Anna Marie has made a great peaceful place and even though I was not one her clients I truly enjoyed the people who worked on my body. I am from out of town and decided to treat myself to some serious one on one. I first saw Ramon who is highly skilled and provides a warming and lovely Swedish massage. I felt relaxed and soothed by his strong hands. Two days later I returned but this time I saw Wilson because I am very interested in visceral manipulation. Wilson is MAGICAL! Seriously, magical. I honestly have no words to express how amazing I felt when I awoke from his work. My body felt restored and I was barely able to make it back to the place I was staying. I won a raffle for two massages when they first opened and both instances were the best experiences I've ever had getting a massage. Anna Marie genuinely cares about her clients and what they need when they walk in the door. Aside from her lovely, warm personality, she's always offering delicious tea, great tips, or inviting you to something new that she think you'd enjoy. I also attended my first Reiki session there and highly recommend it. I don't know anything about energy work but I really enjoyed the group meditation aspect of it. Since June of this year I've been getting massages from Ramon, and he is outstanding. He combines top-notch technical skills with excellent touch. I've come in with some unusual physical issues; for example, a serious hip problem. Ramon worked every muscle involving my right hip, some I never would have thought of. Afterwards I was a little wobbly, but the next day all the pain was gone. After weeks of pain. He adapts based on my needs the day of the appointment - if I have a specific issue he'll work that out, or if I'm feeling good physically and just want to relax, he does that incredibly well also. Kudos to Ann Marie and her staff at TempleWorkLA. I had been going through a very difficult time over the summer and my usual person was out on a retreat and I couldn't wait for her to return. I did some research in my neighborhood and found TempleWorkLA. I called and booked a session with Yuki! Yuki is amazing and I felt so much better after I left. Later, I booked a session with Jen, and she too was amazing. I've had practitioners work on me with crystals before and was skeptical with the crystals and oils, but I felt an overall relief of my anxiety and depression and truly felt so much better. Ann Marie and her staff truly do an excellent job and her facility is nice and quiet, peaceful, and clean, and they are so welcoming. I love that it is close by, has flexible hours, and they don't pressure you or "upsell" you. I did get some of the epsom salts and a palo santo spray and both are/were divine. TempleWorks is a great place to retreat and revitalize yourself. I have various congenital problems with my back and hips and exercise vigorously as well. Ramon is an excellent, intuitive, strong and well trained therapist who can switch between various modalities according to whatever my body is going through at the moment.
