I had been in the SF supermarket Asian mall quite a few times, and still haven't stopped in here. So today, I did. I liked it. The pink interior gives it a soft, mellow vibe.... They have a very large choice of coffees, lattes, and of course, teas, which is their name. They also have non-dairy drinks, and mochi donuts. You walk in, and you order on the kiosk. I've made my love for Vietnamese coffee well-known here, so today, I had the nutty OG Vietnamese, iced coffee, which is a hazelnut coffee. I could've paid for extras, like Boba pearls in my coffee, but I just had the coffee. The price was reasonable. It was very good. It had that usual "kick" of the Vietnamese coffee, which I do love, and the hazelnut gave it a nice mellow taste. It was not overly sweet, the two flavors played together just right. As is my bad habit, one sip, and I tore right into that drink without taking a picture. The price was reasonable. I like this place. I'll be back. Thank you! read more

I'm not usually around this area, but I'm really glad there's a Bober location here as Bober is one of my favorite boba spots, mainly because of their honey stir-fried boba--it honestly tastes better than what I've had at a lot of other boba shops. I wasn't expecting this location to be tucked inside the small plaza with SF Supermarket, but it ended up being a nice surprise. The whole area feels like a cozy, authentic little Asian hub, and after grocery shopping at SF, it's almost impossible to resist grabbing a sweet treat on the way out. That's exactly what I did for my most recent visit. This was my first time stopping by this specific location, but I've always had pleasant experiences at their other spots in downtown and South Sac. What stood out to me here was how quaint and quiet it felt. It wasn't very busy when I stopped by, and seating is limited--just a few tables--so it's more of a relaxed grab-and-go kind of place. Ordering is done through a kiosk, which clearly displays the full menu. I usually stick to their milk teas and signature drinks rather than straight teas so I can't speak for this. This time I ordered the mung bean pandan latte, which I've tried before at the other locations, and It tasted exactly how I expected--flavorful and enjoyable. Picked up the brown sugar cookies & cream for my teenage son (he finished it super fast!!). They also had a small selection of mochi donuts, and I tried a few. While they were good, the flavors weren't labeled on the sign, so I had to ask the employee which was which. They were creatively named (i.e. "Valentine's Gift" or "Jade Dragon" but that doesn't provide a description of the flavor). Thankfully, the staff was friendly and helpful. Customer service here was what I'd call the perfect balance: I was greeted when I walked in, and the staff was available when I had questions, but they didn't hover while I was ordering at the kiosk. Overall, I don't really have any major complaints. This is a solid spot to satisfy a boba craving, especially if you're already in the area doing some Asian grocery shopping. I really like that there's a boba spot inside SF Market especially after grocery shopping, sometimes you just want a quick drink to go without making another stop. When you walk in, the shop is super cute, bright, and pink, which makes it feel fun and inviting. Ordering is done through two touchscreen kiosks on the left, so it's quick and straightforward. You don't really interact with staff until they hand you your drinks, which is fine if you're just in and out. I ordered the chizu milk tea with boba at 50% sweetness. The flavor was good and not overly sweet, but I wasn't a fan of being charged an extra 90 cents for less ice feels unnecessary. The boba itself wasn't as soft or chewy as I usually like. I also tried the brown sugar cookies and cream, which tasted very basic and didn't really stand out, and the taro drink wasn't as flavorful as I was expecting. Another downside is that they don't have many kid friendly drink options, which was disappointing since this is inside a family friendly supermarket. Overall, it's still a convenient spot if you're already shopping at SF Market and craving boba, but there's definitely room for improvement in flavor variety and options. I ordered the Chizu strawberry and green tea with jelly boba!! Can I explain to u how delish this thing is!!! It was so refreshing and clean tasting. Not overly sweet and the jelly boba gives it a nice texture if ur not into the traditional boba. You can also change it to the jelly popping boba if you wish. I also ordered the crème brule mochi donut and and again it was just amazing!!! If you go on tuesdays you can get the mochi donut for $1 with every drink purchase. I highly recommend this place. I just happened to be at SF Market and saw that Bober Tea had a K-Pop Demon Hunters cupsleeve event. You had to order one of their two themed drinks- Soda Pop or Golden Honmoon. I went with the latter- winter melon latte with cream cheese and 24k edible gold flakes. I asked if the sweetness was able to be adjusted, but I was told the base was premade. I love the brown sugar milk tea here! It is hard to find the copper kettle boba in Sacramento but this place has it. I really enjoy it when they get my order right. Today they did not get my order right, the forgot my boba and they did not give me the less ice I paid for. So I would recommend you double check your order before you leave. So glad a bober/mochi dough opened in RC! Came in for their grand opening and for their bogo free deal. Although the bogo had a limited selection, they were popular drinks so I ended up choosing the wintermelon MT (one of my favorites) as the free drinks for the two signature brown sugar MT drinks I ordered. I do wish I was able to add toppings to the free drinks. The inside is clean and cute, with a good amount of seating. I didn't try the mochi donuts but I have at other locations and am sure they are just as good. These ones in particular looked amazing with great toppings! (a whole fortune cookie and chocolate coin!) I had an issue with the signature drinks as the top of the cup plastic had melted with a hole. This caused the drinks to explode when shaking which was super disappointing. It may have accidentally occurred when the brûlée topping was being torched. However, Felisha was so kind to take care of me and the issue when I let her know. This location has exceptional customer service and definitely makes sure the customer enjoys their experience. I visited on their grand opening day for the BOGO deal close to closing time, and the place was still packed! Surprisingly, they hadn't run out of any drinks. Although all but one type of mochi doughnut was sold out, which was totally expected. The shop itself is nicely decorated, very clean, and had the same easy kiosk ordering system as other Bober locations. Despite the crowd, my order came out quickly, and the worker who handed me the drinks was super friendly. The drinks were consistent with what I've had at other Bober locations, which is great! I didn't get to try the mochi doughnuts this time, so I can't comment on those, but I'm sure they're similar to the ones at their other stores. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of my drinks wasn't sealed properly. By the time I drove 10 minutes away, it had spilled in the carrier. I'm so glad there's a new boba spot in Rancho! I often find myself driving to South Sacramento or Folsom for boba, so having Bober Tea nearby is a treat. The shop has a front entrance, and if you're done shopping at SF Supermarket, there's also an entrance as you're heading out. My daughter didn't join me this time, or I would've had her strike a pose for some photos (lol). Ordering is super easy with their two kiosks. I didn't have any issues placing my order, though I did forget to grab a mochi donut before paying--but hey, there's always next time! The wait wasn't long either; by the time I took a few photos and sat down, my drinks were ready in less than 10 minutes. I didn't interact much with anyone who works there, but they were kind enough to ask if I needed a drink carrier, which was thoughtful. I tried the Egg Custard Cloud Vietnamese Coffee, and it was amazing! Not too sweet, but just sweet enough for my taste, which I loved. You can't adjust the sweetness level on this drink, but the creamy egg custard blends so perfectly with the bold coffee that it doesn't need any changes. For my daughter, I ordered the Brown Sugar Matcha Latte at 100% sweetness, adding the Matcha Cloud and stir-fried boba. She's a huge matcha fan, and she was thrilled it came out exactly how she imagined. Safe to say, it was a hit! I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of an issue with my drink's cup. The cap popped off unexpectedly, and I noticed the cup had a bent lip, which caused the problem. Luckily, nothing spilled, but it could have been a disaster in my car. read more

We're always excited to visit a new BOBER location. We decided to make the drive to the newest location that just opened in Rancho Cordova. It's located in a strip mall with a grocery store and other restaurants. There's plenty of parking and easy access to BOBER from the outside or from inside the strip mall. They have two kiosks to order on. Everything is broken up by type of drink, food, etc. Very easy! And the people working are there to ask questions if needed. We ordered my favorite, Pink Haze Vietnamese Coffee in a cute Santa Bear cup (tumbler). And 3 mochi donuts (fruity pebbles, strawberry with chocolate sprinkles & cookies n cream). The fam and I noticed this place today while we were out. Turns out, they opened back in December. I'm a huge fan of boba and mochi donuts, so I was excited to try them out. Upon walking in, the ambiance was vibrant with music playing in the background. There were some tables to dine in, as well. There was a kiosk for ordering, which was relatively simple. For the mochi donuts, you can only order them in packs of 3, 6, and 12, which I didn't like. Luckily, I was there with my kids and was planning on getting 3 mochi donuts, anyway, today, but sometimes, it's just me and I want to get just 1 mochi donut. After selecting a pack of 3 from the kiosk and paying, I went to the other register and the employee asked me which mochi donuts I wanted. Upon tasting the mochi donuts, they were more on the crispy side and not as fluffy and airy as the mochi donuts I've tried from other places. Been to this location a few times now. My family and I always stop by when we make a trip to KP Market. My teenage son loves coming here, he always gets so excited. Decor is so cute! Love all the pink and the flower walls. I try to get a new drink each time I go in so I can try everything. So far I really like their brown sugar boba. Brown sugar milk tea with boba: syrup was flavorless, tea itself was strongly flavored, boba pearl texture was excellent but the pearls were still so warm that all of my ice was melted in about 10 minutes, and there weren't many of them. Berry mochi donut: So, so dense. Obviously sat out for hours, if not since yesterday. Very disappointing. I've been a boba fan for 20+ years and this was one of the weakest offerings I've had. To say nothing of that abysmal donut. Hopefully it was just a rough day and I've got bad luck. But I'll stick with Fusion and the offerings around KP. read more
