The girl that called me was very kind, patient and helpful. She then found me another appointment quickly for the very next morning. The images were loaded to the portal on day 2, but 15 days later I still don't have the radiologist's report, nor does my pulmonologist! I have made 5 phone calls, 2 messages, a site maintenance request, and have been told by 3 people in Medical Records that they would email the report to me. It is still not available to me, nor to my doctor, who has also called and requested it. When treatment plans depend on diagnostic tests, those results are critical. Shame on everyone involved with the mistreatment of this information. I will never use the Cal Oaks office again and would advise anyone else to steer clear. Just a horrible, frustrating experience.

UMD has radiology facilities in Temecula and Murrieta. I had a MRI and X-ray done at their Temecula location. It was for an appointment with an orthopedic doctor I was seeing there. Staff was friendly, helpful, organized, no hassles--what a breath of fresh air compared to Radnet! They have recently opened up for outside referrals. So, I scheduled an appointment with them for an annual preventative CT scan at this location in Murrieta. This location has been opened since November. It's brand spanking new with a state of the art CT machine. They are working to build up a clientele. Please check them out!

We started with a 2D scan, but as soon as we experienced the 3D/4D scans, we knew there was no going back. Seeing our baby in such detail felt like we were really meeting him even before birth, every little kick, movement, and even facial expression! Week by week, we watched him grow. I'd heard that after 34 weeks, it's hard to see much, but we kept coming at 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39 weeks and every visit was magical. When he was finally born at 39 weeks and 4 days, I couldn't believe how perfectly he matched the ultrasound images, his hands, his movements, his little expressions...everything! I feel so thankful for the memories we captured even before our son arrived. Now that I am holding my baby in my arms, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. I want to say a big, heartfelt thank you to Esperanza for showing us the best moments of our baby and making this journey unforgettable. Unique Ultrasound gave us a way to connect with our little one in a way I will cherish forever.

TV is on repeat every 5 minutes advertising cancer screening. This is a very understaffed and poorly managed company. Unfortunately, my post-surgery experience has been made extremely stressful due to the office staff and management. When my EDD paperwork was first submitted, the staff only gave me two weeks off work, even though the doctor clearly stated I needed six weeks due to lifting restrictions. After multiple calls, I finally spoke with Julie, who was rude, argumentative, and dismissive. She even said sarcastically, "Fine, I'll give you six weeks off," which is completely unprofessional. I later spoke with Emily, the office manager, who apologized, but Julie's poor attitude continued. Despite Emily's assurance that she would personally handle any future issues, she never returned my follow-up calls. Since then, communication has been inconsistent. Some emails were answered, but usually with short, unhelpful replies, and many others went unanswered altogether. Each visit I've made to the office has been met with cold or dismissive attitudes. Even when my doctor extended my recovery another two weeks, Emily questioned it inappropriately in front of other staff. I've had to show up in person multiple times just to get updates, only to be brushed off again. The doctor and PAs are wonderful, but the back office is disorganized, unprofessional, and lacking empathy. I've felt ignored and unsupported -- especially regarding time-sensitive EDD paperwork that directly impacts my income. It's unfortunate because Dr. Schultzel deserves better representation from his staff. Patients shouldn't have to fight this hard for basic communication and follow-up care. Edit: I split the difference and gave 3 stars. I have no issue with Dr Schultzel. It's sad I had to place a review to actually have someone try to call me or respond to the issues at hand.
