The team greeted me and got me checked in super seamlessly. They let me know it would take about 2 hours for the installation and then showed me to the waiting room. There are two spaces, one bigger one with tables and chairs, and the other with some desk space. I was able to camp out at one of the desks to get some work done while they worked on my car. There is wifi (not the best so I tethered to my phone) and coffee available. Before I knew it the 2 hours was up and my car was good to go! They even gave it a quick wash while it was back there (even though we got it fully serviced and detailed about a month ago). The team is awesome and super responsive. Since it's also the dealership, there were able to do multiple services free of charge (including the new stereo!) They do a great job of building relationships with their clients to keep them coming back. We've been bringing our Forrester here since 2017 and will continue to do so.

After waiting for a while in my city, I found a car available with an estimated arrival date to this Toyota with a listed price (along with tax and fees thar will be charged) that I was within my budget. I put my money down It was delayed two days before the eta due to production issues. My dealer Myles informed me that he can try and do a trade with a different dealer but the price might be marked up as they need to present something "enticing" enough for the other side to accept the trade. I decided to just wait for the original car I put money on. The day of pick up, I took a bus from out of town to make my purchase. Upon arriving to the dealership, the pricing I was given was marked up 10k more than the listed price. I was very taken aback and blindsided. I was told that due to the car being rare, it was marked up and if I didn't pay for all these extra (OPTIONAL) add-ons, they will NOT sell the car to me. After going back and forth, I had 3k dropped off the price and agreed to pay. I had no choice. Come to find out, they THEMSELVES at the dealer ALREADY installed all these add ons after receiving the car without discussing this with me prior to me coming HOURS from out of town. STRAIGHT SHADY. They knew how stressful it was for me waiting without a car, knowing I had to bus from out of town, knowing how much I'd been waiting for this car and used that to play me. This is not no couple hundred dollars. It's thousands. With no heads up so I can fully make a confident decision prior to coming. SHADY. BUSINESS.
