mango smoothie with strawberry popping boba
    Hannah S.

Always a must hit when we are at KP market! We love Teddy Boba! Service is pretty fast and I like how they give you a pager to notify when your order is ready. The selection of different types of drinks and add-ons is great and has variety for everyone! The drinks are good! Nothing super special but still tasty. The location is super convenient as you can grab it after you finish shopping at KP market or while you wait for your food at the food court.

Black Tea *Large ($6) *0% Sweet *Boba ($0.85) *Coffee Jelly ($0.85)

Date: Tuesday, October 1st, 2024 Time: around 3:45pm What: Boba Tea Black Tea *Large ($6) *0% Sweet *Boba ($0.85) *Coffee Jelly ($0.85) *Service Charge: 2.5% ($0.19) We were at the KP Food Court grabbing lunch. Saw Teddy Boba and thought, why not?! There's never a bad time for boba, right? I originally wanted matcha when I got here, but I guess they don't have matcha without milk. Not sure if that means their mix contains some kind of dairy powder or if everything is just premixed. Either way, I always find it weird when tea spots say they can't do tea without milk. Makes me think things aren't fresh. I am kind of a tea purist. I like my tea without milk or sugar. Just tea and the toppings please. Tea strength extra strong if possible. (I do acknowledge there is sugar in the toppings. For some reason, that's alright. Yes, that is me logic.) The black tea here was fine. Kinda in the middle in terms of strength. The toppings were standard. Boba chewy, coffee jelly firm. I found myself wishing they had grass jelly, but I know not all spots have this topping. It's nice there's a boba option in this food court. I just wished they did straight matcha. Note: Didn't notice they charged a service fee for in person ordering and pick up until I wrote this review. Not sure if everyone gets charged this or if it's cuz I used a CC. But kinda odd to have a standard service charge for boba. REVIEW #3576

    Blueberry yogurt smoothie w/ boba
    Loren P.

A sweltering Friday brought us to KP for relief from the July heat. I was craving something cold but not milk tea. I've always been curious about Teddy Boba at KP (located in the food court area) and decided to finally try them out. I was drawn to the yogurt series that they offered and decided on the blueberry yogurt smoothie. I added boba to my drink as well. The yogurt smoothie only comes in a large size, which was perfect for that evening. My drink was made quickly and I was pleasantly surprised at the size and weight of my drink, which was great considering I paid around $8 for it. I took a first sip and immediately loved it. The blueberry yogurt was tangy and refreshing, and oh so thick. The blueberry flavor was prominent without being overwhelming and juxtaposed with the yogurt well. The boba were cooked perfectly and very chewy. There was also a good amount of boba at the bottom of my drink. Sometimes even if you pay for boba, you don't always get many pearls, but my drink had the perfect amount. The volume of the yogurt smoothie itself was also quite a lot and definitely filling! I can't speak for the other drinks that Teddy Boba offers, but I'd certainly be down to try their other drinks and teas next time we go to KP!

    Strawberry Matcha Latte ~ $5.50

Teddy Boba is inside the KP International marketplace, in the food court area. I came across this place while shopping so I decided to give it a try. There was an orchestra performing Christmas music that day so it was a bit crowded. There was a line to order and then little wait for the drink to be made. I ordered the Strawberry Matcha Latte with light ice, which was $5.50 for the larger size. The drink was not bad, a little light, but I could taste the matcha. However, the drink would be much better with more strawberry and more matcha flavor. Overall, the drink was good and the price was reasonable. Service was a little slow, but it was a busy time. There is an up change if you request no ice. Teddy Boba is not a bad option for drinks if you are in the area.

Tiger frosty milk (75% sweet) - honey boba, pudding & caramel

Located inside the KP international market food court side. We will usually get our drinks after shopping for the ride home. But you can stop by just for drinks or for lunch etc. They have a big section of seating in the food court. The only time we have seen it short on seats is during a celebration or karaoke night. They have some pretty good tea drinks. You are able to reduce your sugar levels and ice level to your liking. They have milk teas, regular tea, smoothies, shakes and blended coffee too. They do have a good amount of toppings as well, tapioca, crystal bobas, few popping boba flavors, and a few jelly flavors also. And a cheese one. I think they do have 2 size drink cups available.

    House tea with boba
    Winnie A.

My order came out fast because I ordered the house tea with boba, and was able to adjust sweetness and ice (50%). I wanted a large (as opposed to a medium) drink, but it appears they only sell this drink in the large size. I tend to size up, which doesn't make the one size a problem. They have lots of options, fruit and milk teas that are definitely a must try for next time. The boba shop is inside the food court within/next to KP market.

Teddy Boba is conveniently located inside of the KP International Food Court near Folsom Blvd and Olson Drive, within short walking distance of the Cordova Town Center light rail station. I've been here a few times now: twice with my daughter, and once by myself, yesterday. Most recently, I ordered a large taro milk tea with cheesy topping. If you don't know what that is, it might sound weird, but trust me, it's soooooo good. The cheesy topping is not really made of cheese. It's somewhere between a whipped cream and a pudding, and it tastes amazing on top of milk tea. While I was waiting, i watched the cashier pull a tub of cheesy cream out of a small reach-in fridge, and dollop a few spoon-fulls on top of my drink. Part of me wanted to tell him to keep going... I love chizu. I would have ordered a small, but the large was only fifty cents more, so, I figured, why not? The customer service was good. The milk tea was alright. To be real, I didn't think it was quite worth the nearly $8 I paid for it. It was good, but nothing special. Teddy Boba won't be taking over as my new favorite boba place, but I'll continue to stop by occasionally, when I'm shopping in the area, like I was yesterday. Overall, not my favorite, but it'll do in a pinch.

Teddy Bobba is located inside the KP food court near the exit of KP Supermarket. Great location to capture all the thirsty shoppers, including me. We decided to grab a boba tea before heading home. Service was quick and they have a nice variety. I went with one of the "top drinks" Coconut Milk Tea with pudding. The pudding was a nice mix with the drink. The 50% sugar level was perfect for me. I'll likely come again the next time I shop at KP

Got the Strawberry Cheezy w/ lychee jelly. Looks really cute. They give u a item that beeps when your drink is ready. I like that

Matchata & tiger frosty milk (that space gap tho lol)
    Gillian A.

Boba run right after KP grocery shopping (boba shop is in the food court)! Eh, very okay boba drinks. The matchata had a super subtle matcha taste and an overwhelming cinnamon taste (was hoping for a better flavor balance). The tiger frosty milk looked nothing like what was advertised lol (where were the brown streaks/layers?) and the cup for it wasn't fully filled. It was still a nice dessert-y drink though (I recommend getting this drink sweetness adjusted as 50% sweetness was sweet enough). Boba pearls were cooked unevenly (hard center but mushy exterior). I guess if you're really craving for boba after doing some KP shopping or after eating at the Korean BBQ restaurant that's in the same food area, then this boba shop just might do the trick for the sake of convenience.

What I loved about this place was the convenience after shopping and the Pistachio boba. Conveniently located in the food court area of the KP grocery mart. We ordered the Pineapple Green tea, Tiger Frosty Milk and the Pistachio Milk Tea. All very delicious, creamy and typical of a tea place. Average prices and variety. They also have variety of milk choices. The stand out for sure was the Pistachio Milk tea. Very tasty and delicious. We liked it so much we ordered one to go!

This boba shop is located in the KP International Supermarket (food court past the cash registers). We were doing some grocery shopping and I ended up hitting this place up for a drink. I ordered the Kale Green Smoothie which came with kale, bananas, pineapple, and honey -- really good! It felt nice to drink something naturally sweetened for once. Haha These guys are up and coming. Check out their menu and support local y'all!

The strawberry milk drink tasted like it was mixed with real strawberry pieces. The velvet drink was the perfect blend of taro and Thai tea. All in all, both had great flavor. My only complaint, the size of the drink- it's pretty small. But it's also about normal for these kinds of drinks so it's to be expected. My daughter liked the macaron cookies (they are a favorite of hers). I've never been a fan of those kinds of cookies but I tried them and they were tasty. Of all the ones I've tried, they definitely make top 2. We will definitely be back.

I could've paid for extras, like Boba pearls in my coffee, but I just had the coffee. The price was reasonable. It was very good. It had that usual "kick" of the Vietnamese coffee, which I do love, and the hazelnut gave it a nice mellow taste. It was not overly sweet, the two flavors played together just right. I wasn't expecting this location to be tucked inside the small plaza with SF Supermarket, but it ended up being a nice surprise. The whole area feels like a cozy, authentic little Asian hub, and after grocery shopping at SF, it's almost impossible to resist grabbing a sweet treat on the way out. That's exactly what I did for my most recent visit. This was my first time stopping by this specific location, but I've always had pleasant experiences at their other spots in downtown and South Sac. What stood out to me here was how quaint and quiet it felt. It wasn't very busy when I stopped by, and seating is limited--just a few tables--so it's more of a relaxed grab-and-go kind of place. Ordering is done through a kiosk, which clearly displays the full menu. I usually stick to their milk teas and signature drinks rather than straight teas so I can't speak for this. This time I ordered the mung bean pandan latte, which I've tried before at the other locations, and It tasted exactly how I expected--flavorful and enjoyable. Picked up the brown sugar cookies & cream for my teenage son (he finished it super fast!!). They also had a small selection of mochi donuts, and I tried a few. While they were good, the flavors weren't labeled on the sign, so I had to ask the employee which was which. They were creatively named (i.e. "Valentine's Gift" or "Jade Dragon" but that doesn't provide a description of the flavor). Thankfully, the staff was friendly and helpful. Customer service here was what I'd call the perfect balance: I was greeted when I walked in, and the staff was available when I had questions, but they didn't hover while I was ordering at the kiosk. Overall, I don't really have any major complaints. This is a solid spot to satisfy a boba craving, especially if you're already in the area doing some Asian grocery shopping. Definitely a place I'd consider stopping by again.

These aren't something I could ever recreate at home, so I don't mind treating myself here when I can. Sometimes regular donuts just can't compare. I do wish they were a bit cheaper -- but I understand why they're priced the way they are. One thing I really like is that they rotate flavors regularly. You might not see the same selection every visit, but there's always enough variety that you're bound to find something you'll enjoy. They also occasionally offer discounts and have a rewards program you can sign up for, which helps bring the price down after you build up points -- definitely worth it if you're a repeat customer. Beyond the donuts, they also serve Korean corn dogs and a fun drink selection. My husband is a big fan of their Baja Blast lemonade because it's perfectly sour, and I've tried several of their other drinks that were also really good, including their milk tea and spring drinks. For the corn dogs, there are lots of topping options, but the Hot Cheeto one is my personal favorite. The shop itself is small and quaint, so there isn't much seating -- just a few spots by the windowpane -- so I usually grab my donuts to go. It works perfectly as a quick treat stop rather than a dine-in place. Customer service here has always been friendly and consistent. The staff is patient, accurate with orders, and helpful when you have questions. I never feel rushed or pressured while ordering. Parking is also easy since it's in the same lot as KP Market, with plenty of spaces -- so again, it's a perfect dessert stop, especially after grocery shopping. 85°C Bakery is also right next door but they tend to be busy which deters me from visiting -- it's more peaceful for me to stop by Mochinut where customers just stop by, pick up their donuts and go instead of mingling around. Honestly, I can't really complain about this place at all -- other than wishing prices were lower -- and it's been a reliable treat spot for years.

This is where you'll find "Dream Tea" in the Rosemont neighborhood in Sacramento. Located in a small strip mall directly off of Bradshaw Rd and tucked in between Old Placerville Rd and Goethe Rd, this place has been serving up delicious beverages dating back to early-2024. Since then, they have been offering a ton of options on their menu including milk teas, fruit teas, coffees, matcha drinks, smoothies, and slushies. The combinations are quite endless as you can customize the level of sweetness in your drink if you choose in watching your sugar levels. They even offer quite a few snacks that include egg rolls, popcorn chicken, potstickers, and much more. The interior layout is very well-lit, inviting, and cheerful with bright neon lights in various areas, a sleek backsplash that adds to the upscale look, a comfy white loveseat for relaxing, and a few small tables just in case you choose to stay for your visit. There are two very easy to read digital menu boards and a very cool white marbled flooring. And just a heads up, they do not offer public restrooms nor do they offer any outdoor seating. The ordering process is simple as you can place your order ahead at https://order.online/store/drevm-tea-27631334 or order it the old school way by going inside and having an employee assist you. I chose to order mine when I arrived as I like to ask their opinion for what recommendations are the more popular. Since I was enjoying my weekend (on Saturday 5/16/2026 at around 3:15pm), I was craving a sweet beverage to elevate my day. I finally settled with their "Caramel Matcha Milk Tea" (priced at a reasonable $6.50). I opted for only 25% sweetness as I didn't want to go too overboard on my sugar intake. Within 5 minutes, my drink was ready and provided with a very cool plastic cup with their business name on it and a sealed film on top to prevent any leakage. As for the overall taste and consistency, I thoroughly enjoyed the hybrid blend of matcha, tea, and caramel all infused in the milk. With as extensive as their menu options are, this is the type of place where you can go to every day for several months and still not get through their entire lineup. All in all, "Dream Tea" is an excellent family-owned business if you're not looking to deal with parking and crowds at the more popular spots. My rating, a respectable four stars.
