My young adult child has high anxiety with anything medical related. Took her for test today and she requested I go back with her. I was curtly advised by the tech taking her back to wait for her in the lobby. When she mentioned that she wanted me to go back with her, I was curtly told "just the patient". Also there was no 24 hour call to remind her of pre-test instructions. The way this was handled left me quite suprised. We should have at the very least been advised politely of any policy and ASKED if there were concerns before being "dismissed" be the gal that took her back. I am fully aware of HIPAA privacy and currently work in the medical field so I am aware of what tests are appropriate for an extra person to be present or not. Fear for your life!! I called to schedule an appointment. I was on hold for over an hour. Finally Crystal is the girl who made my appointment. She made my appointment for the WRONG body part. So I had to miss an appointment they rescheduled me for today, Sunday. But that's not the end of it. I spent another two hours on the phone with Elena trying to untangle the mess Crystal made of my first appointment. My appointment required nothing by mouth 4 hours prior. I've been fasting today and then I get a call from Polly informing me that after 3 hours on the phone and two different schedulers, Elena scheduled me for the WRONG room today?! I can't go again?! Really? This imaging is important to my life! But these incompetent people couldn't schedule a dog grooming appointment much less important medical appointments. Boy...I agree with Tori W. My situation EXACTLY! I called on Thursday morning to make an appointment. They took my info and said they would call back in 24-48 hours. I called back the next day, Friday, to check if they were able to schedule me yet. She said I would be hearing back from someone by the end of the day. Well..today is TUESDAY of the following week and still NO ONE has called me back. I GIVE UP! I refuse to call them back. The ladies in the front were very sweet, helpful, and respectful. I had my ultrasound done with Jennifer. She was upset because I was 15 min late (although I called twice to let them know that I was given the wrong address) she was very direct, fake, and dry. Jennifer was not carful when doing my transvaginal ultrasound. The pain was so bad during the process that my tears were coming out and she was not empathetic what so ever to my pain or physical signs that so clearly showed I was in so much pain. After learning of potential difficulties with our pregnancy, we had to wait a week before getting in for an ultrasound. Despite being the first appointment of the day, we were kept waiting for 30 minutes, (which was a treat for my wife with a full bladder). We were then told that Fathers aren't allowed to view ultrasounds! This place is terrible. If you were referred here, ask for something different. You have options. I was forced, against my will, to get one in order to get on HRT, which I desperately need, and then I get a letter from this place stating they couldn't READ the results because I have "dense" breast tissue! Oh, how unusual!! As compared to what, loose breast tissue??? Do they not know how to READ a test??! Of course they want me to come back for YET ANOTHER ONE!!! I had a great experience. The entire staff was so nice and accommodating. The wait wasn't unbearably long if you get there at a decent time.

The scheduler was great. She got me in for my 2nd trimester ultrasound ASAP and gave me clear instructions on check in time and the procedure. Check in was quick and easy. 20min wait TOPS. My tech was nice. They are not allowed to diagnose, I knew this going in, but it seems not everyone does. My husband got to come in after the diagnostic part and she was great at trying to get a good picture. She showed us body parts and was so patient. We got 3 great pictures to take home as well. Had a great experience. The office was crowded so I was worried about how long I would be there with my special needs child even though I had an appointment. But I was wrong! The front desk girl was very friendly and efficient, and the waiting area was clean. Only waited a few minutes and were taken back for my sons ultrasound. My son has autism and has a lot of sensory issues and noncompliance at times. They were wonderful with him, very patient and encouraging too. read more

I've been here about 4 times. The staff is polite and the technicians are capable. But they are slooooww. Today I got there are 11:15. They said sign in and then they would call me. I left 35 minutes later because nothing had happened. They do not take appointments for X-Rays so you just have to wait and wait. They do take appointments for other things like ultra-sound. But they ignore the X-Ray walk-ins. I even heard the lady behind the counter tell someone "I have to take care of the appointments first". During the 35 minutes I was there, only one patient was called to see a technician. At least the DMV tells you what the wait time is. read more

All of the valley temecula valley imaging are awful.. the wait on the phone is over 30mins.. and when they finally pick up the phone. They will either hang up the phone on you.. put you back on hold.. or tell you their computer systems are down and that they will get your information and call you call you back! They don't!!! All the numbers on the list that they give all link back to one main # and you are back to square one.. I need an ct scan for a possible brain tumor.. and nobody has been able to schedule my appointment of has called me back. Warning about this Radnet company. They are awful. Absolute horrifically run office! If you need an X-ray they will not accept appointments. Ever heard of that? So you will expect to wait THREE hours for a simple X-ray. Overall, the technicians who performed the mri were top notch. The gal you have at the front desk could use some people skill classes, rude, short and generally unpleasant. The office manager i dealt with who runs this office needs to revisit their policies on working with patients on out pocket expenses. I have never dealt with a medical service provider who won't work with their patient's. So, from what I gathered by this experience is if they had an elderly patient who doesn't have 5 or 6 hundred dollars to put out. They let them go without treatment?? Seems like a archaic approach to being in the health care industry. Just very unprofessional with lack of care or concern for the people who pay their salaries. I have had three MRIs over the past eight years at this facility. I'm reading the awful reviews and wondering what the people going to this medical facility are expecting? Champagne and caviar? At no point have I ever been unhappy with service here in comparison to other, standard medical offices. The wait is normal-ISH, the service at the front counter I wouldn't call fabulous or horrible, the MRI tech that helped me (Chad?) was AWESOME - he was funny, put me at ease and kept me posted throughout the process. Unparalleled incompetence. I was scheduled for a CAT scan. Mid morning fasting and so forth. I scheduled it a month in advance. Also scheduled the follow up appointment for my doctor to interpret the results the following week. THE MORNING by OF my appointment they call me to tell me they scheduled me at the wrong location because the machine I need is only at the Temecula location. They'll transfer me to the Temecula location to reschedule, The phone line goes dead . So I call them and am on hold for 15 minutes at the least . Then I make another appointment for a month later at their temecula location ( only date available ) I cancel my doctor follow-up appointment, have to reschedule that one . Finally we are all set to go. THE MORNING OF this next appointment they call me to tell me the doctor won't be In today , and that I need to reschedule . This vast , massive, giant imaging company has only one doctor who can inject the dye . He doesn't show up and all appointments are canceled ?? I rearranged my schedule, I fasted etc . I have a life, I am busy , just like everybody else . I do not trust this organization, their hold times are insufferable , their admin staff isn't proactive in the least , they are amateurs at best. The office staff is so RUDE!!!!! I will not ever go back to this office! My 11 year old daughter needed X-rays and we waited for an hour and a half to be seen. The X-ray tech was so rude to me and would not allow me to be in the room with my 11 year old daughter! Every question I asked anyone in the office seemed to be an inconvenience for them to answer. I went in expecting to sit in the waiting area for a long time, but only had to wait about 10 minutes past my appointment time before I was called in. Make sure you review your insurance bills with this imaging center! They billed me for imaging I did NOT have done and sent in a claim to my insurance company. They did not correct their error and it has been 2 months since they were notified about it. Their billing department is rude and unprofessional , has not corrected my account and has continued to bill me for services I did not receive. Have reported them to my insurance company already.... Should not have to deal with this nonsense when I already have the stress of health issues I am dealing with. I will never come here again! Beware people.... read more

I went in for a CT Scan and they couldn't have been better. The tech who administered my dye was the best I ever had - didn't hurt a bit and he nailed my funky veins on the first try. I made an appointment on Monday for a PET/CT. The preparation involved 24 hours of eating only meats, fish, or eggs and fats and drinking only water. No food for 6 hours before the test. When we arrived yesterday, the desk staff said the appointment was canceled. They said they canceled it yesterday. They said they rescheduled for Nov 3. They did not call me. My husband went in for a kidney ultrasound to see if he has polycystic kidney disease (or any other issues). The tech asked if a "student" could sit in with them and watch. My husband said sure- everyone's got to learn somehow. As they finish the tech looks at the student and said, "Did you see what I saw?" My husband asked what he saw, now alarmed- the tech said, "I can't discuss that with you, you'll have to talk to your dr." The technicians and associated radiologists here are very good if you are brave enough to traverse through the poorly managed office staff maze.There are much nicer imaging facilities for patients to access in the area that focus on quality patient care in a more professional manner and setting. The people that made my appointment, (not the people in this office) set up the time for 7:15 p.m. They did not say that it was for p.m. so I was in the office at 6:45 am. Also they made me drive 15 miles farther than I had to go. There was an office closer to my house. At the office the staff helped me and got me right in even though the scheduling department got it all wrong. The people in the office were friendly and helpful! I'm sorry I did not get the name of the person that helped me in the front office, but she went out of her way to help me. I was there on 5-3-16 at 7:00 am if that helps.
