Lemon pepper, hot six piece already ate two on the way home. Too good.

This is a staple for Charlotte. The owner Teddy is 9 out of 10 always there, but even if he's not his workers are amazing. It feels so much like home even though I'm from Pennsylvania and this is the Browns bar (lol) they give excellent service and will joke with you if you wear another jersey in there I love it here!

When you walk in to the right.

Teddy is super friendly! Being from Ohio and new to the area I knew I had to try this place. I'm personally not a Browns fan, but I love my Buckeyes! The decor is all BROWNS you can tell he loves the team. The delivery cars are even Brownie themed. The pizza is so yummy, cheesy and just what I wanted. The cheesy garlic bread is a must. I did get the pepperoni roll as well, but that will be saved for lunch tomorrow. I will for sure be going back. Actually I am pretty sure I found my local pizza place!! If you haven't tried it, you need to!

Grilled Chicken Salad I added the fries. (It's a Pittsburgh Thing)

I ordered the grilled chicken salad and I added a few things to make it more to my liking. I added banana peppers and mozzarella cheese. I also bought a side of fries and added that to my salad also. (It's a Pittsburgh thing) Everything was good

This my 4th time at teddys. The service is always impeccable and the owner is always there- often the only one there- and working HARD. I'm not a browns fan but the decor shows serious fandom and dedication. Even his 2 delivery vehicles are browns colors. Plan to order takeout, not dine in as there is only like 1 table that I'm pretty sure is for Teddy if he gets a moment to sit. They tend to underestimate the time it takes them to prepare the food by 5-10 minutes. There's also 5-6 old arcade games to play while you wait if you want. The pizza itself is not necessarily 5 stars---- I'd compare it to an upgraded pizza hut/standard takeout that doesn't do garlic buttery crusts--- BUT the difference is the toppings. His toppings are so fresh and flavorful and they load the pizzas up, no holding back! - I compare it to Take-out because the crust and sauce don't wow me, but the good prices, good service, high quality and high density toppings, and the knowledge that I'm supporting a local business keep me coming back!

Chicken pizza

I ordered a chicken pizza and it's like the chicken was thrown on the pizza, which I removed. This is my second time ordering from there, I don't know what happen today.

They were very busy when I came by but the food is good but the boss man is a smuck . Doesn't know how to talk to people at all . I get that it's getting crazy but you have to remain cool in all situations and employees need to know you got they back not throwaway pieces .

Incredible gem!! The cheese pizza was delicious. I love the New York thin crust but this is a nice change. Super nice people at this establishment too.

Absolutely the very best pizza in Charlotte. Prices are surprisingly affordable. May not look like much but the pizzas are unforgettable.

The crust deserves a special mention, A+ all the way. It has the perfect texture and flavor and is good enough to eat on its own. Every bite was fantastic, and the quality really stands out. If you're a pizza lover, this place is a must-visit. Come hungry, because the portions are huge, and be prepared to leave impressed. Highly recommend!

Very clearly the best late night pizza option in Charlotte. May just be the absolute best pizza…read moreoption period. We stopped in here for a weeknight late bite when our options were somewhat limited. Thankfully at that hour, street parking in NoDa wasn't too bad, we got a spot just off the main drag. Slices here are GIGANTIC, one is easily about 3 standard slices of pizza, or two normal NY size slices. We got a pepperoni and a cheese. The pepperoni had nice kick to them and the cheese was a high quality. You had to let the pepperoni grease drain onto your plate a bit, but that is expected. The thing that makes both slices so good is the garlic butter bath all around the crust that you can see them doing in the kitchen. Not just that, but the texture in the crust will make even non-crust lovers think again. You're basically left with big doughy garlic butter breadsticks. Definitely a 5 on taste. My only complaint, and I'm sure it is partly by design to keep people from staying long, the stools you can sit on to enjoy your pizza inside the restaurant are THE WORST I have ever placed my derrier on. Even for 15 minutes, it wasn't just uncomfortable, it was painful. It took me a couple blocks to start walking correctly again. Might as well just get rid of them and have people stand to eat. Terrible. Almost knocked a star off for it, that bad. Regardless of the world's worst stools, I would come back for more pizza and just plan on not eating it there.

A couple of bites is all ya need to prepare for their delicious pizzas. My go to is light on the Pepperoni Well Done (important) and a side of hot honey sauce and a side of plain honey. Because the hot stuff ain't no joke- I have to turn down the spice by mixing the two. Then it's like the best Sweet and Salty you can dream of then the heat kicks you in the face in the best way. To top it off don't even think about leaving before you have one of their brown butter chocolate chip cookies! They are ridiculous and a must. If no room in your belly make sure to get one to go and you can heat it up to perfection when you get home.

The reason we came in to order to-go was because we weren't happy with the Door-Dash delivery of same last time. The pizza just didn't travel well. This time with our to-go order it traveled a bit better and was fresher. We think it would be even better (4 stars) if we dined in. We also had a nice salad of mixed greens with dried cherries and the like, but it didn't come tossed. The dried cherries were in one corner, the onions in another ... you get the idea. Tossing would have made it easier to eat on-the-go. But the service people were very nice, and the store was clean and roomy with a semi-open kitchen. We'd give this place another try next time when dining in.

We headed here after a show at Halton theatre and it was a small but nice restaurant space. It's an…read moreopen kitchen and the food came out in a decent amount of time with there being about 15 other patrons. We ordered a cheese pizza, the Morty sandwich and a side Caesar. The waiter was efficient, not friendly but not unfriendly either, just doing his job pretty much. Would have been nice to have him check on us once or twice but again not the biggest deal. The pizza: my son really enjoyed it and gave it a 5/5 and hubby ranked it a 3/5. He thought the crust was a tad too soggy. Side Caesar: 3/5 had some pieces of the lettuce that should have never made it in the salad and the dressing was just okay. Morty: also a 3/5. Too much arugula, we took some out and then seasoned the rest with s&p and some crushed red pepper flakes. It just lacked a depth of flavor and the bread and arugula overpowered it. The seasoning helped a bit. I even added garlic aioli based on a review I read on here but I didn't taste it. The pasta salad it came with also lacked flavor, though very green and appearing loaded with flavor it was not. And when eating it, the texture was very gummy. Didn't finish that. Overall, it was okay but I'm not likely to return just because there are better options based on the things we tried. But taste is subjective and it just wasn't our vibe today. But check it out for yourself because we only tried three things and the pictures of the other pizzas do look amazing. That is all!

This was…read moreduring the day maybe like 4pm on a Saturday and it was shockingly empty, but it quickly got busy there. I think we had just missed the crowd. Their patio is so fun, the street you overlook is pretty chill so there weren't a lot of cars or noise. The area has good enough traffic for decent people watching, that's always fun. Our server was so funny and cool. I wish I could remember his name, but he was having a good convo with the person I was with about basketball and it was just really nice. It felt like I was home on my couch hanging with friends. It's such a cool chill place. I loved the pizza, olives app and the old fashioned. It was nice to actually meet the owner too, he is the person who greeted us when we walked in and he was really nice. This place just seems like a good neighborhood spot. If I lived closer I'd probably go a lot more often. Great spot!!

Review for Pizza Baby…read more After a relaxing Vinyasa yoga class and sound bath at The Coterie Wellness one evening, I found myself hungry--and conveniently, Pizza Baby had just opened in the same complex. Perfect timing. Since it was still new, the restaurant wasn't very busy, and I decided to grab a table outside. The outdoor seating was lovely--relaxed, comfortable, and a great way to unwind after a wellness session. I'm a sucker for thin-crust pizza, especially when it's hand-tossed and thoughtfully prepared, so one item immediately caught my eye: the rosemary pizza with hot honey. Sold. I added Italian sausage to the pizza and paired it with a fresh green salad (I can never resist a good Green Goddess dressing). Yes, it was a little on the pricey side, but the quality matched the cost--and I was genuinely pleased with my choices. The crust was thin and flavorful, the toppings were balanced, and the hot honey added just the right touch of sweetness and heat. This is definitely a place I'd return to--next time with friends--so we can share a few different pizzas and appetizers and really explore the menu. A few practical notes: * Parking is generally easy since the restaurant shares a lot with neighboring businesses in the complex * There are several nearby spots, including a wine bar and entertainment venues, which make the area feel lively * There was some early parking congestion when a nearby church held services, but the situation has since been addressed with signage and coordinated parking solutions It's nice to see businesses and community partners working together to make things run smoothly. There's also another location of Pizza Baby that I plan to visit, which speaks to how positive my first experience was. Bottom line: Great thin-crust pizza, pleasant outdoor seating, and a convenient stop after yoga or an evening out. A solid addition to Charlotte's growing food scene--and absolutely worth checking out. And if you're already in the area for a class or wellness session, it makes for the perfect post-workout reward.
