I went in for lashes with Arianne on Friday July 21 and my lashes barely lasted until the next morning. That night I already had fall out and much more the next morning. By Sunday I have about 4 lashes on each eye. I've gotten lash extensions before that had lasted 3 weeks so this is seriously ridiculous. I paid $100+ for extensions that lasted less than 24 hours!! I'm so bummed and feel so scammed. Definitely won't be returning. Update: immediately after I wrote this review I received an email from the owner, Candace. She wanted me to take the review down on yelp because she claimed Arianne is her own entity and has nothing to do with Tenderoni Lashes so I should write the review on her personal Yelp account. I totally get that Arianne is just renting space, but I made an appointment at Tenderoni Lashes and went there for her services so the company should be held responsibility for what happens. I took this review down initially because Candace said she would help resolve the issue, but all I got was an email from Arianne that pretty much made it sound like the lashes falling out was my fault. After that 1 email I haven't heard back from either and when I emailed Candace today to let her know I felt brushed off after taking down the review and that I needed to post it again so that others didn't make the same mistake her response was "if you feel that it's necessary to repost your Yelp review, please feel free to do so. I'll just have to leave a business owner comment explaining my side of the story and I'm confident the Yelp community will understand." First timer here checking in to let you know that while lash extensions are incredibly ephemeral, the urge to forgo mascara-coupled with a $100 deal with Senior Stylist Sasha-made the choice a tiny bit easier. The biggest hesitation is the associated cost and turnover of the lashes, but after researching the typical costs and reading reviews, Tenderoni Lashes always seemed to be the best in the downtown area. After my experience this morning, it seems like rightfully so. Sasha was incredibly nice, and gave me all the information that a first timer needs (although I suggest reading up on care and time associated with lashes prior to your first appointment). My advice is to remember to get your music/podcast/audio book ready to go before closing your eyes, as I completely forgot and then wasn't able to get to it once we started. For those who are hesitant due to cost, I concur that it is one of the more costly beauty care items, but it seems like Tenderoni Lashes has good deals and incentives for maintaining a customer base, which I appreciate and will definitely utilize. Overall I will return to Tenderoni for a refill and feel like the willingness from the stylists to communicate via text makes the whole process easy.
