A short and... Sweet (because it's I've cream get it?... I'll just write the review now) review about this place. It's a very small location right on St. George Street. Whenever I'm here there tends to be a line but it's quick moving and I've never waited long. The staff is friendly and the prices are good enough. The ice cream is real nice and on a hot day, something that is amazing! I had the blueberry cheesecake when I was here last time and it was very flavourful, the price is decent but you are basically paying a little more here because of the location. There are only a few tables in here due to the size but people eat their ice cream rather quick so I've never waited around, there's also benched everyone if you don't mind sitting outside. Friendly staff and good ice cream will have me stopping here again next time I want something sweet on St. George Street! read more

On a Saturday night if you looking for a sweet cold treats in st. Augustine, this spot is it . Love the sampling, I felt like I didn't have to order after the tasting lol. Quaint little shop on George Street, We had time to kill while our bed and breakfast room was getting set up. Ah-may-zing! Family took us to this little spot for ice cream but I opted for a shake. All I said was "please make it thick". When I say this was THE BEST shake I've ever had in my entire life, I am not kidding. I looooove shakes, and have had so many from a ton of different places. Tedi's shake was thick, delicious, creamy, tasty and filling. It was so good, my husband decided to order a shake after eating his ice cream serving and trying my shake. My child ordered a smoothie and he was also blown away. He actually drank it all. My only problem now is that Tedi's is a 6+ hour drive away. Really enjoyed getting a double scoop of Cookie Monster and PB Cup in a waffle bowl from Tedi's! There was a large variety of flavors so I feel that I couldn't have gone wrong trying other options, but typically these are my go-to favorites. What really stood out for me was how long it took to eat the ice cream, because it stayed frozen. Ted's is a nice, traditional ice cream shop. I wanted a freshly spun milkshake and they delivered. I got the mint chocolate chip. It was several large scoops of ice cream blended with milk and some whipped cream on top. Quite good but, if I'm being honest, blended a little too soft for my preference. Four stars says I would get it again, but there was nothing particularly wonderful that would make me have to go back to Ted's. read more

My favorite flavor of Ice cream is Black Cherry and first not many places carry it so that was already a big win but the next was I was on the fence about getting it since it was sugar free since I was watching what I ate so I said yeah why not. If you are walking through the St. Augustine old town, there is nothing better than having some of Tedi's ice cream to go with it. Especially on hot days, it is instantly refreshing. The ice cream is smooth and creamy. Not a crazy amount of flavor options, but they have a pretty standard assortment of flavors. The cookie dough is my favorite. In an area with lotsss of chain options (kilwin's, Hershey's, Ben & Jerry's, dippin dots and several others) as well as gourmet popsicles in weird combinations and a few gelato options, a old school non chain store with classic homemade ice cream was well appreciated. The place is small, but the service was fast and friendly and the ice cream we had was great. O had the lemon raspberry cheesecake with great chunks of cake, and my partner has the Heath crunch, which judging from how fast it was gone, was good as well. Had three bites and threw it all away - quantity is large so they aren't skimping there but was truly disappointed. I visited Tedi's on my trip to St Augustine a few weeks ago. I was greeted by a young man in dreads with a welcoming personality. He offered me a taste of a flavor I was not familiar with and finding it delicious I ordered a cup full. He was very patient with the children behind me that could not decide what they wanted. He joked with them and laughed as they giggled over the names of some of the flavors. All and all, this young man added to our Tedi's experience and added joy to our day. Nice little stop on a hot day. Got some pralines and cream that was nicely heavy on the pralines. Had a nice sitting area with some AC on a hot day and they also gave us cups of ice water without any hesitation. Service was overall fairly quick considering how busy they were. They had a large number of staff working which was quite nice. They offer lots of coffee drinks, hot and cold, if you are looking for something like that.
