My PC was getting terribly slow. So slow that while my PC showed a connection to the internet, my browser couldn't open a web page. I called Sal this last Sunday and left a message. He told be to bring my PC in at around 4:00pm that day. He immediately diagnosed the problem to be an old worn out hard drive (HD). He recommended I replace the SATA HD with a new Solid State Drive (SSD) and then to clone my old drive to the new one. He couldn't see why my internet connection wasn't working as it worked at his place. But he gave me some tips to check it out. He replaced the drive and had it done before 10am the next morning. When I started the PC back up at home it was lightning fast and my connection problem was gone. That's when I realized the PC was so slow the browser software was failing to recognize my internet connection. The best $360 I've spent in a long time. Definitely want to recommend to u guys. Quick and efficient. I thought it would take hours to repair my fan problem. But they solved the problems in less than 1hr. Because I also got a computer broken for the same reason (that one was not that lucky, so I change to this new pc). I feel hopeless at the first place when this laptop have the same malfunction as the previous one. Then I tried to contact repairmen on Yelp. Tech Expert Guys is the first workshop contact me and give me the solution. And everything goes smoothly right now. The price is okay, a little bit higher than that in my own country. Amazing! I went to multiple places to see if I can get any of my data recovered from my liquid damaged computer.
