They also stayed in touch with me throughout the whole procedure! I was so impressed that when luck would have it that I was in yet another accident, I brought my car back to Keffer! Ben processed and evaluated the car. EP honored the Online Offer even though they found a chip in the windshield even CM hadn't seen. I called my MIL to come sign and we were in and out within an hour (I don't remember the name of the young lady who processed the paperwork, but she's learning Korean). I've bought / sold 13 BMWs in my life and the experience with EP rivaled my experience with the best BMW Dealerships.
