The owner, Ken, is friendly and accommodating. Took my car in to get toe and camber alignment corrected. Finished within an hour. Drove it, steering wheel wasn't straight even when driving straight. Josue, who did the alignment, gave me a specification sheet showing the alignment specifications, it was all correct. I have had this problem before, after installing an aftermarket steering wheel hub. And have had to have the front alignment corrected to the position of the steering wheel. To start off I happen to be a mechanic. Over the last couple years I've battled some health problems that have limited my abilities physically. I would not recommend this shop to anybody. Can't even get a proper answer over the phone. Whoever answered is a prick. You don't go cussing at your customer because you're confused. If that's the case whoever you were isn't a tech/mechanic at all. Doesn't know the difference between a coil pack and spark plug wires. It's so simple. Called ahead and walked in without an appointment for an alignment. Surprisingly, Ken was able to get me in and out within ~1 hour while helping out another customer who did have an appointment.
