When the seasoning arrived - I had a question about the product. I called their contact number and right away a friendly voice answered. The customer service representative was so kind and helpful on the phone. She said that she would check in with the manager ASAP in regards to my inquiry and follow back up promptly. A couple of minutes later - the same personable customer representative called me back and revealed that her manager had called the manufacturers of the product and she was able to answer my question with confidence. I was blown away by the incredible customer support at Olive & Basket. The staff went out of their way to make sure that my questions and concerns were heard and addressed and they did so with such genuine care. The difference in a quality vinegar is astounding. It's great that you can try everything too, to be sure of your purchase. I ended up purchasing a smoked olive oil and a red wine vinegar. The woman working (maybe the owner) was so friendly and helpful, which really made for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend Lebherz and will be returning anytime I am in Frederick.
