They kept our purchases and personal items safe so we didn't have to carry them around all day. Gathered the forgetful and happy tourist back to bus to keep us on time. The music on trolley had variety of range for everyone. During the trolley tour all had bonded and became very comfortable with each other. On the way back to hotel everyone feeling happy and relaxed enjoyed themselves bobbing our heads and dancing to the mix of music provided. Although I may never see our group. I enjoyed bonding, sharing and learning about their lives if just for that day. We visited three wineries all a different vibe. One small family owned gave a traditional tour (saw where they processed wine appreciated that because the others didn't) loved the drunk bunny story!!! What made it even more special was that he was actually getting ready to close when we arrived, but instead of rushing us or turning us away, he welcomed us in and gave us the full tasting experience. That level of hospitality says everything about the care he puts into his guests. Jesse took the time to share the story behind the family and the winery, learn what we liked, and guide us through the wines based on our preferences. Nothing felt rushed, even though we knew he had stayed open for us. And we laughed so much! Jesse's personality made the experience feel less like a formal wine tasting and more like spending time with an old friend who just happens to know a lot about great wine. The conversation, stories, laughter, and incredible hospitality made the evening truly memorable. The tasting room was beautiful, comfortable, and intimate, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax, enjoy the wines, and have great conversation. Recently I decided to get some friends to come with us and enjoy another wine tasting. There were five of us with two more joining later. We came with empty stomachs to try this amazing pizza! Only. We didn't get to! It was sad news to find out that the chef was out sick! We were disappointed and our stomachs were still empty. The staff member felt bad and sad she would find us some food. She brought out an assortment of boars head charcuterie board, cranberry walnut cheese spread, a cheese wheel, bruschetta toasts for the spread, and feta and olives. We opted for most of these choices and made do. Despite the no pizza, we all absolutely loved our wine samplings. The employee was very informative and friendly. I opted for three white wines, a rose, and two reds. Everyone was enjoying their samples and the day was filled with laughter. I rarely end up buying a bottle to take home, but I did this time. Chapin has their own specialty blend called Sangue Di Giuda and I highly recommend you get it! It is a red wine that is sweet but not overly sweet. It's quite fruity with a hint of bubbles. Everyone who had it, loved it. One day we will try this pizza, but it is safe for me to give it a five anyway. I plan to visit from time to time and probably restock on Sangue Di Giuda.

The venue provided numerous opportunities for viewing fireworks provided by the city of Temecula and another hosted by the Pechanga Casino. Seating was provided at different viewpoints both indoor and outside among the vines. The afternoon was consumed by a DJ playing 70s/80s hits as people sang, danced, enjoyed food from local vendors or the Meritage restaurant. Very warm, casual, and friendly environment that provided a wonderful California sunset. Great time for all.

Temecula wines definitely have a distinct Temecula soil taste and smell. Paso wines are typically smoother and have a hint of limestone. Small tasting room with indoor members area attached to it. Outside you have a front patio, side area and back patio. Views are picturesque. Atmosphere is relaxed. It's definitely a smaller boutique winery. Love the low key feel.
