Discovered this place because it is right down the street from me. Turns out i walked into my new exclusive nail shop. The staff is friendly. I don't appreciate the wait time because there is so much foot traffic in there. But it is only because they have the best nails and prices in belmont cragin. I am very happy. the nail techs are very good but OMG super expensive . I had Andy doing my nails and he said next time bring a picture of something you like done on your nails so I said ok , well I did and it was different lines of colors on my nails and he said I can't do this so move over to my niece so she tried also and did a sloppy job but she tried and I was so upset already I just wanted to be done and when I went to pay OMG $90.00 I was like WHAT why? for a few lines on colors when you couldn't do it that was not good and I am very loyal for every 2 weeks so my fill in is not much at all so I was really upset with this and will think about if I return especially when you have to wait 2hours for service... read more

They do a great job, however I'm very upset at how they are handling covid-19 regulations/new rules. I had an APPOINTMENT for 2pm, so I arrive expecting to be served at 2pm, 2:20 latest. NOPE. At around 3:45 they sat me down to get my pedicure because I was next. Someone else showed up and the girl who was going to do my pedicure basically said "SIKE, Im going to do hers first and then go to you", ok fine. Sat in the pedicure chair 30 minutes with my feet all pruned up. Then another lady finished (I WAS NEXT) & she was about to start on someone else until I HAD TO SAY SOMETHING (4:30 at this point). Finish my pedicure, but I still needed a full set. Tee asked me to sit in the chair next to her because I WAS NEXT (4:45pm). Instead of Tee doing my nails because she was already finished with the person she was working on, she called someone else over!! I had to wait until someone else finished. I'm not the type of person to leave a review, but I'm doing this in hopes to let the business know they really need some sort of organization. There was abut 50 people in the nail salon (Max should be 10 due to covid-19). I don't understand the point of scheduling an appointment if you won't be served until 2 hours later. There is no reason a full set/pedicure should take 3.5 hours when you have an appointment!! Upon arrival they just ask if you have an appointment, but don't even bother checking messages, or writing names down. If I have an appointment, ASK ME UNDER WHAT NAME & WRITE IT IN SOME SORT OR AGENDA-- THIS WAY YOU AVOID BOOKING 20 PEOPLE FOR THE SAME TIME!! Otherwise, it defeats the purpose of an appointment & NO ONE IS SAFE under those working conditions. read more

Because of Covid-19, you have to make an appointment ahead of time (completely understandable) what's crazy is how you make an appointment for 2:15 only to be served until 4pm. I love the job they do, truly, but the disorganized/unprofessional wait time is too much. There's no system to verify who's next so it's chaos! Additionally it's just as crowded as it was before the pandemic, no visible measures have been taken to maintain social distancing. read more

It my first time going. I've heard there good. I went with my high hopes. But the lady that I got was so stubborn. I've had nail classes so I know what to expect. So I showed her what I wanted and of the bat she was acting like she knew. Well the application was horrible. She put acrylic on my skin by the cuticle are. And she didn't remove it. I had to point it out to her and she still left some on. I told her that causes the nail to lift. She didn't care. And I believe they use cheap products cuz it's been a week I've got them and there already lifted. Even on the no chip polish. They only put 1 coat. I can see my nail underneath. My last nail tech nails would last me over a month. So I will be going back to my old nail tech even if it's farther from me. read more

Horrible place to get nails done. I understand it's an average hole in the wall nail place where you shouldn't expect greatness but a pedicure should at least be decent. This 1 star is based on a pedicure that was about 4 mins long, totally rushed and my 2 yr could have done a better job painting toes. I've been going to this place for so many years I even got my sisters my mom literally everyone I know to go to this place. I'm sooo upset at the fact that they don't care about the loyalty there customer have to them. Every time I go o get a different price for everything! Why aren't there prices printed somewhere in the store. I feel like I'm almost getting discriminated EVERY TIME I walk in they have something to say mostly this new lady she use to do pedicure only and they trained her to do full sets. So when she was barely starting she did my nails she was shaving my nail so much on the side she made me bleed on two of my fingers the first one I didn't say anything but the second one I did get up set because she kinda chuckled. And I u understand it's a nervous laugh but I'm trying to relax and your ripping my fingers off!!! I wasn't rude but I did tell her that it was funny and that my fingers really hurt. We'll ever since that day I get charged more every time I go in and I know I'm getting charged more because I went with my sister and she went In first they gave her the prices and when I went it was completely different prince. The guy nicked my finger under my nail I was bleeding and one nail is crooked. And he wasn't able to chrome my nail like the last lady did. I don't even wanna complain I just wanna finish and leave. My whole experience is upsetting me. Sucks because This location is right by my job and I was happy with the 1st two times but I tried telling him when he was hurting me and I feel like he didn't believe me or cared. Came in here for the first time and I definitely won't be going back. They aren't clear on their prices at all and I was charged $55 for a basic full set when every other place I've gone to has only charged $25-30 with a better end result. The tech asked if I wanted acrylic or gel. I asked for gel and she proceeded to give me acrylic nails with a little gel polish. There's a difference between actual gel nails and just gel polish. Don't advertise your product as being gel when it's really just acrylic nails with a gel polish. I want what I'm paying for. The tech did no work on my cuticles and left them looking bogus. Three of my nails are very obviously crooked and I was nicked twice. She even used the wrong sized tips for my nails. They're too small. There's zero product on the outer sides of my nails. It's like she just did a strip of acrylic down the middle. This week will make two weeks since I've gotten this set and my hair has been getting caught in the nails since three days after getting the full set. The nails should not have been lifting after only three days. It was overall such a disappointing experience and I'm gonna avoid this place at all costs. read more

Kinda disappointed. My friends always rave about this place and I when I first went I loved my nails! Went back for a fill in and left super disappointed. I showed the women a picture of how I wanted my nails and she just told me to pick a color, I told her I wanted them orange and showed her the picture again and said yes so I took that as she understood. At the end she told me to wash my hands and I asked her if they were going to look like the picture I showed her, she asked to see the picture and she that I would have to re do my set. I came here because my friend usually comes here and she wanted to have a girls day. I had never been but I figured I would give it a shot since she always comes here. I have to say I was not impressed. I paid $50 for a mani and pedi. The pedi lasted which was great! But my no chip literally chipped off the next day! I was so upset! This has never happened to be before with no chip. She also cut my toe and it filled with puss a few days later. Makes me wonder if they clean there tools. Needless to say, I will not be back here! I have been going to tee's since 8 yrs ago or more for gel nails. This year was the first year I had a no chip. I had them done at another place and they lasted 4 weeks. I then tried tee's and they didn't even last one week, they started turning a brown color and chipping. I went back and they told me it was my fault. I had not done anything out of the ordinary. Ok so they do an okay job but you WILL WAIT! No matter the day or time. They don't really have order or structure. People coming in after you will get put before you. Today (3/21) the guy tech turned away an older lady saying "they were closing." Not even 5 minutes later a younger girl who wanted the same thing walks in and they allowed her to stay. Like I said. No structure!! And one time I came here before, I got my eyebrows done and the lady was waxing her armpit hair out of the same wax bowl that's used for the eyebrows. Only go to Andy or Tee (if getting a full set)! They are the owners and both do an amazing job if you need your nails done. Anyone does a good pedi. And the girl who does a lot of the designs that sits by tee is amazing as well. They are known for their nail art so if your into that here's the place to go. Now be warned though it gets crazy in here sometimes. It can get super packed during peak times. Prices are super cheap. read more

I've been going here for a couple years now. I know it hasn't been the most clean shop I've been to, but I love Hanna! I love her work! I've had someone else do them a couple times and they never lasted in time for a fill in. She is the best and I will never let anyone touch my nails other than her. The best news is they have finally remodeled the shop! Everything is new!! It looks beautiful! The floors are new, the walls are painted and all their equipment is upgraded! I had a horrible experience. My friend purchased a gift certificate for $50.00 for Christmas and when I went to redeem it after my services, the owner claimed that the gift certificate didn't belong to her salon, even though the name on the certificate and envelop clearly had the address on it. She claimed she's never seen these Christmas gift certificates before. She actually accused my friend and I of stealing the envelope and printing out the certificate. She then proceeded to yell and belittle us in front of customers. After 10 minutes she called the police on us which turned out to benefit us. As we were explaining or dilemma to the officers, one of the officers noticed a booklet of the same certificates we had in our hand. Lets just say that Tee looked stupid, but still tried to say that we printed them. The officers said we didn't have to pay and we left. We will not be going back there EVER and will tell everyone we know what horrible service we had. Also the no chip manicure I got that day has already chipped...obviously they don't know what they are doing. BEWARE when spending your money here. read more
