However, during the site visit they did not state they would get back to me if they determined they could do the job, but rather they stated they would get back to me regardless if they could or could not do the job. When they did not get back to me I sent an e-mail and called them but they did not reach out to let me know they decided not to do the job. So, the only issue I have with Sterling is their lack of effective communication with customers who they can't help.
