I worked with Erik, Bill and Diane in Service here. They took great care of me and my RV. Within a week, they put on a new ladder, rear signal cluster, fixed the toilet motor, the step motor, serviced the engine, replaced the awning, fixed a charging issue, and repaired some body work I needed done. It took a day longer than expected, but once we picked it up, it all worked perfectly. Everyone there was a pleasure to work with... Greg in Parts, the cashiers. But Diane really came through on Saturday by staying late and trying to get us out the door, but the awning wouldn't not cooperate. So we got out rig on Monday about noon. I will never get propane there again. There price is reasonable but makes you pay for a minimum of 5 gallon no matter how much you actually get. I been self employed most of my life and had to pay employee. I always was customer minded. If you lose money on a product you get rid of it and don't make your customer pay for it. If you do this on the propane I guessing you do the same on all your services. I am retired now and travel in my RV a lot and will make sure all my friends hear about how you run your business. read more

Travis was cool he helped me find a safe T alert system my RV needed. All of the employees seemed stand-off ish and not too happy with their job. I am new to RVs and I feel like it bothered them. Sorry for having questions. I'm always willing to help others out so the parts and cashier people were very go here swipe there, give your money there. I guess I just didn't feel welcomed to come in and ask questions. I would recommend if you know what you need they have tons of good stuff for RVs and essentials. If you know what you need and don't care about good service this is a good place for you! :) We hope to give them another try because we live close by but I'm not 100% sold that we will return. Brought my RV in for inspection and repair in May. I worked with Travis throughout the process and I was very pleased with the outcome and how well my 96 Winnebago runs today. When a tree branch fell on my 2006 Nimbus 336, I looked into my owners manual and saw that TVRV was a recommended shop to take Foretravel coaches. Next, I called Progressive and reported the incident. Bill from TVRV worked seamlessly with Progressive and me to get my coach repaired. First, I brought her in for an estimate and to order parts, reducing the time I would be without my beloved coach, Delphine. Then, when it was time to get the repairs done, I had a list of other work - unrelated to the incident. Bill made sure that my work and the insurance work was done efficiently from a time and cost perspective. I was impressed both by the low cost of the work that I had requested and the quality of the bodywork. Last, when it was time to pick her up, she had just received an unexpected detail and looked as good as when I bought her. I'm new to the RV world after buying a used 2021 Coachmen Galleria. I bought a service contract but didn't want repairs done at the place of purchase. Travis at Temecula Valley RV was extremely helpful in coordinating with me and the service contract business (Secure Shield). As is the nature of RVs, parts and equipment come from various sources and Travis reached out to the manufacturer of the fridge/freezer that was not freezing at all. After replacing a control unit was not successful, Travis again reached out to Nova Kool, the fridge manufacturer and Secure Shield to arrange shipment of a new fridge/freezer. I got the RV back after a few weeks until the new fridge/freezer arrived and Travis arranged for same day installation. He even got shipping charges covered via the service contract. I'm extremely pleased with everybody at Temecula Valley RV, from Steve the scheduler to people I didn't meet but overheard working with other customers providing a lot of knowledge of various RV systems and accessories. They really know their business and do it well. I've read of people having service nightmares elsewhere, which made me that much more impressed with Temecula Valley RV. We had some work done here on our RV. I would say that it takes awhile to get an appointment and even after the appointment, it takes a week or so to get the unit back. I really don't understand that. We didn't have any parts on order. Everything done was labor related. They were up front on that. I know many RV places are like this so no star mark down for that. We did like that they are professional, and the place is very nice. They always got back to us as well. There is a nice parts and accessory area inside. We will most likely go back. I explained my situation to him (I can't leave my 2020 Coachmen Beyond for a week or two or even overnight, it's my only transportation). We scheduled an appointment at 8am. I met Al when I walked in. Great guy. Waited a couple of minutes for Bill to be free. Bill was very thorough. Obviously professional. They have a very comfortable waiting area. The work is quality. Everyone got along extremely well. Also, my guess it that a lot of their employees have been employed 10 years plus. On the way out around 2;30 pm I met Eric. Up until now I have put up with long waits for appointments knowing that was standard with this shop. It was a bit annoying that I had to call 3-4 weeks early to get an appointment but I know they are busy so worked with it and planned around it. And I know the shop takes a while so I wasnt surprised a quoted turnaround time of about 2 weeks. But this week I was called and told my appointment I schedule 3 weeks ago would now be delayed an indefinite amount of time. I was not even given an estimate of how long I'd have to wait. And this was only 2 days before the appointment. They didn't know a week prior that their schedule was backing up so much? If it had been a short delay sure, but to call me 2 days prior and tell me they weren't sure when they could get me in is just bad planning and bad business. I not only use my RV for pleasure but also rent it out. So now I'm not only missing about 5 weeks plus of rental (which I was ok with and expected) but now an indeterminate amount of additional time. And the attitude was "gosh we're sorry but this is what we have to do." So now I'm looking for another shop since I have a rental scheduled for the end of this month. But since most RV shops are also backed up especially in the summer I'm not sure I'll find a place in time. My guess (and in all fairness this is a guess) is they give priority to the rigs they store. And since mine is not stored there it gets pushed back in priority. I am not their biggest customer by any means but I have spent several thousands of dollars there the past 10+ years. Unless they can rectify this I will no longer be a customer. read more

The furnace quit working on our Eclipse Toy Hauler and I learned this model does not have a furnace access door. Usually I do my own vehicle repairs because I'm extremely picky but this wasn't a job I wanted to tackle. Temecula Valley RV has a great rating and I'm super happy we went to them. Their repair works flawlessly, on time as promised. Additionally, I had them install an access door. Their price was reasonable and the workmanship quality on their installation was better than the most items on rest of the trailer. Just talked with the service department to get a quote for a BX 1143 Blue Ox baseplate and installation on a 2019 Cherokee. I was quoted $2500.00 for the package. Let's assume the baseplate is $500.00, which is high, then $2000.00 for installation. Assuming $150.00/hr for labor that equates to over 13 hours for installation. I really try to use local sources but this really makes it hard. I had heard good things about Temecula Valley RV, however this really turns me off. This is a follow on to my original review. I discussed my original quote with Greg Sparks and he seemed to think it was incorrect. Today I received a new quote from Greg that is more than reasonable and I plan on having my work done at Temecula Valley RV. Today we left Temecula with our truck and 30' Fifth wheel and headed north on the 15 Freeway. Suddenly a guy pulled alongside flagging us down and pointed to our trailer. After stopping in a safe spot I realized our trailer brakes were locked up and hot. Had no idea why, but thankfully Temecula RV Repair was just around the corner at the next off ramp. I pulled into the service line as my brakes were smoking hot. I walked inside to the service counter and made my first contact with Travis. After explaining the problem, he sadly explained they were so booked up they wouldn't be able to get to it for three weeks. He recognized the sad look on our faces and TRAVIS offered, "Let's take a look at it" and walked out to my trailer. He ducked under the hitch then reached into the truck bed and suddenly yelled "FIXED!" OMG! I had no idea the emergency brake cord was disconnected which caused the brake problems. I couldn't find enough ways to say thank you. He smiled and was happy to solve the problem. We headed out on our trip and spent our first night near the Colorado River. just had an insurance claim completed, awning replacement, this place came highly recommended, never again!!! the staff is dysfunctional, sit side by side yet not one knows what the other is doing, let me explain, when first got estimate that person said someone would call me when material was in? never got a call. so I called and every time the person I was speaking talked over to another person to ask about my claim. We stored our travel trailer at Temecula Valley RV for about 2.5 years and had a great experience. Recently they had to raise their prices, which is understandable; it's happening everywhere with everything. It was the push we needed to finally just install parking at our property for the trailer. With that said, we would still highly recommend them for locals looking for a safe, friendly place with fair pricing. When our 30-amp short plug got fried they replaced it quickly and for a fair price. When we needed new tires, they were able to replace our tires within a week, just before our next camping trip. On one occasion we paid for a wash and when the storage manager noticed that it wasn't really up to par, she removed the charge for us. They operate a fair, honest, and friendly business for those storing there. I took my trailer in to have the suspension worked on. Before taking it in I called around to explain work needed and to get prices with other shops in the area. I spoke with Travis at Temecula and he quote me the cheapest price. When I went into drop it off, I was then given a price of $150 more. I needed to have it done as I had upcoming trip planned so I left it with them. I dealt with Diane and she was awesome to work with. She got the work done in the promised time frame. As soon as I arrived without an appointment I might add, I was greeted by Eric the owner who was very helpful with my issue..... my Electric school bus needed charging. I couldn't locate any service locations that could help me out, each one said sorry can't help you. When I explained my issue, they jumped to help me out and charge my bus at a very great price! I needed to pick up the bus at 6am, they were so accommodating they had one of their employee's open the gate 2 hours before they opened! (Thank you Gorege). Wow, now that's customer service! TVRV's quality of work appears to be decent but not spectacular. I had a bit of work done on our RV and also had some other work quoted but not performed, and while I don't have any complaints about the work performed I do have a rather large complaint about their prices and processes. Our LP genset was hard to start when cold and I had to jockey the throttle when starting to get it to run. I asked for a quote to get that resolved and was told it needed a new LP regulator and some other work at a cost of multiple hundreds of dollars. I decided for that amount I might as well fix it myself, it actually didn't require any new parts and didn't cost a dime to fix. I also had a quote to replace a couple of axle seals and replace the brake shoes, for this job I was quoted over $2000. I found a local heavy diesel shop with excellent reviews and the cost to replace the shoes and hardware on all 4 corners, turn the drums, replace the seals, and top off the lube was less than $1000. read more

I called to request an appt. for changing the awning fabric on my toyhauler. I already have the replacement awning in my possession. I was quoted a 4 to 5 week wait for an appointment which is somewhat understandable this time of year. However, he then stated it would take 2 additional weeks to complete the work after I dropped off the RV. When I questioned the length of time to do the actual work (it should be no more than 4 hrs labor to switch fabric), he took that opportunity to "inform" me about my lack of understanding about how the "RV industry" works. Borrowed a friends RV over the week of Thanksgiving last year. While on the trip on of the window frames broke and we lost a portion of the window and the hardware. I went to an RV repair and dealership multiple times on Jefferson and kept getting the run around as to why the new window I needed wasn't coming in. After nearly a month I went by and another guy was there and said he didn't even see an order for a window! I said forget it and looked up another place that wasn't too far, Temecula Valley RV. I wish I could remember the name of the guy that helped me, Keith maybe? He was fantastic. He took a look at the window and right away told me that they don't make that type of window any more, however that we could special custom order it if we'd like. I told him it didn't have to be exact, it just needed to fit. With all of the rain we have been getting, I was worried about water damage. He took all of the measurements and then told me, to wait right there. He went upstairs, and within minutes reappeared holding a window that was slightly different, however the same size and dimensions. He told me that this was an older one that was scrapped from another RV. He said if I wanted to take it with me and see if it would fit, he would give it to me for $40 as opposed to ordering a new one for a couple hundred. He also said that if it didn't fit, to bring it right back and he'd refund my money and order the new one. I happily paid the $40 and it fit like a glove! I chose TVRV for repairs on our 2006 Winnebago View based on Yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. I felt like my RV was in good hands. Bill, the service advisor, helped me review the list of corrections I needed which were mostly of cosmetic nature. He fixed a blind for me while we were talking that I had not been able to do myself. When I picked my RV up, they had corrected to my satisfaction all the items I needed repaired. They cleaned the exterior of my RV before delivery and it looked great. I wholeheartedly would go back to Bill or TVRV for any other repair or upgrade needed. The only thing that kept them from being a 5 rating was I had to call for status and was not contacted after I dropped my RV off. But also noting that RV repair is different than your main transportation or automobile service handling. read more

My 2007 Weekend Warrior had a frame/weld issue, so I brought it in and paid for an estimate. Even knowing I had to take it back to the dealer, they walked me through the issues so I could articulate them clearly when I got there. After Erik explained all of this to me he made a call to my salesperson at the dealer (who he knew personally). The other dealer inspected it and came to the same conclusion as Temecula Valley RV had. They also fixed it without charge, based partly on Erik's conversation with the salesman, and the fact that I'd only had the trailer for 4 months. When I called to thank them personally, Erik offered to check it out to make sure the repairs had been done in a permanent and safe way. I'm so glad I followed through with the personal referral and went in to see them. In the future I wouldn't hesitate to use them for my service needs! We took our 2014 Allegro Bus into get warranty work completed and was kept inform from Travis the service advisor as the major part to fix needed to come from Alabama. The work was completed to our satisfaction and the mechanic took time to show us the issue he found with the fan kit. It is very difficult to find a shop that you can trust... For doing annual maintenance check on the appliances and not the generator it was over $1,000.00 then they replace the front brakes which was another $1,000 then when we went to pick up the completed RV and the steps did not work extending out. Another $1,000. One month later we picked up the RV for $3,000 maintenance work. It seems they know how to fix stuff but they are slow and expensive. I have taken my Class B RV to several dealerships, but Temecula Valley RV is the only place I will use from now on. They took care of electrical issues, a shower wall problem and a propane problem in a timely manner and at fair prices. In fact, the propane problem occurred as an unrelated issue after I had picked it up from the electrical work and even though the service department was booked solid, they squeezed me in because they knew I had an upcoming trip planned. Dianne in service is outstanding. She is knowledgeable, professional, and helpful and even squeezed under the RV to check out propane lines.
