positive that I will never recommend or shop with this company again. My packaged arrived overnight (hooray!) but wait - the product wasn't in the package. "No big deal," I thought. So, I contacted customer service and provided the proper information to receive another package - including photos of what I received. I was told that I would be using my "warranty" for a new product. It was as if they didn't even read the email that I sent. Okay, also not a big deal. I replied with a clarification about the missing product but was just happy to be receiving a "replacement." They told me they would ship it to me in 7-10 business days. Almost three weeks later, I am still waiting. So, I contacted again once I received an email to rate the service. I am now being asked to provide the same information as if I had never contacted them before. Not to mention how long it takes to get a response back from customer service. Your customer support is fairly quick, but it lacks any personalization to customers issues. I have tried to reach customer support by phone several times to correct errors in a replacement under warranty, but to no avail. I have sent several emails with photos explaining the problem and I keep getting generic responses for a replacement. I have even asked customer support to call me or provide a number or where I can reach them regarding my replacement and have had no success. read more

Worst Customer Service ever. On Jan 12, 2015 I emailed Tech Armor for replacement of damaged iPhone 6 screen protecter and the myriad of problems followed that have yet to resolved by today. Feb 27, 2015. 1) They reported they do not see my order and I should send proof. 2) I sent Screen Caps and PDF of Invoice from my Amazon Prime account. 3) They repeat they do not see it 4) I send again 5) I send again 6) 30 days in I tell them it is no longer worth my time. I will get my value in writing about this experience everywhere I can and share it any time screen protectors come up in conversation. 7) Feb 12, 2015 an apologetic email and "we are sending it now"... 8) 15 days later and nothing has arrived. Their product has changed and no longer fits my iPhone 6+ in the case. I have the old Tech Armor Ballistic glass here that I bought ~7 months ago and when I line it up to the new glass, the new glass is wider and will not work with my Alpatronix battery case. After looking at reviews on Amazon, I'm seeing this is a common complaint among other iPhone 6 plus users. My original Tech Armor ballistic glass protector chipped and cracked within a month of being installed that's with a case that has a raised lip. This phone is always in a protective case and the glass protector I had on my iPone 5 and 5s which was subjected to way more use outdoors never did this. I'm not happy with the Tech Armor ballistic cover and will not be buying their products again. I've called their support number and it's of no use trying to get a hold of anybody there and they don't return my messages. read more

Recently, I ordered a screen cover for my I-pad. I discovered that I had ordered the wrong size, but not for quite awhile after I had received it. This company's Customer Service was amazing!!! They have a 30 day return policy, but because of all the hassles I had and NOT with their company, but with the USPS, they offered to refund my money. They did not have to do this. In this day and age with so much competition, especially on-line (the way I had ordered it), customer service is what counts. This company will always get my business for my tech needs! I wish i would've came here before ordering from Tech Armor. You would think a company that proudly advertise 'Replacement Warranty' all over their product would honor that... but they don't. In fact, Tech Armor reps are a bunch of liars to the point where they kept lying and lying. I needed a replacement after days of purchasing, they said they would send it and it will take "5-7 days for delivery". A month later nothing came, their excuse was that USPS lost the package when in fact it was never sent out (no provided tracking number). I went with XtremeGuard (who specialist is screen protector) and also keep their words with replacements. And also provided tracking number when its sent and all. read more

I contacted TA customer service thru Amazon, and provided the requested documentation and pictures- and a replacement was sent quickly. I have an iPad 4 at my retail stores (5 locations). I installed a Tech Armor screen shield on each one. It's been over eight months and the shields are holding up well to customer usage including people with dirty fingers, long nails and everything else you can imagine. I wish I could give negative stars, it would be negative 10 for their so called lifetime warranty on their screen protectors. I tried as directed on their website to put on the screen and failed miserably, since bubbles never went away and the cut was totally off. Ok, I thought no problem there is this warranty with the company, IT IS A JOKE, the support team that I contacted said they could not recognize the order number, I am so sorry but if I include the email that amazon provides with the order number LARGELY PRINTED I THINK ONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO READ THE ORDER NUMBER. Then they said it was not in their system... This is after going back and forth 4 times... What can I say, I'm an optimist and want to think the best in a company that markets itself that way!
