I had previously written a good review for this place, but now I found out how horrible it is. I got my phone fixed fast and cheap but my screen had cracked again as soon as I got home and I barely touched it! I took it to another guy to have it fixed again. While he was fixing it he found so many pieces that had not been put back in! I was shocked! I had missing screws and tape that is supposed to hold my camera in place! Arrived at ten after ten, had a nice conversation with business owner next door who laughed at CPRH owners immaturity having told him before that he has lost customers due to his opening whenever he gets there and not abiding by bus. hours posted on website. After going three other places, decided to go back there as I was running out of time to get this done. The owner acted as if it was a one time occurnce that he is over an hour late, then had the nerve to want to charge me 130$ (the value of my phone) FOR GL"ASS"!!!!! I was so happy I found this place I ended up going out to a party and left my cell phone under water in the sink. I have no idea how long it was in there but the next day when I woke up.my phone wouldn't work I was stressed out and didn't know what to do but I looked on Yelp and that's when I found this awsome shop.I came inside it was a very clean and nice environment. I was in desperate need to fix my galaxy s3. My power button was missing and my lcd screen was completely cracked. I came to this shop after previously visiting 3 other cell phone repair shops and not one of them could fix it the same day. So finally I found a place that fixed everything in 20 minutes.. After that I was so relieved. I had to ask Omar who was one of the associate for his name so that I could thank him and give hime the best rating. Overall they did an excellent job I never have problems with my screen lifting. As i did when i had my phone fixed at another place before i came here. Plus there prices are really great! Spoke to Oscar about the speaker replacement for iphone 4s. Gave me a quote for $25. Few days later I stop by to fix the phone and they are asking for $45. I showed the quote (fortunately on my phone TXT) but they kept ignoring it, saying that Oscar is not in the office right now. Came in yesterday to get my iphone 5 fixed. The screen was cracked and the LCD screen underneath was pitch black and I wasnt able to see anything. Within 20 mins or less my phone was like New! The price wasnt bad at all either! That very same day my iphone cracked! How, I have no idea. Took it back to them the very next day and they were very helpful! I was very appreciative. They have literally saved my life (lol) several times. I kept dropping my iPhone 6 and breaking my screen. Highly recommend this business! I came in right before closing time on a weeknight, but Omar was happy to stay late to help diagnose my iPhone7 problem. He checked a few things, deleted some unnecessary apps, helped me install a new update that wouldn't work for me before, and walked me through the process to add storage and backup (I'm not the most tech savvy, lol). I dropped my samsung galaxy s4 facing down on the ground and the screen wasn't working after. There was a crack on it, too. I paid $150 to fix it and it was done in an hour. Even tho it was a little expensive to fix, it was cheaper than buying a brand new phone. Plus, if u check in on here, you'll get a free screen protector. read more
