Jimmy made time to meet me at one location and to accompany me to two more nearby locations on the same visit. Together, we checked out several used 6 x 8 mirrors at a nearby gym, looked at a few other mirrors I had in storage, and did a recon trip of the mirrors' final destination. Along the way, Jimmy provided the information that I needed about the correct tools for moving and installing the mirrors myself with a friend. (I should have brought two friends and insisted upon paying them). He also consulted with me, my contractor friend and the building GC about the best way to build secure and attractive frames for the mirrors. After we completed the framing and moved a couple of the mirrors on our own, I wound up asking Jimmy to help procure, move and install the rest of the mirrors onto the frames. The repair tech called, day of the appointment, to check if we were available early and we received a text message when he arrived. Even though it was very cold he was able to do the repair work. He was 'here and gone' in what felt like 'no time at all'. Quick and easy process. Our insurance company was notified by us ahead of the appointment and we sent them all the info they needed. Then the delays began. We were able to get one shower installed during the Summer of 2016, an upstairs bath. However, we have found there is a chip in the top of one glass panel, which will require repair or replacement. Then Scott Bauer became unavailable and did not respond to phone calls. He would not provide a work schedule. The second shower glass unit, in our master bath was finally installed around November 2016, but the door hardware , handles and door sweep are missing. Now, we have discovered that the door has sagged and will not close . It's a year later (2017) and Scott does not respond to our calls. He is always making excuses why he can't perform. However, we know he is doing jobs everyday around us. Our guest bathroom is unusable without its shower unit . This has been paid in full in 2016. Scott Bauer is a dishonest and irrational individual who should not be licensed in any state to do business. He is a thief and should be in jail. We strongly suggest not contacting B&B Glass .

Moreover the shingles that they did manage to complete entirely buckled within days. The fencing they installed is completely off center. And the mess they left behind took an entire day to clean up. I was led to believe that my furniture would be in its own little storage compartment and not get disturbed. The furniture that I kept was all mid century collectible furniture in excellent condition. I ended up moving back into my house two years later. Almost every single piece of furniture was damaged or banged up in some way. On one of the larger pieces was a sign indicating it was in a storage room for oversize pieces. For sure my furniture was not in its own little compartment, and it obliviously was carelessly moved around many times. They sent someone to "repair" the damage which basically entailed covering it up with a magic marker. A really disappointing experience. Would not trust them again with anything valuable to me.
