There was a car in front of me but was instructed to drive in. I told the person I have a leak on my tire and he jacked up the car and took the tire off. He did not notice and nails in the tire and proceed to use the water tank to see if the can find the leak. They found the leak on the edge of the tread and told me they can't repair it but gave me an option to buy a used tire for $50. I said yes. Took them less than 15 min to prep the new tire and for some reason he charged me $25 CASH. That was a deal. Highly recommend

Service was speedy, and when asking about my replacement they didn't try to oversell or assume I didn't know what I was talking about. I am on the verge of getting a full new set of tires, and they didn't push back when I opted for the cheapest single run flat to get me by until I replaced the full set. After the service, they also replaced the soon to be dead battery in my key fob without me asking or charging me. Really great team and wonderful service.

After waiting an hour for the service, I was informed that wheel never arrived and I have to wait another week until they get the wheel. My question is , why service was scheduled if part didn't arrived. Three business days later , nobody even tried to contact me to solve this issue. Once I addressed that , in very distracting form I was told that nobody would solve my problem and I will get a refund. I don't need a refund, I need service done . No other solutions were offered. Still blames me for bad behavior with his staff , how about 2 hours I spent at your location because your employees cannot check if they have a part. Last thing, your supply chain problems will not bother customer with proper communication. Poorest customer service I would recommend to avoid this place at all cost, because at the end of the day, it going to be your fault that they can not do something.

Been taking my car here for a little while now and the guys do a great job every time…read more When I made the appointment I asked for an oil change and my tires rotated (for free as I purchased a set from them a few months ago). Asked them to inspect my brakes for me and let me know if I needed them changed too. They told me what time to show up and how long it would take. They got the job done in the time estimated and let me know I still had a decent chunk of life left in my brakes and didn't need them replaced. Which I appreciated because it shows the honesty. I want to shoutout to the guys as the front desk. They speak English and Spanish. Overheard them be very patient with customers who were clearly frustrated at the situation and taking some of it out on the Just Tires staff (despite them doing nothing other than fixing the customers problem). In the nicest way possible, they made honest recommendations based on the situation. Like if if you drive 60,000 miles a year, maybe the cheapest tires are not the best option for you‍. They have way more patience than me. These guys are awesome. locally owned and operated. I'll keep coming back.

I thought my car needed a repair, but they told me it really wasn't necessary and recommended a much less expensive alternative. That honesty saved me money and kept me coming back. Most recently, I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. After inspecting the tires, they told me they were wearing evenly and didn't need to be rotated--so they didn't charge me for it. It's hard to find an auto shop that consistently puts honesty ahead of selling additional services. Cassidy Tire has done exactly that, and I highly recommend them.

Took it to my normal mechanic and he said routers were fine and brakes still had 20% left. Get a 2nd opinion for work they suggest.
